I had the BEST tasting PANCAKES EVER ! It was life changing , hahaha sadly I don't think I can ever find these special pancakes anywhere else now . It was the CORN PANCAKES ! That item is a must try ! My partner had the Birria Chilaquiles , he said he liked the 2 worlds coming together. *Warning on the chile oil that comes with it , it is very spicy ! * We felt welcomed as soon as we walked it , I would definitely make it a priority to come here again before reaching the sea.
Great little brunch place with lots of vegetarian options. I ordered the chile verde chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and it was delicious!! My husband got the veggie burrito and my kids got the Bomb French toast and waffles. Every dish had a lot of flavor and was enjoyable. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Yesenia, she was friendly, made great recommendations and was a joy to interact with. The food came out within 15mins which was a plus. The bathroom was clean. The ambiance in the restaurant was fun and inviting. We were on a road trip and it was just short detour from Fwy 101. We waited about 20mins for a table on Memorial Day Monday which was not bad at all, considering the place was packed! They only take reservations for parties of 10+. Definitely recommend trying Brother's Cafe, if you're in the area.
Good little cafe, I had the peach French toast and I got the eggs Benedict. There was a short wait on a Sunday morning. The restaurant employees were super nice and friendly. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. Highly recommend giving this place a try when traveling in Paso Robles.
The esthetic of the restaurant was super cute ! I had the cafe de la olla and Birria chilaquiles and both were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Alex Q was our waitress and she did an amazing job ! Highly recommend!
Before my trip to Paso Robles, I immediately wanted to try this place. The food was tasty and very delicious. My chorizo Egg-Benedicts lacked meat but the flavor was unmatched. The English muffin soaked up so much flavor and it was perfect. The country potatoes were very flavorful, that I didn't even have to season them with anything else like you would in some other places. The mimosas were all good. I enjoyed them all equally. I took a Horchata Cold Brew to go & they put it inside their cute signature cup! This was 100% the best horchata coffee based coffee that I've honestly had. I will for sure be grabbing another one before the end of my trip. I recommend this pretty, cozy & delicious place to anyone within the area. It didn't disappoint at all. Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10
We ate here four out of 5 days. Every visit was five star, both for food and service. Once again, Janet provided superb service. She made us laugh and be relaxed. Our other server Liz was just as terrific. She stopped by to say hello, which we really appreciated. I don't know who to say to, but these ladies deserve a raise. Our meal was superb. I had the Birraquiles, the weekend special, with basted sunny side up eggs, with simply the best hash browns available. My partner had carnitas chilaquiles with over easy eggs. He had a delicious horchata cold brew. I know there are other good restaurants/ diners in Paso, but until I get through every single item on the menu, I think we will come back again and again. Can't speak more highly of this place.
Great place to have breakfast. Tucked way in the back in a shopping center. This place was recommended by a local in Paso Robles. The food was amazing. The people who work here are very nice and work as a team. It's small inside but they have outside seating. Enjoy
We were in town for the weekend looking for a good breakfast. We found this place on yelp and wow! Food and service were so great I was compelled to write a review. Place is cute and inviting. Service was amazing from greeting to food suggestions but best of all they kept my coffee cup filled and fresh! My husband and I order the huevos rancheros and the tres leches pancakes. We enjoyed every bite! I recommend this place and hope to be back soon!
Fair warning before you go: there will be a wait. We showed up, got handed a buzzer, and were told 25 minutes. We were seated in 18. Honestly? Already exceeding expectations and we hadn't even eaten yet. We grabbed a spot on the patio, which sounds like a gamble depending on the weather, but they've got heaters going and it is genuinely warm, cozy, and lovely out there. No complaints whatsoever. Now let's talk food. I went with the Carnitas Eggs Benedict and I need you to understand, the carnitas on this thing is an absolute weapon. The eggs were done perfectly, that soft over-easy style that gives you a little yolk situation when you cut into it. Savory, generous, just the right amount of heat, and the avocado on top brought this wonderful creamy richness that tied everything together. Outstanding. And then I made the executive decision to pair it with a mango mimosa dusted with Tajín, and friends, that mimosa made the entire brunch sing. It was the right call. It is always the right call. The coffee was solid too, nothing to overthink, just good coffee doing its job. My husband ordered the chilaquiles and was very happy with his life choices. My mom ordered the buttermilk pancakes, which were tasty but came out just a touch chewy, possibly overmixed or the griddle running a little hot that day. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. My dad's country fried steak got a "good but a little overdone" from the man himself, so there's some room to grow there. But here's the thing, the highs were really high, the vibe was great, the service was friendly, and I'm already mentally planning my next visit to work through more of the menu. Brothers Café has real potential to become a regular spot. Just download something to read while you wait for that buzzer. You won't regret it.

The food was excellent, although they were crazy busy, we were seated right away, and our server was very attentive. Inside seemed a bit crowded, but we were outside and very comfortable, with a great atmosphere.
We came on today for my birthday. 5 of us. My daughter always orders California Benedict. This time she received it and the eggs were hard cooked. She sent it back. Then it came and was not enough time to barely cooked at all. Lastly Dan told our female server twice that he wanted sacred bled eggs. It arrived easy over. Lots of mistakes today. 9/13/2025 !!

