The site we had was close to the pool and laundry room which we used both, the site we had was levee and mowed nicely backed up to the small lake. The young lady at office was very polite, and the guy driving around on the golf cart picked up trash very morning was and ask us every day if we needed any thing. The only thing I wish they had was 1 cart in the laundry room with a bar across the top to hang clothes on when you took them out of dryer. Still great place to stay. read more

Nice clean park. We needed a spot for a couple of days during the crowded memorial weekend, glad they had a spot. The hookups are good with plenty of water pressure even though every spot was full. I needed internet and was thrilled to be able to hookup with plenty of bandwidth. (veteran travelers know that's rare when campgrounds are full.) Large sites and many pull through. Great full hookup campground with above average amenities. Heavy rain while we were there and the drainage was great. Nice pool, lake, laundry room and clean showers. They bent over backwards to accommodate us when I had to extend my stay for an extra day. Next time we are in the area, this is where we'll stay. read more

Very nice campground. The sites seem well maintained. We stayed in two different lake spots and they are worth the extra. The view from these spots is awesome. We were glad the pool was open. The pool heater was out of order but it was still nice to hop in and cool off. Nice bath/shower facilities. Not to far from Hilton Head or Savannah. Be aware of bad traffic times for beach destinations. read more

Another very clean and well run RV park. This people are dedicated to make your stay a very pleasant experience yet they give you the privacy you want. Have been here twice and they were always very nice in the office and both times I got the very same pull thru and the second time i know exactly where to stop without disconnecting the dinghy. Campground is very well designed with good flow, good utilities and pick nick tables. Dumpster is very well hidden behind their utility shed. Very close to I95 but far enough so you are not bothered by the noise read more

Nice place; New or newly renovated; Convenient drive to Hilton Head. Rated a 2 because of misleading pricing... Good Sam Club park and I am a Lifetime Good Sam Club Member, which qualifies for the discounted rate. Went to the office to request a Campsite Fee break down; None was provided but an attempt to explain the fees verbally was provided. They stated the nightly fee for a premium site is $56.75; I said the website price is $45.00; They said that is the discounted fee but it does not include the taxes. I revisited their website: $45.00 + $2.00 Booking Fee + $3.00 per day amenities fee = $48.00/day. In order to get to the $56.75 charged per day, the taxes would have to be 24.5%... I don't think so... Not only misleading, but fraudulent!!! read more

The lawn hadn't been cut in several weeks, Grass was very tall around the campsites & pool. Pool was nice & pool toys & floats were provided, which was nice for kids. The bathhouses were nice but trash hadn't been taken out. We were there 4 days before trash was taken care of. Someone vandalized the bathrooms/showers so they limited access to 9am-7pm. not many vacationers want to shower before 7pm. read more

Easy contactless check in and check out. Grounds are clean. We did not get a chance to see inside the facilities during COVID. I do not have much experience with RV Resorts but would say that the lots are pretty close to one another, not like what you'd expect with a traditional camping experience. However, I had an issue with check out- no where on the site does it say check out times, and was charged $20 for late check out without notice. The lady on the phone, Sue, was very rude when we were experiencing a delay due to car trouble (practically yelling over the phone). Other than that, no issues to report and would still recommend giving this place a try. read more

I would have give 0 star if it was an option. Without prior appropriate checking, the front desk switched our site to 17 when we arrived, which had serious power issue. We noticed that after hooked up for 3 hours, our lights started flickering. We thought it was our connection issue until the next morning, it went off completely. We called the front desk and said we would like to change site because we had a cruise trip coming up, we needed to leave by 12pm and we didn't feel comfortable to leave our corgis in the rv by themselves in 100 degree heat even if the maintenance guy fixes the power, since it was not guaranteed to remained fixed. The front desk lady said she would send a guy to check on the power pole as well as stopping by and telling us which site to change to. The maintenance guy came and spent 1 hour to fix the issue and the front desk lady did not show up to talk with us at all. we were in such a hurry to leave until the power went off again, we called and finally got the site switched. But we completely missed the river cruise which was $150 and not refundable. Now our battery is still very low and the charger may have been fried because of their power pole, we will need to take it to the shop it the battery remains uncharged. I hope I can hold Lake Jasper RV village accountable if we need to pay a huge service bill. read more

We have been here nearly a month and can only say positive things about this amazing campground! Location for us was perfect as we were visiting our adult child. The sites are a really nice size, the laundry facilities were spot on and took credit cards! Get a site overlooking the lake. The gals in the office were always super friendly and helpful. I'd like to come back in warmer weather and experience the pool and the beach more. read more

