And just to make it worse I just took the pan off to install the new one and found out (Shane) the owner never rebuilt my transmission. There was still old trans fluid in it. Silicone gasket pieces all over the place and it was still dirty from when I gave it to him. It's never been ran cause my build is still on going. Then come to find out from multiple shops that drugs are a big part of (Shanes) life. His wife is so rude and runs her mouth on the phone. She should let her top and bottom lip come together and shut the f$#k up

I feel bad for you, what shop did this to you?" Mechanics work on cars to help people I thought and this drunk mechanic ruined my car, to the point where I'm having trouble getting a mechanic to help get my car running again. I cry every day because of them and what they did. And the secretary sounds so nice on the phone but she was back stabbing and lying to me the whole time, she knew what was going on with my car and backed them 100%. If anyone that reads this would be willing to help me or knows of anyone that can help me so I can stop crying I would be so appreciative. I'll try to leave my number or email if it will let me. Wayne took all my info and said they should have it done in about 30 min. I returned and the car was just about ready. Patrick pulled it up to the office door...I paid the bill which was $5 less than a quote from a local shop which included the labor to remove the stripped bolt that the other place couldn't do. Upon getting in my car there was a cold bottle of water. Great service...I will be returning with my other car. Always support local businesses. Thank you!

She said she believed it to be full synthetic so they got to work. When she was able to pull up she stated it was standard oil but they were already working on it. The sales rep solution was to redeem two standard oil changed ($60 purchase price) plus $25 cash to pay for an oil change that Groupon sells for $50. This company showed very poor integrity to my wife and took advantage of a vulnerable woman in an uncomfortable situation. We will not be going back.

They were too busy and didn't even have a tech listen but directed us across the street to Davis Diesel. They helped us immediately and the problem was solved. They took care of the repair on the spot and had us on the road in less than an hour. Excellent, friendly service!!!!

Then he asked me if I believed in the sound a wrench makes when nobody's holding it. I said no. He said "yet." He didn't charge me for the labor, only for the privilege of being diagnosed by the truck itself, which apparently has opinions now and communicates exclusively through check engine lights in Morse code. The invoice was written in torque specs but when I read it out loud it turned into a recipe for chili. I made the chili. It was incredible. Best chili of my life. The mechanic was gone by then but his hat was still there, spinning slowly on the hood, humming the intro to a song that doesn't exist yet. My truck runs great now. It also refers to itself as "we." When I turn the key it doesn't start the engine, it starts a conversation. Yesterday it asked me about my childhood. I told it about the dog we had growing up and it got quiet and idled rough for a minute like it was thinking. 10/10 would recommend. My neighbor's diesel is fine but he's calling this guy anyway just to see what happens. He came back speaking fluent hydraulic fluid and owns three more trucks than he did this morning, none of which he remembers buying. Anyway the sun's a little louder today. Diesel does that.
