My insurance towed the car to this location to get an estimate few hours after it got towed I got a call (with attitude) letting me know that my car needs to be off the premises by six before they close I gave them a call to let them know that the car is getting towed and asked if they completed the estimate and all they had to say that they had no time to do it today 08/03/22 It's not games it's not like I can drive the car there and leave it there insurance had to tow it there and back home. Dropped my car off to have the bumper repaired on my 2015 Kia with 18k mi. When i picked it up and started to roll out of the parking space i could instantly tell something was wrong. I made it around the front of the building, stopped, got out, looked at my passenger front tire to find a 3/8 body bolt sticking out of the tire tread. I turned around and parked the car. They offered to plug the tire but that was all. I brought my brand new car to Lammetrys because i thought it would be safe there. Now i have a tire with a plug in it. Thank you Lamettry's Collision for taking care of me and my car. I backed into a metal pole in a parking lot and thought it was only minor damage. It turned out to be more than just the outside. Tanner at Lamettry's called me to let me know what was happening and the process of working with my insurance claim. Throughout the whole process he kept me informed. I was at ease and was surprised at how quickly they worked for me and with my insurance claim. They gave me a detailed list of what was fixed, had an Uber pick me up so I could get my vehicle and then went over the details again. On top of it they detailed the inside of the car!!! Bottom line: tricky and expensive, horrible car work, and bad attitude... Do yourself a favor, and stay away of this place,please. It was my worst experience ever as far as the work that has been done on my car, and also the worst customer service, and treatment. I got an estimate, and that's how much I signed for to give the permission to work on my car repairs. $1500 was added to the estimate without notifying me !! the car was finally delivered after 4 days, and hours of negotiations on the phone with them, and the insurance company. the paint is not even, and some of the door filler was popping out !! I called an investigator from the insurance company to see the car, and we will go from there. read more

I would never use this company. I brought my 2017 Ford Exp King Rach to them. I was told they could get the vehicle in on the following Tuesday. Dropped off on Monday and was called Tuesday. They stated they had a bunch of other vehicles that came in and now they couldn't do mine until another week or 2. I was not happy of course but then they said what if they changed the schedule around and could due it the next day (Wednesday) and I agreed. At least I wouldn't wait another week or two. Next day I got a call saying they couldn't do it and asked if they could take it to the Lakeville shop. I asked when would they start. They stated they had techs waiting for the truck as we spoke and they would tear apart the vehicle upon areival and start working on it. I said great. 2 weeks went by and I got a call today saying there were 2-3 more vehicles before mine and they just wanted to let me know the status. I went off of course. 3 weeks and no work at all. Basically, it came down to this company will do anything to get your vehicle into the shop and promise everything. Once it is there they feel you are stuck to use them because it's been there so long already and you will just have to put up with it. Hard to trust them after their untruthfulness to date. Highly recommend staying away from them. I picked up my vehicle and took it to ABRA. At least they stand behind what they say. read more

LaMettry's removed several door dings from my Ford F-150 Truck and it looked like new upon completion. Very cost effective paint-less dent repair and there's nothing worst than seeing that door ding in your nice vehicle every time you get in. I've referred a co-worker and a friend of mine with far more severe damage to their vehicles and both came back thanking me for the referral. I repaired the car at your company on September 11th. The car rental company that my staff helped me find, I deducted my $450 car rental fee, which was originally paid by the other insurance company. Your company said that it is not your business. I need to go to the rental car company, but the car rental company has closed down. Not sure if all LaMettry's are own by the same family. I find them to be dishonest & untrustworthy. I went to the one down on HWY 61. Let's backtrack the story a little further. I am a former body tech, graduated form Dunwoody Inst. in 1989. Was in the field for over 10 years, before I left to do something else. Here's my story with LaMettry. I bought a brand new truck 2 weeks prior. Accidentally acquired a small indentation on the roof & a couple of smaller dents. It's a easy fix. a 5th grader can do this. Ended up spending 2 hrs. w/a LaMettry's estimator. His conclusion was I had to heat shrink the metal, R&R the sunroof & the back window. Drop the headliner & all sorts of BS. Price over $2K. I could hardly contain my anger &/or my laughter. I drove down the street to Abra. They pop the roof dent for me, 1st try w/a body panel suction cup for FREE. They gave me an under $400 est. for pulling the headliner & have their PDR guys go at the smaller dents. There is no question where I will take my repairs to, in the future, if I couldn't do it myself. read more
