do not go to this dentist. My niece went and was very scared. When she told Dr Palk he began to yell and her and make her cry. then he proceeded to numb her mouth and when she said it was not numb enough he said i cant do this and walked out on her. He left her crying and half numb. Needless to say she is now traumatized and so afraid to go to another dentist. There has to be something done about this. read more

They are very professional I love Dr.Paik He is amazing no pain no game literally I don't feel any pain from root canals or crowns and my teeth are in very complicated condition. They have twisted roots and he was able to take it. Take care of it with no questions. If you're planning on wisdom teeth removed anytime soon, go somewhere else. After weeks of waiting for an approval and $50, the oral surgeon cannot see me. ( apparently he just comes around whenever he wants). After being asssured and promised an appointment, the amount of time the dentist and oral surgeon took ( months, btw.) is ridiculous, and unprofessional. That being said the receptionist is nice. Mix feeling I love both dentist on site however front office need a huge adjustment. Management has 0 accountability. I waited 30+ day for a insurance authorization a authorization that never arrived to the insurance agency. She stated she can not control the post office nor the insurance agency when I suggested to her to follow up with an agency when mailing out authorization she said no , that they have to many patients to do that with.which is crazy so there lack of communication with the insurance company a patient has to wait for longer in pain.( I did inform the manager I would discuss my experience with the Dr.) I went from an insurance patient to a cash patient I cannot handle this pain. The following day I was schedule for an appointment: I wrote down my appointment was at 11 I know it was at 11 the receptionist calls and say are you still coming in to your 10 appointment I said yes I thought it was 11 she states she need to clear it with the Dr. comes back on the phone and say that the Dr is leaving early and he said no that he can not see me. Why call and ask are you still coming why not call and say you missed your appointment can I reschedule. These front desk girls including the manager have no customer service, do not know how to properly communicate, and have no accountability. Me and my children where deny service because we did not have a face mask. My understanding is that every single office has to provide facemask. if the client doesn't have one in this case, the manager dined me one. when I did with me told me that face mask are too expensive and that they were not providing those. The manager was very very disrespectful to me. Horrible to turn a patient away for a face mask. This office should be providing them. You lose more sending patience away. The is not a great dentist. The staff and dental assistants are sweet but the dentists are rude and do not listen to patients. I have switched between both male dentists and both have caused damage to my teeth. I had to get fillings and they have been breaking which causes immense pain. Only one week after I got my fillings they started to break apart. Please save your teeth and go elsewhere. Patients deserve to be listened to and at top priority. read more

I visited this office and I must say the atmosphere is pleasant. The receptionist was polished and friendly. The back office was great. I needed a deep cleaning and was looking into a bleaching treatment after Dr.Kamal explained the process The back office came to me and let me know my price before any work got done. I proceeded with both treatments. The coast was reasonable, I didn't feel cheated at all I was explained what my insurance covers and my out of pocket coast. I applaud Dr.Kamal and his staff for a great job. read more

Very unprofessional, I don't care if your the president of the US you don't disrespect people, your clients and even your own staff members. My 7 year old was having work done and I was there with her, the dr. was so rude to her staff and to me. I don't know what crawled up this doctor's a!!h?#le but maybe she's mad cause she couldn't cut it in med school. It was my first time here. I went for a cleaning last week and they noticed some cavities. Julie was great and very personable I'm not one to go to the dentist often which is probably why I have the cavities. We scheduled my fillings for today which was only a week later, I love the flexibility and availability. Once again Julie and Dr. Karen were great at their jobs I feel very comfortable with them and would definitely refer anybody to them. The office staff upfront could smile a little more but what's most important is the great dental work that they provide. read more

Came here because my daughter (9 years old) needed a couple fillings and 1 extraction. She got the treatment done, staff was very nice but the dentist (female, forgot her name) was very rude and disrespectful at the end. After treatment was done I asked the dental assistant if she can ask the dentist to prescribe Motrin or Tylenol for pain and se nicely said, "oh yeah sure no problem." She came back disappointed and didn't know how to tell me that she refused. I insisted and asked again. The mean dentist then assumes and on her own says , "I can't prescribe her pain killer with codine." Mind you, I never asked for codine , my daughter is 9 so I'm the heck would you think or assume I want to give that to my daughter! I interrupted and told her I never asked for codine and wouldn't even give that to my 9 year old, I just want Motrin or Tylenol since insurance will cover it. Since she felt stupid , she just said well I still can't. Stay away from this dentist office!!! Never did I go back or would recommend anyone to this place. read more
