I've seen her work and was optimistic because it was someone new. When I expressed that I was unsure often color she was like well too bad I'm not taking it off. During my nails appointment she expressed to me how she yelled at another customer because the customer was asking her quotation about her personal life and was distracting her from doing her work. I kept the color she chose cause said she couldn't find the color I wanted. I went to get them done of 3 days ago and I accidentally cracked a nail down the center. I called him made an appointment for 930 on 6/6. Leeann came in sat down next to me and looked at it and was like what do you want me to do. I said can you please fix the crack. She said no I don't wanna fix it. Got up walked outside to smoke a cigarette. I had to ask another employee to help me. Mind you I tipped her 20 dollars on a 100 dollar total!
