"Let us rip you off or don't come to our office!" I've got a few cavities fixed in this office. They told me I also need a couple more things to get done which were not covered by my insurance. Their price was high so I found a cheaper place and got those things taken care of. A few months later I came back to this office for a re-exam as I suspected more cavities. The receptionist gave me an appointment. Then asked me about the previous things that they said my insurance didn't cover. I told her that I got them taken care of somewhere else. Then she said, she couldn't give me an appointment and that they can't see me anymore. I was shocked. I said it's illegal to refuse a patient for no reason. She said, she (receptionist) could refuse anyone she wanted. I said "ok fine but I will definitely let people know about this on social media." At that point, she turned into a major b.... and got up and walked me to the door in the rudest way possible. She had turned red like a tomato. She even closed the door squeezing my heel in between. I kept my cool there. But this will not go unpunished. I talked to a friend who is a healthcare lawyer. He said the best course of action to take is to file a formal complaint to ADA. I will do just that this week. You should hear more in the near future. Edit: Regarding his response to me: He's straight up lying. Unbelievable! What a despicable person! His receptionist did NOT ask a single thing of me. As soon as she heard I got treatment somewhere else, she refused further assistance. Mind you in the rudest way possible! Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to ! I have always dreaded going to the dentist because I've chosen so many bad ones over the years .. Dr Hamilton and his team made me feel totally comfortable from the minute I walked in the door for my first appointment. I let them know how much I can't stand coming to the dentist because I've always left in so much pain and they did everything they could to make sure I was totally comfortable. I would wear headphones so I couldn't hear anything going on and they numbed me perfectly without causing too much pain at all. I've completely changed my thoughts about going to the dentist after having the privilege and honor of being worked on by Dr. Hamilton. The word "Dentist" practically paralyzes me... So I'm not one (& I don't think there are too many out there who do) who enjoys a trip to the dentist. However, just having returned from a visit to Dr. Hamilton... I must write a review! Not only is he deserving of 98 times the stars I'm allowed to rate him but he & his staff are like family & make, what is usually my least favorite place to go, a favorite place to go & a reunion of friendly awesome people! I have two special needs children (so in addition to not grasping dentistry & being kids, who generally dislike dentists in general, we have added challenges when it comes to check ups) who also look forward & are eager to see Dr. Hamilton & his staff! Originally I took them to a place that specialized in pediatric dental care & "said" they were experienced with special needs children... Once I visited Dr. Hamilton I never took them back to the other place. He's as comforting, amazing & calming as they come. He doesn't drug the children to wean out the fear... in fact he will pull out pictures of his puppy & the kids will have had no idea they just had 1/2 of an exam. Not only are the appointments always smooth, thorough & precise, they are also very accommodating & done on time & when needed! I have recommended Dr. Hamilton to everyone I know!! & one other star he is deserving of is that he's not trying to sell you a bunch of cosmetic dentistry you don't need, nor claims to have tools that see cavities 15 years into your future! Though he's impeccable at cosmetic dentistry when it's needed & done perfectly (believe you me, I'm very picky when it comes to my teeth... after all they are the only things that don't seem to gain weight as I get older so I take great pride in their appearance)! Terrible receptionist! Back office was nice Doctor Hamilton was good but the older receptionist made it a bad experience for me. Never looked forward to going there because I knew I had to deal with her. They use an out-of-date billing system and harassed me for payment when all she had to do is call my insurance and figure out what she had to do to get paid. She had me calling my insurance about 5 times and each time they told me it wasn't my fault and for her to call them. So I called her one last time to tell her what my insurance said and the next week I received a letter stating that they would no longer be my dentist. I would give only one star but I liked the back office staff. read more

Dr. Hamilton has been my family dentist for years. I needed some crowns to be replaced, and I went to him, to have it done. I couldn't afford my regular dentist, although I will go back to him if I need implants, he has done two for me. But I chose to go and see Dr. Hamilton, and he did an excellent job. I got 8 new crowns, Zirconium. I love the look, and most of all I could afford him. I recommend him highly to anyone that needs a great dentist. read more

Had a great experience! I was a first time patient and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Cleaning went smoothly, Adrian did a great job. However, the doctor noticed a small chip on my front tooth that would have given me problems down the road. Being as my insurance was to expire within the next week, he would have been unable to fix it with a later appointment. I was Dr. Hamilton's last patient for the day and to my surprise he decided to stay late to fill tooth! So nice; so accommodating. My tooth looks and feels great, and I felt very special that the doctor would sacrifice part of his Friday for little old me. 5 stars. read more

Dr. Hamilton has a good heart for his clients, and really cares about your well being. Dr. Lance Hamilton is amazing. The Front desk receptionist lady with blond hair and tall is the rudest person I have ever met. I have never called anyone racist, but she is. Dr. Hamilton is amazing! He unfortunately had to run out to another appointment and I did not know. I was in the middle of my exam when she ran in telling him he had another appointment. The doctor assured me I was his priority and that all sounded great until the dental tech was done polishing my teeth and they felt as if they still needed some cleaning. I asked if he could help me and he said he would be right back after he got the doctor. Instead of him coming back the lady at the front desk came and was rude with (negative energy.) She said "the doctor is gone." I explained that he did not go over my X-rays and my teeth still needed cleaning. She said as rude as she could you can wait 20 min. I said where is the doctor and how far is he? I was trying to find out if it would be longer instead she tried to pick up my purse and I just looked at her shocked. She told me "you could get out!" I have no idea where all this came from she then told me she had notes on me. Mind you I had been there once or twice with my daughter. I was so confused. She then said let's go you need to leave like she was kicking me out and her face was red like a tomato as she escorted me out. I left really confused, upset, and feeling like she was a racist. I called back to talk to the other secretary and ask her name and instead she put the same woman on the phone who was rude and she told me "you can take your state benefits somewhere else you don't have to ever come here again." Wow! She must have me confused because I was paying cash as I did the last time I was there. Even if I had state benefits she has no right to treat people the way she does. She is a racist!!!! I personally have never called anyone a racist. This is not her first offense either I have read her reviews. I am not sure why Doctor Hamilton would keep this woman working for him. She seems like she may need psychiatric help. read more

WORST experience ever going to this dentist!! Instead of taking my wisdom tooth out he did a filling instead which caused an inflammation and I was in pain for one week and wasn't able to chew on the left side of my mouth. ( which he thought it's NORMAL)I had to go to another doctor to take care of the major damage he had done! I'm still in pain from other fillings he did!! read more