Second stay here. First was an overnight in March. We stayed here again over Memorial Day weekend. Used it as a rendezvous with family from Florida. We had 3 sites. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Disappointed that they had no activities planned for a major holiday weekend. And they don't have daily trash pickup. It is self serve. read more

I would not give any stars if possible. BEWARE!!! I made reservation and selected campsite about 6 weeks ago for a month's stay. My husband is 88 and I am 72 so we reserved a site within short walking distance to bathroom, shower, and laundry. Today when we checked in for our month's stay, our site was changed to a distant undesirable corner with roosters and dog run within 25 yards and not within walking distance to facilities. There was nothing that could be done according to Susie. Also, they do not give refunds under any circumstances so they have our $1270 dollars and we're stuck with this undesirable site! read more

Here is an honest good/bad review as we saw it. We were excited to arrive, our first RV trip. We had reservations and had picked a site 2 weeks prior to leaving. Get to office, and they had given us a different site because the other people extended their stay. We pull into our site, not a level site, sand and muddy, fire ring had trash in it. Noticed the site we had originally chosen was empty. It stayed empty until the next night. Not happy. We had chosen that site because it was very close to the dog park and we have an elderly dog with hip issues and has difficultly walking. BUT, we remained in our spot. The WiFi was about non existent, we had to use our personal hot spot. Took walk to the lake behind the pool. The little walk to get to the dock was rutted, sandy, muddy... could have been made safer for elderly, my husband walks with cane. Beautiful lake, beautiful view. Went to pool Saturday late afternoon to find a mid aged woman and man just about on top of each other, while there were children in the pool. Really? Go back to the camper. For the most part the camp ground was clean, well maintained, but a lot of the sites were not level, some on pea gravel, but others on sand. They do have a nice patio and picnic table at each site. The pool was nice and clean. The laundry area was nice. Nice dog park, but the area smelled due to the doggie clean up station right at the entrance. There was a rule to not display "for sale" signs, yet we saw one near the doggie park. Rule about dogs not allowed outside without someone around.....saw a couple. Not sure I would stay for more than a night stop over if ever in area again. My husband says he would not. read more

We stayed here for 3 nights beginning of March. This camp ground was super clean! Staff was so helpful and friendly. The sites are nice and roomy. The dog run is actually big enough for dogs to actually run. I can't say enough good things about this place! The laundry room was clean and you can use a credit card or quarters which I find incredibly useful. I also loved the specific washer and dryer for pet laundry. Great idea! What a great RV Park! Set in the beautiful backwoods near Hilton Head It has all premium sites with all the amenities you would expect from a great RV Park. The sites were super clean and the grounds are immaculate. They had a country store and showers toilets and a pool. Everything you need for a nice trip in nature. The lake is beautiful and very tranquil. The rate is a lot less expensive then I expected. For the price per night you can't do better. read more

My Family and I had a nice time here, we stayed for a month during a military move from West to East. It is clean & peaceful. We enjoyed time together at the pool, on the dock & just walking around the grounds. Not too much for kids to do but definitely a nice place for peace and quiet. read more

This campground appears to be new. Located very close to I-95. Easy access. We got in late the first night due to traffic. We called ahead to let them know that we would be late. Janet left our packet on the front door. It was easy to find our space. The site was level. No blocks required to level our fifth wheel. Everything was neat, clean, orderly and very quiet. No trains or planes. We slept great and left early the next day before the office opened. We spent a week in FL and returned here on the way home. This time we got in early and spent two days. There was a problem with a 50 amp breaker when we arrived. Jerry came by and replaced the breaker quickly. The old breaker was cracked probably due to the freezing weather that we had escaped. The staff was great. The spaces were large and level. Everything was clean. Nice lake, pool, games and hiking trails. We will be back. This park will replace our usual Hardeesville stop. read more

Very nice clean RV park. Located just off of Interstate 95. Very pleasant staff, that is extremely accommodating. Paved Roads and It has large lots that fit our 44 foot 5th wheel and truck with no problems, and you don't feel squeezed against your neighbors. We like this park , because the bath houses are clean, nice laundry building. The pool is a good size for our grandkids. They are very pet friendly with a good size dog park and doggie stations around the whole RV park. It has a nice lake that you can rent a canoe or kayak. We actually have a hard time coming up with any negatives. read more
