And that dreaded day came and they were on the list of the insurance. They were very responsive and they told me went to bring my car and they worked on it within the timeframe they set up. It happened I was overseas when they were done and they were nice enough to accommodate me and keep the car there for a week or so till I come back. It was repaired so well even my colleagues at work could not tell it was repaired. The paint quality and the finishing was perfect. They even cleaned it from the inside better than I do myself which was not expected but highly appreciate it. It's not a surprise they have five stars reviews and they are on the list of state farm insurance.

Lying and appeasing clients is the best way to lose trust. You have none. Accounting, WTF...How is it that 6 months after I pick up the vehicle, I get an invoice? I don't know how this is acceptable in any industry. This is not on the insurance company okaying the payment. They deposited the amount into my account on Jan 12. When you were billing me for the Volvo, you realized that you had not invoiced me for the F150, that is why you have not been paid yet. Figure this out! They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair.
