I had been looking for a functional medicine clinic in order to determine why I didn't feel well, couldn't sleep, was always tired, and my hair was thinning badly. The Lam Clinic was recommended to me by somebody who had an amazing experience at the clinic, as well as was feeling so much better as a result of attending, doing testing and taking the supplements. I was hesitant but determined I started seeing Dr. Brittani, and I felt heard and seen for really the first time by anyone in the medical field. The office support staff were friendly and kind, everything offered to me made sense and I was allowed to choose what I wanted to test for, etc. A customer service is really quite amazing, the office is beautiful, I live far away from the office and they allow me to have virtual sessions, we discussed supplements, what to continue and what to discontinue, and it's a true partnership in my healthcare. I went in here with because I had a health concern I wanted to address and the NP completely disregarded my concern and instead tried to sell me almost $300 worth of their supplements. I walked out feeling worse and did not buy any of the supplements because I cannot afford that and my health condition is continuing to persist. Staff are friendly, but WARNING they will try to sell you their "supplements" everytime you visit when all I want is to be seen for my health concern. I am now looking for another PCP because this doesn't seem like a healthcare clinic but more like an Herbalife store. read more

I would say rockie is to robotic , not a good supervisor who needs to learn to bypass the silly policy they have. This place wants a card of file before meeting up? Greedy as it gets. Trust the ppl that they will show up. If they don't then you have the right to not see them again. But to grovel over Credit card before seeing a new patient is insane. NO you can't have my CC ON FILE. Are you nuts? If I fault to see you as an appointment then boohoo let's make another appointment you already make tons of insurance when I'll see you for a treatment. There's a reason why even big hospitals don't charge or put a CC on file for cancellations BC LIFE happens. But these Asian clinics don't care it's all about the money.
