I filled out my intake forms and then she got acquainted with my expectations and problem areas. It was such a great massage. She is so strong and worked on all my requests. She checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back, especially because they have such great hours! Highly recommend!

They seem to always have a steady stream of business, so I do recommend booking ahead. They have an easy to navigate website, and I can usually get an appointment within 24 hours. Luxe salon is the only place I will go to for a haircut.

He made us feel at home and was very focused on our needs and problem areas. We all had deep tissue massages, he is an excellent massage therapist, applied multiple techniques during the sessions. There were times during the massages that were painful lol, however, Peter encouraged communicating any discomfort with him and his explanation of the process helped alleviate any fears. After the massages, we were served home made egg rolls and oxtail soup. It was medicinal, delicious and hit the spot after all that hard work lying there for 90 minutes! We travel a lot, often seeking out unique massage venues, and I will say thus far, this experience has made it to the top of the list. She loosened all the knots. What relief, I went back again on Thursday for 90 minutes of Deep and Strong again, I am totally centered now and loose. We had to use google translate. Lastly, the way they massaged us is fast, aggressive and intense. I have never had this type of massage. I was not relaxed at all. It was like we got beat up. Typically I would fall asleep on a massage session. This one, I was 100% awake because of the intensity. They also asked us like 5 times to extend another half hour. When we deny, they become more aggressive in massaging us. I still tipped $20 in the end.

I've tried repeatedly, weeks and months, with no success. Meanwhile, they continue billing me every month. I now have 10 months of paid services banked that I haven't been able to use. To make matters worse, if you cancel your membership, you lose all that money. So you're stuck paying for services you can't schedule, or forfeiting hundreds of dollars. That feels incredibly deceptive. This membership has become a complete rip-off. If they don't have the staff or availability to support members, they shouldn't be selling memberships. What stands out the most is how much they genuinely care about their members. Emily, the manager, is amazing. Her heart and dedication to both clients and employees make this location so special.
