I know salespeople noticed me, but probably concluded I was not worth their time, because I did not present as an affluent buyer. I'm African American and was dressed in athletic attire. What they did not know is that I was paying cash for the $187k vehicle. I left in contempt for being ignored and went to Land Rover Melbourne, which was an hour away from Orlando. I was treated much differently and I purchased the Range Rover LWB Autobiography with cash from them. A couple weeks ago, I went for my first oil change at 8000 miles Rather than drive one hour to Melbourne, I went back to Land Rover Orlando for this service and was shocked that they charge $1000 for the oil change. I called Land Rover Melbourne, and I was quoted $400 for the same oil change at 8000 miles. Instead, I took the car to Melbourne, and when speaking with the service manager, he informed me that I already purchased a maintenance agreement, which covered the whole cost, something Land Rover Orlando knew already when I took the car there initially, but conveniently did not tell me this and wanted to charge more than twice the cost of what the oil change should be. I recently purchased a 2021 Mercedes. What I thought was a great deal (price and mileage), turned out to be my worst car buying experience. There was a heavy vibration in the vehicle when I was driving home at a high speed. Decided to take the car to a credible source for inspection. The findings were alarming. There were vital missing pieces under the vehicle that connect the axle and base of the car. I was told the car should've never been sold it that condition for safety reasons. Took the car back to Land Rover to get fixed and was given a loaner. I don't live around the corner. This is a hour and 45 minute commute. I chased this dealership for missing paperwork, updates on my vehicle. They bear the name of an Elite dealer but operate like a random roadside auto group. They made zero provisions for the inconvenience they caused me. I'm still waiting for a part that's on order. When I did my research, I was told I can get the part in two days as it is in stock at an Orlando dealership. It's been two weeks and counting, I'm still waiting. Customers are numbers when they walk through the doors of this dealership. They have zero customer service etiquette and don't seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction. Do not be swayed by pricing. Do your research and spend your money with a dealership whose actions match the elite name they bear. **Update** When I got my car back, I discovered my rear Mercedes floor mats were removed. I decided to call Mr Clay (GM) to air out my grievances. We had a nice conservation and I was reimbursed for all expenses incurred while my car was being fixed. I contacted the dealership to have it replaced, and they have so far refused to communicate with me through sales or the service department.. I asked to speak to Julius Green, who is the general manager. I've not heard a word from him. No calls returned. I spoke to the salesman that sold the car. He was absolutely no help at all. My husband Terry surprised me with my dream car for my retirement an Audi A3 convertible. The car is immaculate and my favorite color white. The price was so ideal that my husband and I purchased a one way ticket to Orlando to purchase the vehicle and drive it nine hours back to our home town of Mobile Alabama. Julius Green the general manager assured us prior to heading back to Mobile that all would be fine for our nine hour drive. 5 minutes into our drive the low oil light came on and I immediately pulled into an auto parts store on a Sunday morning. Terry could not assist because he was on Several international calls. So I walked into advanced auto parts and luckily found 0W 30 on a Sunday. My husband wanted to pour the oil in but could not break away from his call. So I went to action. Thank goodness I did not get any oil on my white dress. My husband Terry attempted to call Mr Green on several attempts but received no return call from him. So I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership. I do love my Audi but have decided to cut ties with Land Rover of Orlando and start a relationship with our local Audi dealership since they return our calls. So sorry for the bad review. I purchased a Certified Used car from this dealership and basically the whole year I had the car there were problems with the screens and if you know RR, they control about everything you do with the car. With it being Certified the maintenance was covered, just very hard to take a car in like 5 times for the same thing. SO, I sold the car back to them. Once this happened, I cancelled an Extended Warranty that was for 2/2026 to 02/2028 to cover the car I felt I would keep for more years. But cancelling the Extended warranty in 2025, they already prorated it and cause me to LOSE $1,500.00 of what I paid, because they claim it started the day of purchase, based on the finance guy that I dealt with this is a lie. BECAUSE, all the service I had while owning the car was covered because it was Certified until 02/2026! read more

02/10/26 - I arrived at 0914 and the dealership opens at 0900. I stood in front of the main entrance for about 15 minutes and nobody ever approached me for service. I then walked in to the front desk ( which was unmanned ) and waited another 10 minutes looking around aimlessly at no sales people in the area. I then walked back outside the front door ( where customers park ) and waited an additional 10 minutes before checking inside at the front desk again ( nobody was still there ). At no point did any employee ever approach me or even make an attempt to greet. I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle and was ready to make a deal TODAY. It is now 1000 and I am deciding to leave.....As I have spent the last 10 minutes just waiting.......I do not know if I will come back to this location or not and as of today, I would not recommend this location to friends, family or strangers alike. Nowhere on their website does it state that their vehicles come with LoJack service pre installed and you must pay for it while buying a car from them. This came as a shock while looking at the first set of numbers given. The dealership didn't have a true answer as to why this is not disclosed on their website. I