I formerly lived in McKinney and made the drive to the Garland office and then to the new Rowlett office. A few years ago I moved to Waxahachie, TX, and despite the distance (53 miles, to be exact), I continue to make the drive to Rowlett to Glaser Dental for my regular check ups and cleanings and any and all dental work I need. I know there are tons of dentists in my area, but I am so happy with the care and attention that I get from Dr. Glaser and the staff that it is worth it to me to make the drive. The new office is awesome! The decor is fresh, inviting, and comfortable. Each dental room has televisions so patients can watch their fave shows during their cleanings/procedures and the staff is always attentive to patients' needs. The entire staff is always happy and friendly, the hygienists are very thorough and detailed, and Dr. Glaser is professional and trust worthy. I know that both he and his entire staff really care about their patients and their patients' oral health. Office staff and hygienists are super friendly and knowledgeable. I came in early for a cleaning 1.5 hours ahead of my appointment, they found time to fit me in. Conversation is probably the best I've ever had at a medical office before. From all of my past experiences, I've associated medical professionals as very straightforward and... well...a bit socially awkward. They continue to state that we have a "family" balance that has to be paid before they will schedule follow up visits. This balance has been reviewed with the business office against the EOB from my insurance in which the EOB does not reflect any patient responsibility. They are trying to balance bill for amounts they should contractually be writing off. This alone has put a bitter take in my mouth and forced me to start looking elsewhere for treatment. ​

No call. I called back a few weeks later and was told they didn't know about it and someone would call me back. Again, no call. It's now more than 2 months later.
