They were incredibly patient as I worked out the process with insurance, Katherine assisted in getting an appraiser out and getting me over to a rental. Tom helped go over my options with me and gave fantastic advice on dealing with insurance and the best option. In the end, I decided to pay out of pocket because of the issues with State Farm and rescinded my claim. I know I could have bought it back salvaged but I had my reasons. Tom worked with me on parts and fixing what was necessary to help with my budget. They went above and beyond and even helped to fix some dents on a panel I did not want to replace to make it the best we could. I got my car back and I cannot believe how great it looks! They also detailed it for free and I felt bad as I delivered it in quite a state having gone to Joshua Tree the weekend before with it so it was very dusty.
