First of all, it was like 100F out, and the owner Sam handed me a chilled bottle of water. Then, some chocolate. Then some walnuts. He also brought over an air conditioning unit and pointed it right at me. Wow! He was also extremely friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy talking to and learning about his customers. The service was amazing, incredibly friendly and quick. I called in to see if they had any availability, and said to just come on by. They also checked my oil and topped off (I was extremely low). Today I came in to ask a question about my oil. They noticed I was past due on my oil change and said we could take you now and have you put in an hour. This would have never happened at my old mechanic.
