I think it's that they have so many orders lined up that they don't take the time and care to make the drinks. One person helps between orders at the register and the other is pulling shots but again it's only was only two people. Lots of space, people sitting and having conversations, and a greeting from the Barista the second I walked through the door. I went with my standard iced oat milk latte with honey and a triple shot and it was perfect. I wish I could have drank it there because the inside of the shop seemed like a place you could hang out for a while. Unfortunately, I had to take it on the road, but that is a shop (if I lived in that area) I would drive out of my way to get to. Well done guys!

I've gone inside a handful of times to bring some to a dinner function with friends, and walked away half of the time -- just toooooo pricey.
