I get a call at 4/21 at 6:53PM asking to reschedule my appointment because they are remodeling I asked how long the remodeling has been going on they said 2 weeks. So I was given an appointment knowing they wouldn't be available and not given notice until it was too late for me to make other arrangements they had 2 WEEKS to make me aware so I could be seen elsewhere and waited till the end of the day the night before to let me know they wouldn't not see me. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable as work scheduling isn't always easy to change. I found it unacceptable and a disrespect to my time.

The dentist was very reassuring and informative. The financial consultant explained and broke down costs down well with a kind manner. The hygienist and everyone that assisted lead me through everything and kept me at ease during everything from X-rays to fillings. Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt uncomfortable. My teeth look and feel great. It almost felt like a spa treatment. I got a regular cleaning with some fillings and a night guard measuring. They offer payment plans like most places. They didn't pressure, push or try to sell me anything I didn't need and I had to hold of on invisilign which they completely understood. I paid $1,300 without insurance. Although it felt like a luxury I was lucky enough to have the money for, I will say it was well worth it for the care I received. I would definitely recommend this place.

Due the misdiagnosis, Dr. Long said she would do a root canal for no charge. While doing the root canal, Dr. Long damaged the crown on another tooth and without my knowledge she billed my insurance another $1,200. I was in their office twice a month for pain and discomfort. After $6,000 later, I saw a dental specialist who was able to correct my condition. My insurance said that I was over charged for the service received. I would not wish this nightmare on anyone. At the beginning of COVID, I developed an excruciating tooth pain. MINT was closed so I had to seek other options. I went to 3 different professionals who all said my tooth was cracked and had to be pulled. Not willing to accept that, I tried MINT again. Hallelujah! They were open again. AND- I only needed a root canal. I cannot praise Dr. Reid (who gave me hope) and Dr. Sonia Smith (who performed my root canal) enough for saving my tooth and restoring my trust in dentists. She had a deep cleaning maybe 12-18 months ago from another shady dentist, Mint did another one, although there hadn't been a diagnosis of any gum disease. Dr. Harrison, this unacceptable from a proclaimed Christian based dentistry. Find a dentist with morals and desires to help, not take advantage of senior citizens.