I recently enjoyed the huevos rancheros, and it was a delightful experience. The egg was cooked to a perfect medium, providing a lovely texture that paired well with the dish. The tortillas were nice and crispy, adding a satisfying crunch. The beans tasted homemade, which made them a standout element, while the potatoes were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside and tender inside. The red sauce added a wonderful kick, balancing heat with rich flavor. On top of all that, the service was outstanding, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The perfect breakfast?!? We started with the mimosa trio... mango/tajin, cranberry and pineapple. Janet immediately called it in on her shoulder radio and it was perfect. Presentation (strawberry slice and blueberry on top) glass shape, taste... phenomenal. Then the food... Chorizo chiliqueli with red sauce and chorizo Benedict. Chorizo is tricky, but this was perfect... no grease, very limited heat, allowed the full meal to shine. Hollandase (beni) was perfect... red sauce on the chiliquelies was amazing. One had breakfast potatoes one had hash browns... both incredible. All complimented with sweet, timely service from Janet and the whole thing was the definition of a 10. Honestly can't think of one thing to critique... breakfast perfection!!! read more
First time to try this restaurant and I am asking myself why. The restaurant isn't massive but it's a good size, but despite that packed. That popularity drives up wait times but it says a lot about their food. We were lucky, we only waited about 5-10 mins. The restaurant is clean, staff were attentive and friendly and the ambiance was fine. The menu was diverse and several items caught my attention. I chose the crab benedict with avocados. Everything was cooked perfectly, even the country potatos. The OJ tasted fresh squeezed. The overall the bill was less than i expected and the food was some of the best breakfast. Service here was quick! I appreciate how the waiters were attentive. The interior design is beautiful especially the red cherry blossom like trees and the sign of the restaurant's name. If you enjoy sweet caffeinated drinks, this is the place! The biscoff cold brew is amazing, I love it! The food itself was alright, I just wish my chilaquiles had more chips. Other than that, this is a great place to have a casual breakfast/brunch with many options to choose from. read more

Decided to order breakfast to-go so we can enjoy it at our hotel patio. Only took about 10-15 mins for the order to be ready for pickup. We got the Ribeye Benedict, make your own omelette (all veggies + sausage) with hashbrowns, and their Tres Leches Pancakes. First of all, the Tres Leches pancakes is delicious!! I don't think I've seen it elsewhere but I'm very happy we tried it. The benedict and omelette are also very tasty and the portions are generous. 10/10 will come back here when we visit Paso Robles again :) read more
This place is so amazingly good that we came back one day after the other. Super clean, super nice staff, and the food absolutely delicious. No matter if you're ready for an early or late breakfast, this is the place to come. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Inside bustling with chatter, amazing food everywhere. Let's start with the coffee, on point and dark like I like it. We ordered the chilaquiles. They did not disappoint. Portions are hearty. The right amount of chips, crema, cheese and sauce. Beans were delicious too. Staff super friendly. Wow what a spot, This establishment specializes in flavor everything i saw comming out that kitchen looked awesome. I wanted those dulce de Leche pancakes but...... I ordered the chorizo eggs Benedict and wow great all around. The eggs were poached perfectly the sauce the potatoes everything was done well and the potion was just right . My date got avocado toast with a egg over easy accompanied bu cottage cheese and berries. Also very good The service was great when we were finally seated i mean this place gets busy and according to some digging theirs always a wait to sit over the weekend about 20-40mins. The feeling of the restaurant is one of a busy eatery catering to the hardworking people of paso robles. Alot of life and movement with an effort to make every customer happy . Don't know when I'll be back but if I do return I'll have those pancakes. read more

Food was amazing, service was also. Very attentive staff, my eggs were a little undercooked and normally I wouldn't say anything, but our server asked before she even put my plate down. They recooked and made it right. Very clean place, you could tell it was a popular spot as there was a wait once we left. We were traveling and looking for a breakfast place on the way home, Yelp is pretty good about steering me to the right place. Would definitely recommend! read more

Thoroughly impressed! Came down from the Bay Area for a recharge and luckily found Brother's Cafe. So good we went 2 days in a row. Our 1st experience was on Father's Day and the line was long. We figured if this many people will wait it must be good. Well it was well worth the wait. We had the Carnitas Chilaquiles with a side of fruit, then when we went back we had the Verde Chilaquiles with chorizo with a side of 1 biscuit and gravy. All dishes were 10's. Service was friendly and attentive. Oh the second day was busy but no wait! Not sure we will be able to drive through Paso without stopping! read more

Brother's cafe is a cool breakfast/brunch spot in Paso. Where mexican fuses with American breakfast style it serves huge portions for great value. The servers are nice and very attentive making sure you get what you want. The seating is very barn rustic which kinda vibes with the Paso culture. This was the last restaurant we ate at before we headed home from a 3 day ocean trip. We are really glad we ate breakfast here, what a treat. Everything was awesome. Best breakfast I've had in a long long time. This was our favorite meal of the trip. The only issue I had was we were forgotten about for 10-15min after we were seated. Our waitress was great. Every aspect of the food was executed perfectly. Hash browns perfectly crisp. The pico de gallo is epic. This is a food destination. read more
