I sent a request for contact through Yelp and expected to hear back maybe the next day. Honestly, I was surprised by the VERY prompt (within an hour of sending the message!) and courteous response I received from the owner. He informed me he could send someone out the next morning -- totally reasonable -- for a free quote. The quote was quickly agreed to and the gentleman got right to work! The stains were completely gone with all evidence lifted by the time the cleaner left!! I kept in touch with the owner of the rental and learned that Spitz had done such a great job that if I hadn't initially reached out to her, she said she never would have even known anything had happened. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, but you won't be sorry if you use them! They are friendly, efficient and their work is spectacular!! Thank you again for your help in a pinch!!

I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. I wait and at 3 I call to confirm. They tell me they are on the way and be here at 4:55pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way. So I wait, only to get a call at 4pm that "it's too far". I been trying to work with these idiots all day and then they tell me this? Do you have google maps? Do you advertise you serve my area? Yes and Yes but they want to hang me up ALL DAY Friday only to ditch me at the end of the day. What a terrible way to run a business. Hurtful and unprofessional. I strongly suggest anyone looking for reliable carpet cleaning services to look elsewhere. This experience is bad and really I hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of nonsense. The value here with this place is less than bad since they took my whole day away from me waiting around calling back and forth following idiotic promises. I wish I could get the time back! I recently hired Yes We Care to clean my apartment for a move out clean, but unfortunately, it turned out to be an incredibly disappointing experience. From start to finish, this cleaning service displayed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Firstly, upon entering my apartment, I immediately noticed that the floors were still dirty and had not been properly cleaned. In the corners of the carpet you can see bundles of hair and dust. Not only were there visible dirt marks and dust, but even some larger debris had been completely overlooked. It was evident that minimal effort had been put into cleaning, and I was shocked by the poor quality of their work. The kitchen backsplash was dirty. I have only attached 9 images and 1 video, but I have plenty more proving their subpar cleaning. To make matters worse, when I brought up my concerns with the owner, their response was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for the subpar cleaning job, they attempted to shift the blame onto us, making baseless claims that we were somehow responsible for the dirty state of the apartment. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The fact that she would think we can create clumps of hair and dirt (within a day of them leaving) on the floors and carpets... when we don't even live there is beyond me. Those clumps are not going to happen overnight!! As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of competence and accountability. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on both fronts. Not only did they provide a shoddy cleaning service, but their unprofessional behavior and refusal to accept responsibility for their mistakes left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. We were blamed for the state of the apartment even though we were not living there! I strongly advise against using them for your cleaning needs. I found out about this company awhile back? Just when they were starting out through friends. My aunt is 78 yrs old, living alone. So I was looking for someone to take care of her, help her around the house and just be there with her when we can't visit. Yes We Care found a perfect lady to take care of my aunt, we started her off by regular visits and later asked Natalia to become full time live in assistant/companion for my auntie.