received shocking customer service from Nick one of the sales boys. You'd think it being a Land Rover dealership they'd have some class and understanding but I was completed wrong. We were out of state buyers looking to purchase a car that wasn't even originally on the lot. We filled out initial paperwork, sent over our documentation and asked for the car to be retrieved from off site so we could have a video made to ensure the car was it great shape. It was, outside of a few scratches, which Nick agreed he would take care of for us. We agreed on a final sale price sent over documentation and I even went ahead and purchased $2000 shipping to have the car picked up within the next 5 days once it was done was the cosmetic issues. Last I heard from Nick was he was working with a client and he'd be back in touch to finalize the paperwork. I did not hear from him again. I texted him multiple times a day for two days, reached out to another assistant Courtney to have him get back in touch, left voice messages on his phone... All I wanted to know was where we were at with the cosmetic fixes and whether we could tie everything up. I didn't hear back from him again, completely ignored me, and failed to update me that he ended up selling the car to someone else who was at the dealership. I found this out by eventually calling another sales person there and asking him while on the phone, what is happening and why has no one been in touch. I wouldn't suggest this dealership, so don't let the positive reviews fool you, they ultimately don't care about their clients, agree to terms that they are happy to ignore, and clearly do not follow up with them. I was eventually messaged back by another assistant saying he tried to reach out, but we all know that's a load of bollocks. 2k in the hole now and an upset pregnant wife who had her heart on this car to arrive prior to our first child. The ironic thing, I could have just bought it on driveway.com there and then and it would have been ours, but I tried to be efficient and ensure we worked directly with the dealership, if it wasn't for me asking them to retrieve the car, they wouldn't have even sold it on site. Service department is awful. I was having an issue with my 2015 Land Rover so I gave them a call to make an appointment. They had no time slots available for months but they said they could squeeze me in if I brought it in right away so I did. Did not hear from them all day, and had to keep calling to check on the status of the vehicle. They were finally able to look at my car a day later, and quote me almost $800 to replace a door latch (labor rate is $185/hour). Absolutely laughable. I would caution you as a buyer. Three weeks ago I purchased a BMW X5 M Competition from this dealership. Unfortunately the very next day I had to drop it off at my local BMW dealership for service due to a check engine light that came on first thing in the morning. Come to find out the check engine light had come on 10x in the last 1,000 miles, 2 of those times during the mileage that the dealership had ownership of the vehicle. After some deeper digging at BMW it was brought to my attention that the check engine light was reset each time and the issues had not been corrected. Land Rover Orlando denies any responsibility for the fact that the check engine light came on during what appears to be a time while they were in possession of the vehicle and that potentially the check engine light was reset during that time. In fact when contacted the response was "I'm not sure what to tell you, the vehicle is covered under the factory warranty, maybe it was the previous owner" Yes 8 of those times I would agree must have come from the previous owner however the car was listed on their site with 10,942 miles and 2 of the times the engine light came on was after the listed mileage? I am seeking out additional information from BMW that would allow me to pursue this issue legally if in fact the dealership was aware of the problems with the vehicle. The second time I contacted the sales person to make him aware that BMW may need to keep the vehicle for 3 weeks due to the severity of issues with the engine the response was "that sounds like a long time, maybe just drive the vehicle until they can service it or bring it to a dealer that will fix it faster" One of the issues with the engine is the camshaft. Not sure you can drive the car with no worries when that is the issue hahahaah.... I want the dealership to take responsibility for what appears to be failure to disclose information regarding the condition of the vehicle. Or how about a level of understanding? An apology? Maybe the manager give me a call since I have requested it 2x from my sales person? We are talking about a $100k + vehicle that may need severe engine repairs, devaluing the vehicle. To make matters worse the sales person stated that "Our BMW dealership checked the vehicle when we took possession of it" If this is true then I would assume they hooked it up to their computer to check for engine codes, and if they did they would have found the 10 codes that were flagged over the last 1000 miles much like my local BMW dealership did within 5 minutes of checking the vehicle. I would tell you buyer beware. Be smarter than I was and have a mechanic come out and check over your potential purchase before making your decision. Do not trust that this or any dealership will disclose information that you may need prior to making a sound decision. read more

This happened while I was in New York and I couldn't find a dealer anywhere nearby that had my tires in stock. I was going to be in Orlando later in my trip so I called to see if they had my tires. On the way home from her work during the last hurricane she was forced off the road by another car avoiding a large limb that had fallen my wife was forced of the road hit the curb and tire and wheel were damaged. they charged her 1,700 to repair it, if they had repaired in the time they promised her car would have been covered but no.in essence she had to pay 1,700 to get her car fixed by damage of natural disaster, when her own car was covered, needless to say i compare them somewhat to fema and what they did to our neighbors in North Carolina from the same hurricane ,didnt even offer us the 750 dollars!!!! anyway good luck to you all and god bless read more
