Where ants, bugs and leaks are the norm and the apartment manager never calls back or could care less about your problems? I have lived at the Conrad Villas Apartments for almost 7 years. This is the place to live if you want a place that feels like home. The management is so great here, They are professional, prompt and caring. Repairs are usually done the very same same day!!!! The grounds are green, clean pool and jacuzzi, plus assigned parking. They just had movies and pizza on them! It was great! The bedrooms are nice and large with great amenities but for me, what's best of all, is its pet friendly. Something about neighbors caring for pets, they always seem to be a bit more friendly. This is a great complex if your looking to move. It's really become home for me and my family!

My dogs are traumatized from how loud our apartment is from the maintenance guy slamming doors at 7 am and dragging heady metal patio furniture to people using the pool from sunrise to well after hours - it would be one thing to enjoy the pool as intended but they constantly drag the heavy furniture around, play with soccer balls and slamming the fence that divides our patio from the pool area, and people cannot stop screaming, including children, teenagers and the adults. They act like animals. It feels like rats are crawling on our walls because there is never a quiet moment. It's like these people are unemployed. The laundry rooms are always disgusting, and the machines are constantly down and if it's not that it's a group of teens that would go in and break the lines just for fun. It's not gated so people that don't even live here break into the pool and drop their garbage here (toilets/mattresses/stoves/etc) - leading to surcharges in our rent. People take your parking spot too and there parking on this street is horrendous between all the apartment complexes around there. The manager is a nice lady but has zero b$lls to take your concerns seriously and talk to the tenants about it. Kids have banged on our door just to be mischievous, our neighbor caught these women getting fully nude in front of our apartment, the sherifs are constantly here, the swat team has been here multiple times. People do not pick up after their dogs and leave their trash everywhere, they let their kids go around with scooters all day and it's one thing for kids to be kids and play but another is letting your child be a total nuisance in a shared space with zero adult supervision - they leave trash and rocks everywhere as well as mess with the landscaping. I can honestly say I have never had a single happy day living here. If you are this type of person that has zero consideration for others, don't want any rules, and want a "cheaper" rent and just let your kids do whatever they want this is the place for you. If you value your peace and are a kind neighbor and except the same treatment, please spend a few hundred more and find a different place.

It is a safe and enjoyable place to live, although I had heard from others...it was once not this way. The patio views are wonderful and the onsite manager, Maria Cahill is a gem to work with. She was proactive when any issues came up and worked diligently to resolve any problems. The management office is pleasant to go and Maria listens to each tenant that comes by. I honestly had a great, and hassle free experience living there and leaving there. Just as a matter of disclosure though, if you are not okay with stairs...well there are a lot of stairs! But, the view off your patio is pretty cool. So there is give and take. If you are looking for a clean, safe, and continually improving place to live, plus a responsive manager who cares and is proactive..apply here.

I covered ac unit due to smoking allowed in exchange to not remodel unit, bugs coming out of outlets, sinks and faucets and newspaper where no window frame was present. the manager kept most of my deposit. i never nailed anything there was no property damage! the reason i am posting now is because after leaving the manager threatened to harm me and put me in danger if i ever came within 1000 feet of the property. i no longer have the letter to post, i can only describe it. she and peppertree management continue to harass me but no one should have to live in that. I knew a nurse desperate to get 3 patients out of there due to the infestation. in summary, i did live there before lori, and it was nice, quaint and well taken care of.

The property is quiet, safe, and well maintained, with great amenities that make everyday life comfortable. One of the best parts of living here is the sense of community. I don't see the managers as lazy , or nosey . In fact , to me they appear nop to be on the ball in every aspect of their duties . They are always professional and they are on top of the game . When ever I need something done , or fixed , they are quick to react and I always get a kick outta the maintance guys just cuz they are light hearted and friendly and they do their job in a timely manner . And as far as the girlies go , well girls will be girls . Hahahaha Just joking and I need to quit that cuz I'm already feeling Devas eyes rolling and Melissa's in the corner chuckling . Instead of offering support, she gave me a 60-day notice to leave, even though I just got out of the hospital and have an active protective order against my abuser. She offered him my same apartment for him to move back in, while I move out. That is ILLEGAL to further victimize the victim as a form of punishment. She has connections to him and his family personally and is friends with his Mom. After standing up for myself and pointing out her inappropriate behavior, she called the police on me. Police didn't do SHIT BECAUSE I didn't do anything wrong. They even apologized to me, because my face was CLEARLY BEAT UP. I have all the pictures. It seems like she's on a power trip and may be struggling with her own insecurities because of her being overweight. I anticipate she might respond to this post with SOME BULLSHIT LIES, as she always does when someone calls her out. She also allowed my abuser to view video surveillance of me (when I had an active RTO) regarding who was coming in and out of my apartment, causing him to retaliate against me.

I have gotten my car tire slashed inside the parking lot (by a resident) and management didn't do anything about the situation. Water is always getting shut off, water heaters never work. Rats/Possums are always in the area (pest control or exterminator really need to be hired). Walls are paper thin. Washer/dryer units hardly work/ are never being fixed. I don't need to say much more.
