But when I was looking for a replacement for my Class A, Vacationland had the exact unit I was looking for listed at a great price. Worked with Noah and Joel to walk the unit. Had my own inspector come through. The gave us HOURS to pick through the unit with a fine-toothed comb; they never rushed us or hovered. Honestly, it was the integrity of the team that made the purchase a no-brainer Had to get some work done on it after purchase and worked with Mark and Mike. I don't have a single complaint. Mark treats me like an old friend every time he sees me; asks me about my kids, remembers their ages. Mike gave me a demonstration of the unit before I drove off in it. Can't say enough how Vacationland has redeemed my perspective on RV dealerships!

The service dept "John" has been nothing less than a life saver. He treats my dad's boat as if it were his own and that means the world to me. I dry dock here and valet in and out. I needed my thirty year Johnson 4.5 HP outboard serviced, as i have done every year Spring. (My previous tech retired so I though I would try Bedford.) I called this AM and spoke to the receptionist and told her the age and the brand. She was polite and said she would have to check with Service. She returned to the phone and told me it would be no problem for them. I had to drive an hour to Bedford only to be told by their Service that they would not work on a Johnson that old. I asked if they could at least change the lower unit lube and they suggested I just do it myself. So on my return trip home, I called the receptionist and she remembered very well her affirmation to me that they would work on my outboard! She said she would make it right and put me on hold. She got the owner to talk to me and the owner said there is nothing they can do for me. I'm 72 years old and this is the first bad review I have posted to social media.

After explaining my situation, they worked with me to get my daughters car in, inspect it, called me to tell me exactly what was wrong, and even took my payment over the phone! When we were discussing what was wrong, I inquired about some other items and to whether or not I should have them replaced as well. They could've taken me for a complete ride ... but I was told (by the owner himself) that they inspected the other parts I had mentioned, and there was no need at this time to have them replaced as they were still in good condition with minimal signs of wear.
