This is by far my favorite place to get peroshki. I am really picky when it comes to peroshki because alot of times it can be really oily or heavy or have alot of extra stuff inside. Lahmajun Bakery is perfect the peroshki is so light and the flavor is amazing I can't tell you how many times peroshki has weighed heavy on me for an entire day but not with these. My husband had the lahmajun which he hasn't really liked any places but he loved it here and it didnt have that overly garlicy flavor which tends to happen often with lahmajun. As for the service there are really nice Armenian women working and they are incredibly kind and very fast with everything they do. I also love walking inside this bakery so cute so Armenian. Definitely a must visit spot!

Really enjoyed the Lahmajun here with my son who is a Lahmajun snob. Hot out of the oven. The Pirashki with potato was great, very light. We ordered a cream Ponchik but got the Nutella Ponchik one which was fine. Presentation was amazing! Very good prices for LA and food came out pretty fast. Great choice if you are looking for some good Lahmajun and other Armenian baked goodies.

I never tried Armenian pastries before and since I was ordering pad thai noodles next door, I thought I stopped in to try some items, everything in there looks delicious and is huge pieces, is not like the American donuts shop, more like a Chinese type bakery where they specialize in their country food. There's really not a lot to choose from but then again, I'm not a specialist in bake goods. I think she said is her popular items. There's 3 ladies in there, the blonde one is probably the boss. They packed everything separately in a bag and box. I'm not sure what I got, I just looked and chose lol. If you're in the area, you must come and try them out. The ladies are super nice and helpful, I asked her what they were and she explains what is made of. Thanks. There's plenty of parking in the front and plenty of other shops too.

First time coming here, staff is nice and friendly. I asked for chebureki (similar to a large version of beef fried empanada) hot dogs rolled and baked in the bun already and some cheese khachapuri (baked pastry with cheese inside). Everything is made fresh, place smells delicious and clean. They also have nice fresh squeezed juices, I got pomegranate one, they also have carrot, green mix, mango and orange. Once I got my order, I tried while it was hot and crispy and now I know I will be back here again. Recommend them, very well worth trying and waiting for freshly made order

From the moment I walked in, I felt the friendly and welcoming energy from the staff at Lahmajun Bakery. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and one of the ladies helped me and suggested a few things. I had seen this bakery next to Pad Thai Bistro a few times, and decided to walk in. I ordered strawberry ponchik. They have 3 kinds of ponchik; custard and Nutella were the other flavors. They have lahmajune, borek, eclairs, and a few other options. I was hoping they'd have different flavors of borek, but I can get those elsewhere. The inside is nicely decorated and bright, and there are lots of tables for customers. Parking is free in a medium sized lot. Parking was easy to get on a weeknight. Can't wait to come back and try more!

If you're a chocolate lover, this cake is a dream. It's rich and decadent without being overwhelming, incredibly moist, and has beautiful, prominent layers that make every bite satisfying. The frosting is smooth, creamy, and best of all, not overly sweet (the perfect Asian-approved level of sweetness!). They also added a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque for my mom, which was such a thoughtful finishing touch. Everyone at the party was asking where the cake was from. We'll definitely be making this our go-to spot for birthdays and special occasions!

Unfortunately, I wasn't quite as impressed with the coffee. I ordered an iced Americano, which just didn't stand out in terms of the coffee itself, and a latte that was pretty mid. The server was super nice, though, so no complaints about the service! I know this is a patisserie and not a specialty coffee shop, so I wasn't expecting the coffee to be the main attraction. That said, at $5.50 for an Americano and $6.50 for a latte, I'd say stop by for the pastries, but I'd probably skip the coffee.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you took the time to reply, but I believe your…read moreresponse misses the main issue. Good business etiquette is simple: when a business makes a mistake, it should acknowledge it, correct it immediately, sincerely apologize to the customer, and ensure the customer leaves satisfied. That builds trust and demonstrates accountability. Instead, much of your response focuses on explaining that the price tag may have been moved accidentally by staff or customers. Those are explanations, not accountability. This was one of the last two pieces left in the display, and the incorrect price tag should have been noticed well before my purchase. As I also stated in my response to the Agricultural Commissioner of Weights & Measures Inspector, I am almost certain that after I shared my experience and reviews on social media, the pricing discrepancies would have been already corrected. If that is the case, I genuinely hope those changes help make sure future customers are charged accurately and fairly. Regarding the Kyiv cake, my concern is relatively minimal compared to the pricing issue. It simply did not taste as good as it used to. It lacked the freshness and flavor we had previously enjoyed, and it tasted somewhat stale. This is the least of my concern. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability. Businesses earn customer loyalty by owning their mistakes, not by offering explanations for why they may have happened. A sincere apology, immediate correction and a commitment to making things right would have been a much more appropriate response.

Always a pleasant experience at these bakeries. This Glendale bakery café was clean, bright, and beautifully organized with a large variety of pastries, cakes, and drinks on display. I tried the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake, Berries cake, Curry Croquette, and their signature iced Korean lattes. The pastries were soft and flavorful without being overly sweet, and the cakes looked just as good as they tasted. The curry croquette wasn't a favorite of mine. It was my first time trying and the spices didn't amaze my palette. I will have to try their garlic bread next time if I feel like getting something savory. Their sweets are always a hit for me! Most of the items I've tried have been average at best, especially considering the premium prices. The pastel de nata was disappointing--I've had much better versions at local dim sum restaurants. The black coffee was also a letdown. It was so bitter that I needed to add milk to make it drinkable, and I'm someone who normally enjoys black coffee.
