Landlock Pest Control does great work. The technicians are always friendly and caring about where the problem areas are, if we need them to spray anywhere particular, or any noticeable bugs. Before they started spraying we had roaches in the house daily, spiders, ant colonies camping out around our doors and windows, even those spider cricket things in our crawlspace. I tried spraying myself, but it only worked for a day or two and then they all returned. Now, I want to point out that we are clean, we don't leave food out, and our floors are cleaned regularly. We finally gave up trying to tackle these pests ourselves, so we signed up with Landlock. After the first treatment, it was like all the bugs in the walls came into the house, we were swarmed for days, so I called them back a little frustrated. They came back out sprayed the inside and the outside again. Then the bug population lessened, three months later they came back, the population lessened even more, we started noticing the ants were no longer hanging out by the doors and windows, roaches that made it into the house were dead or barely moving. The next quarter brought less, then less, then less, now it is very unusual to see any insect or pest in our home. This is Virginia, there is a massive surplus of insects EVERYWHERE, but Landlock does a pretty great job of keeping them out of my house and yard. read more

On this day of 04/20/26, Mr. Deshawn Lewis completed our interior and exterior pest control service. Treatment was applied to key areas inside the home, including but not limited to baseboards, entry points, kitchens, bathrooms, utility areas, and other pest-prone zones. Exterior pest control service was completed today using a combination of liquid residual treatment, granular bait, and insecticide dust applied to accessible areas around the foundation, entry points, porch, shared structure edges, and yard to help reduce general pest activity. Mr. Deshawn Lewis provided additional information regards my earwigs problem that we have in our home. Mr. Lewis is very knowledgeable and he's very respectful. He has done treatment before in our home and I feel confident to say that There is nothing to worry about; Mr. Lewis is very respectful of our property in and out of our home. I've had nothing but pleasant and professional experiences with Dylan. He has treated my house on most, if not all, of the quarterly treatment visits. He was also the one who returned to my house on the two times I've needed a second treatment (I live in a heavily wooded subdivision and the insect population is unbelievable). On the occasions I've been at the house and asked for indoor pest treatment while he is on the premises, Dylan has been very willing to accommodate me. We LOVE Landlock Pest Control!!! Josh is the only reason I have continued all these years as a client. He is so very knowledgeable and very personable. Whenever he comes for my quarterly treatments I know I will never see a bug unless it flys in a doorway and even then it won't last long. If I've ever had an issue, which have been extremely few (usually with bees and rare hornets), he always makes certain he or one of his technicians are here like "Johnny on the spot" and they will keep coming back at no charge until the situation is resolved. We just had our first appointment with Landlock Pest Control and were very satisfied. We decided to have a pest control come to our new home, which was recently constructed, as a precaution after Paul knocked on our door where we were renting to introduce us to Landlock Pest Control. The cost was very reasonable so we decided to go for it. We had a miscommunication in the beginning but the office called us right away and went over everything with us. She was very nice. I have contracted for service and there is always a reminder call the day before treatment and every technician has been polite and open to any special situations or needs. Mr. Lewis politely announced his arrival, discussed the special request I had made when during the reminder call received the day before and then proceeded to complete the normal service and the treatment in the special request. I am happy to report that Landlock has continued to provide the absolute best service and I have been with them for over a year now. I have not seen one bug, spider, etc since they have been treating my house. They come out as scheduled, they call a view days in advance to let you know they're coming out, they leave the notes on what they did during there visit and follow-up with an email. Landlock is professional and always there when I need them. I live near water so as soon as it warms up, I get gnats that are so hard to get rid of. I tried every natural remedy I could find but nothing worked. I received a referral from a friend who received services from them and I was definitely not disappointed. They got rid of the gnats and they haven't come back since. I highly recommend them, especially Franco Ramirez, who was my technician. Landlock is such a breath of fresh air from the pest control company I was using. This time our technician was Franco and he did a great job. I love how the technicians "check in" when they arrive, tell you what they'll do, and ask if we have any questions or additional treatments we'd like taken care of.
