I wish I would have read all the negative reviews here before trusting them. It is not worth having clothes you've spend a lot of money on to get RUINED. I was a regular for a long time (you'd think they'd care about that but the owner does not) until they completely ruined a suit jacket of mine and then tried to blame me and took no responsibility. The owner was completely rude when I tried to explain the situation and tried to make it seem like I had taken it elsewhere or I wasn't being honest about what happened. As if. An employee who was trying to help get the jacket white again admitted they were using a vendor who had DIRTY SOLUTION to clean clothes and that my whites would NEVER end up white with the solutions being used these days. (I don't think that is true, other places can still get your garments white). Then I was told I should let them launder my jacket as that would get it the whiter than the dry cleaning process--well, that made it worse, yellow and it looked even more dingy after that. When I took the jacket to store I bought it from they said the high heat of the dryer likely melted the fabric resulting in it being YELLOW, not WHITE. When I asked them to replace the jacket they refused and then I wondered if they have insurance for that and the owner said they do not have that. She was extremely rude and dismissive that they had ruined a $600 garment. I understand that mistakes happen and if they would have even tried to make this right I would have been ok but they just called me a liar instead. --AVOID THIS PLACE! I'll be filing a claim with small claims court to get my money back. read more

They close at random times and not follow their operating hours. They promise delivery by a certain date, but do not deliver by then. They do not pick up their phone. Very poor service. Have been using them for a long time, but now will look elsewhere read more

I've been a regular client at this dry cleaner since February 2020. Since that time they have destroyed 1 pair of shoes (that I didn't even receive a full refund for), they lost the belt from a pair of trousers, I got back my dress full of stains that were never cleaned and I still paid for the dry cleaning. Nobody ever wants to take any responsibility. read more

I had been a loyal customer for about two years until they ruined my my favorite cashmere sweater and would not do anything about it. The store clerk repeated a standard "it's not our fault" answer after leaving a large burn (from cleaning agent or press) on the back of sweater. I asked him to have the manager call me, but after a week, I have not heard anything. So if nothing happens to your clothes, they are an OK cleaner for regular shirt laundry (a bit expensive but better pressing job than others I have tried). But when it comes to dry cleaning (slacks, coats, etc.) I wasn't impressed. Their true color shows when something goes wrong --- it seems they are unwilling to deal with your problem at all. I will have to take my losses and take my business somewhere else. read more

Extremely convenient, especially if you live in Los Olivos. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my last minute dry cleaning needs for a suit. I was able to drop off my items and pick it up the very next day, and at a price that was lower than I expected! Everything felt like new after picking it up. There's no reason to do dry-cleaning anywhere else if you live in the community. read more

This review is for Julie who has been doing my alterations since I've moved to Los Olivos. She's wonderful! She has altered things from dresses to attend weddings to simple hems on my jeans and athletic wear. She's very good and very quick, she can usually turnaround an alteration in less than a week for me. Definitely recommend her if you're looking for a neighborhood alterations :) read more

They are not doing a great job. I have experienced to have one sweater, shirts, blouse unwashed and returned back after prepaid it at full amount. No refund offer even though it wasn't cleaned after redo, more over, those were so easily removed through a simple hand wash at home. The sweater still had a brown spot and they said they had to charge it again to re do because I found it's unwashed after passing their timeline of book keeping or so. The brown spot was too easily removed when I did a quick soap hand wash. Shirt ( cotton edge) has dirt on the edge of sleeves and did unto twice but didn't change at all. I had to another hand wash at home after paying them while having no cleaning. The dirt went away easily again. So does one of blouse. The spot wasn't clean even after I put a tape to mark and had to redo( this time it's free) , but the spot was still not clean. Again, it removed well at home through hand wash. They mark a dirty spot through taping but not sure whether their washers really pay attention to at all compared to other dry cleaners out there. Staffs are kind but they need to change the dry cleaning service. read more

This is a great neighborhood dry cleaners and alterations! When I walk in, I'm greeted with a cheerful smile and quick service. My clothes are always clean and all stains are gone. The turn around time is quick. They even look out for coupons for me so that I get the lowest price. Julie is their alteration expert. She has limited hours, but is fantastic. She turns around my alterations quickly and does a perfect job. When I have emergency same day or next day alterations, she always does everything she can to make sure I have what I need by the time I need it. I highly recommend the cleaning locker. read more

all reviews here are fake since they gave a 20% discount for a fake, positive review. that being said, I have been going to this place on and off for the past few years. These people have LOST or DESTROYED multiple shirts and pants of mine. Whever i have confronted them, they have ALWAYS DENIED it, giving me condescending answers that imply that i lost my own clothing or damaged it beforehard. They have zero sense of responsiblility for anything that happens to your clothing. Even when i get my items intact, the dry cleaning and washing is EXTREMELY POOR. 80% of the time the stains are still there. its as if they just simply iron and press the items and return it to you. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! they couldnt care less about your clothes. read more
