Missing cap under vehicle

I recently purchased a 2021 Mercedes. What I thought was a great deal (price and mileage), turned out to be my worst car buying experience. There was a heavy vibration in the vehicle when I was driving home at a high speed. Decided to take the car to a credible source for inspection. The findings were alarming. There were vital missing pieces under the vehicle that connect the axle and base of the car. I was told the car should've never been sold it that condition for safety reasons. Took the car back to Land Rover to get fixed and was given a loaner. I don't live around the corner. This is a hour and 45 minute commute. I chased this dealership for missing paperwork, updates on my vehicle. They bear the name of an Elite dealer but operate like a random roadside auto group. They made zero provisions for the inconvenience they caused me. I'm still waiting for a part that's on order. When I did my research, I was told I can get the part in two days as it is in stock at an Orlando dealership. It's been two weeks and counting, I'm still waiting. Customers are numbers when they walk through the doors of this dealership. They have zero customer service etiquette and don't seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction. Do not be swayed by pricing. Do your research and spend your money with a dealership whose actions match the elite name they bear. **Update** When I got my car back, I discovered my rear Mercedes floor mats were removed. I decided to call Mr Clay (GM) to air out my grievances. We had a nice conservation and I was reimbursed for all expenses incurred while my car was being fixed. I received a new full set of floor mats. They weren't the mats removed from my vehicle but a generic version. Lots of lessons learned here. Moving on.

Good morning. I am so very sorry to leave a very negative review of this dealership. My name is Anita Albano and am recently retired. My husband Terry surprised me with my dream car for my retirement an Audi A3 convertible. The car is immaculate and my favorite color white. The price was so ideal that my husband and I purchased a one way ticket to Orlando to purchase the vehicle and drive it nine hours back to our home town of Mobile Alabama. Julius Green the general manager assured us prior to heading back to Mobile that all would be fine for our nine hour drive. 5 minutes into our drive the low oil light came on and I immediately pulled into an auto parts store on a Sunday morning. Terry could not assist because he was on Several international calls. So I walked into advanced auto parts and luckily found 0W 30 on a Sunday. My husband wanted to pour the oil in but could not break away from his call. So I went to action. Thank goodness I did not get any oil on my white dress. My husband Terry attempted to call Mr Green on several attempts but received no return call from him. So I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership. I do love my Audi but have decided to cut ties with Land Rover of Orlando and start a relationship with our local Audi dealership since they return our calls. So sorry for the bad review. Michael and the crew were fantastic! He updated me often on the completion of my car. I was in and out in 30 minutes making the process extremely seamless. This range rover is by far the nicest riding car I've ever been in!

Beware of this dealership and their shady sales practices. Nowhere on their website does it state that their vehicles come with LoJack service pre installed and you must pay for it while buying a car from them. This came as a shock while looking at the first set of numbers given. The dealership didn't have a true answer as to why this is not disclosed on their website. As you can tell on the second picture, the LoJack price disappeared and it was added to the price of the vehicle. Again, if I'm paying for a service then it must be disclosed on the purchase agreement not added to the vehicle cash price.

It was being sold by CH Auto Sales, so I inquired for more information about the vehicle using the Contact Us on their website. I wanted to purchase it and the next day I called Mr. Charlie Williams, Owner, CH Auto Sales. This was my first red flag. He wasn't a very good salesman because he sounded angry, was very direct and didn't seem like he wanted to discuss the deal. Also, he was pushy and wanted me to sign the Purchase Agreement only after a few communications. On 15 July 2024, I signed the purchase agreement, scanned and emailed it to CH Auto Sales. Then Mr. Williams gave me verbal instructions to process a wire transfer for the amount of $1,254.00 for shipping the vehicle. I even repeated this information back to him to ensure our long-distance transaction would be accurately processed. He emailed the necessary information for the wire transfer, so I contacted my bank and processed the transaction for $1,254.00 that same day. Bank Name: Wells Fargo 1030 MONTGOMERY RD, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL , 32714 Routing/ABA NO. 121000248 Beneficiary A/C NO. 40630112757261641 Beneficiary A/C Name: CH AUTOS SALES, 540 N STATE ROAD 434, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714 On 16 July 2024, Mr. Williams contacted me by telephone stating that I didn't read the Purchase Agreement carefully and was very upset with me. I had just woken up and was not pleased with this sudden change that was turning bad very quickly. During this conversation, he also stated, quote, "I do not need your money. I will send it back by the end of the week." I later contacted Mr. Williams via email to express my disappointment and the reasons for not trusting him with purchasing the car. On 22 July 2024, I requested a status of returning the shipping payment via email to CH Auto Sales, which received the email reply of "call your banker and tell about this! you a maked complaint and my bank account is locked now!" Now I'm not sure what legal or administrative action(s) to take to recoup my payment to CH Auto Sales, but he needs to be stopped now from doing it again. Mr. Williams' poor integrity clearly isn't consistent with American values because he took financial advantage of me. Please DO NOT purchase from him. Mr. Williams poor business practices and ability to steal money from potential buyer is NOT ethical. These were the red flags I noted about CH Auto Sales: * Purchasing a vehicle via wire transfer is widely associated with scams * I live out of state and Florida is a great distance away * CH Auto Sales is not listed with the Better Business Bureau of Florida * CH Auto Sales has no reviews available on the Internet * CH Auto Sales address shows no business building on Google Maps * CH Auto Sales is a relatively new business, which is a high risk

The young man working the wash tunnel said they will give each customer (2) towels to take home and wash themselves because they can no longer provide them for daily use because so many were being stolen. I'm disappointed in the people that are taking their microfiber towels but it's unrealistic to think that I am going to remember to wash and put these towels back into my van every week. Not very convenient and that was the whole point of the the monthly membership - the additional perks and convenience. Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. It looks like it's been sold to MISTER Car Wash.
