I brought my car here today with a battery issue ( which I thought was a problem my my car's starter, which would have been a more expensive repair ) Andre took a look at the car and ran a diagnostic on my battery, and it is just the battery after all. Was in a skid plate nightmare for MONTHS-- Valvoline led me astray multiple times, trying to find the right parts for my car, but kept telling me to buy the wrong parts. I'd show up and they would tell me that they couldn't help or do anything, after explicitly following their instructions. Andre and the boys at Lakeside were WONDERFUL! Helped point me in the right direction, find the right parts, and hooked me up and fixed up my car in a FLASH. On top of the excellent service, the boys here are such wonderful guys. Shoutout to Andre -- for being flexible with payment repairs and being so very understanding! LOVED that I was shown the damage of my Kia Soul under carriage in the shop, most shops just explain the damages and give a quote. I was estimated up to 10 days of my car being in shop, and turned out to 4 days (i believe less)! The shop is very chic, the techs are very nice and from what I've seen they use updated technology to assess your vehicle damages/repairs within 20 minutes.
