Great little brunch place with lots of vegetarian options. I ordered the chile verde chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and it was delicious!! My husband got the veggie burrito and my kids got the Bomb French toast and waffles. Every dish had a lot of flavor and was enjoyable. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Yesenia, she was friendly, made great recommendations and was a joy to interact with. The food came out within 15mins which was a plus. The bathroom was clean. The ambiance in the restaurant was fun and inviting. We were on a road trip and it was just short detour from Fwy 101. We waited about 20mins for a table on Memorial Day Monday which was not bad at all, considering the place was packed! They only take reservations for parties of 10+. Already exceeding expectations and we hadn't even eaten yet. Now let's talk food. I went with the Carnitas Eggs Benedict and I need you to understand, the carnitas on this thing is an absolute weapon. The eggs were done perfectly, that soft over-easy style that gives you a little yolk situation when you cut into it. Savory, generous, just the right amount of heat, and the avocado on top brought this wonderful creamy richness that tied everything together. Outstanding. And then I made the executive decision to pair it with a mango mimosa dusted with Tajín, and friends, that mimosa made the entire brunch sing. It was the right call. It is always the right call. The coffee was solid too, nothing to overthink, just good coffee doing its job. My husband ordered the chilaquiles and was very happy with his life choices. My mom ordered the buttermilk pancakes, which were tasty but came out just a touch chewy, possibly overmixed or the griddle running a little hot that day. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. My dad's country fried steak got a "good but a little overdone" from the man himself, so there's some room to grow there. But here's the thing, the highs were really high, the vibe was great, the service was friendly, and I'm already mentally planning my next visit to work through more of the menu. Before my trip to Paso Robles, I immediately wanted to try this place. The food was tasty and very delicious. My chorizo Egg-Benedicts lacked meat but the flavor was unmatched. The English muffin soaked up so much flavor and it was perfect. The country potatoes were very flavorful, that I didn't even have to season them with anything else like you would in some other places. The mimosas were all good. I enjoyed them all equally. I took a Horchata Cold Brew to go & they put it inside their cute signature cup! This was 100% the best horchata coffee based coffee that I've honestly had. We got the Ribeye Benedict, make your own omelette (all veggies + sausage) with hashbrowns, and their Tres Leches Pancakes. First of all, the Tres Leches pancakes is delicious!! I don't think I've seen it elsewhere but I'm very happy we tried it. Ok decided to give this place a 5, even though for breakfast for 2 was quite a bit more than most places. Our server was Yesenia, but everyone was friendly and kept our coffee filled. The coffee was pretty good, we each had 3 cups. I do bring my own raw sugar, some places have it some do not. We luck out as we got there on a Saturday prior to 9am. When we left around 10, many people waiting. I had the California Classic but added Carnitas, fruit instead of Potato and a muffin instead of toast. This is where some of the extra costs came in. My husband, had the Brothers omelette, English muffin and crispy hash browns. Loved the bathroom, I love wallpaper and it hit me when I went in. This place is about a 40 minute drive, so not in the area too often. Also they have a very extensive menu. The place is nice and clean, they even sweep after children have left. Weekend in Morro Bay, on the way home we were craving brunch. We have visited Paso Robles many times and decided to drive through the area on our wat home. We were craving mexican brunch, found this lttle hidden gem via yelp search. It's off the off the beaten path from down town area we know of for Paso. Don't let that discourage you from a little drive. The place was absolutely pack with locals. Waited about an hour before we were sat. It was a nice day, wait was long but we were not in a rush to go home and enjoyed chatting g with the other customers also waiting who raved about this place. By the time we sat down we were really hungry and ordered too much food, lol. Everything we ate was really tasty and great! I lived both items we ordere, the tres leches pancakes and the house special chilaquiles. The severs were all very kind and helpful. Chiaqules looked like ones I'd had before but the richness of the flavors was unlike anything I have ever tasted. Hash browns are not my thing, and I avoid them, but my son likes them and ordered some. I would go back to brothers just to order the hash browns! The veggie burrito was similarly excellent. The waffles were also really good, but you have to have a sweet tooth. The execution was as good as any thing. I really don't want to post this reiew. Decent little hole in the wall brunch spot on the outskirts of East Paso. Located in a strip mall surrounded by tract housing Brothers dishes out a lot more than the unassuming surroundings would indicate. The food certainly the strong point here with a Chicken and Waffles that was very memorable! The service and ambiance were mediocre, although I did go on a Monday morning brunch rush so your mileage may vary. 30 minute wait on Monday morning so probably longer wait on a weekend. In my opinion the wait wasn't worth it, but Brothers is certainly worth checking out during non rush times. Food: Very good! Based on food alone Brothers would get a solid 4 stars! Their take on chicken and waffles is delicious and interesting in that it comes stacked like a sandwich with powdered sugar sprinkled on top (see photo)! It came with a side of crinkle cut fries which were decent but beer battered, pub or shoe string fries would have been better. Nonetheless, compliments to the chefs who cranked out some amazing food in relatively short amounts of time considering how many orders were coming in. Service: Service was pretty standard and I'm being somewhat generous because they were slammed when we went in on a Monday morning. We waited in line for 30 mins which I generally never do but the people I was with really wanted brunch. I can't blame them for being busy but their staff did seem to be feeling the strain and multiple mistakes were made. Nothing egregious but I think they could do with another pair of hands during busy times. Our server basically took our order and served us and we never saw them again until we were done, so water and coffee were quickly empty and I never got syrup for my chicken and waffles which was a bummer. They did get our check wrong by giving us another tables check and it took us a bit to flag them down to make them aware of this. I can only imagine how long the wait must be on a weekend morning! Ambiance: Nothing noteworthy here and what you would expect a suburban breakfast spot to look like. You're in a big open room with tables throughout and benches along with walls. If you go when it's busy you'll have people awkward milling about the front of the restaurant staring you down while you eat waiting to take your spot. read more

OK, everyone. This is by far one of the best breakfast restaurants here in the county. Even though they were super busy, service was impeccable. Walked in, we were greeted and seated right away at a nice table. Alex/Alexandra was our server. Very attentive and a personality that is out of this world.
