I had a full set removed and got a gel manicure & at the same time got luxury pedicure. The man who did my nails was so great and fun to talk to. Let me relax when I closed my eyes and for my massage and was just super friendly throughout. The woman who did my pedicure was so good - first of all - the luxury pedicure should be priced higher it was THAT good. I told them that as I paid lol. But the massages and everything with it was seriously so good. I asked for my services to be done at the sam time so it was about an hour ish appt which is what I needed. We just moved to this neighborhood and I can confidently say this will be my new go to nail salon.

Then you reach out to the owner only to be told that you can't be refunded or have your nails fixed if that's what you're looking for, when you only called to question if this normal or not for your nails to look like they've been done for a month and it's only been a week and some change. Then be told you can come get them fixed but have to pay. I shouldn't have to go out my way to come back to the shop to pay more money because my nails were rushed and not done properly! The owner sky is super rude and I will be disputing the charge with my bank and hopefully I get my money back because I sure enough deserve it. Don't say I didn't try to resolve this matter before escalating because I made three attempts! Do better. All I asked for is for them to be fixed, then a refund because of the combativeness. You left me no choice. The first screenshot is messages I sent on July 11th, just 10 days after I got them done. The other messages are between me and the owner today, July 18th and the pictures I took of the other nails. Horrible! So far 6 nails are trash. Edit to respond to owner: there's no full concept to give. I said what I said and I stand on it just like you are with decisions you made by not making this right. Stop being defensive, argumentative and take responsibility. I'm not the first to complain about nails breaking quickly after a service, look at your google reviews which you have responded in an aggressive way. 3 days. 5 days, a week later it doesn't matter! Most nail salons give you that weak window to reach out for any complaints. I will never step foot in another nail salon because it's a waste of money, time and energy that comes along with piss poor results and customer service. The time you're going back and forth with me you should be using to put more effort into your service! About context about the grow out you're not making any sense. "Grow out" should never be used as an excuse for a horrible manicure job.

It's very hard to find that level of care these days and is so appreciated! The receptionist is always so kind and helpful, especially when it comes to picking out colors and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Peter, the owner is very friendly and you'll see him each time walking around checking in and greeting everyone. He remembers his regulars by name, which says a lot about how much he cares about his business and clients. The salon itself is impeccably clean and very comfortable.
