I was scheduled to go to Landmark Dental for my 2016 LHI exam. When I visited last year I had a very unpleasant and inconvenient experience. When I arrived the receptionist was different than last year. After a short wait I was taken to the room for my exam. I didn't recognize the hygienist who was helping me either. I'm not sure the cause of the turn over but I hope it is for the better. The hygienist was having trouble inserting the digital bitewing thing into my mouth. I think she had it on backwards because the cord was on the side that goes into my mouth rather than the outside. Somebody must have see her because another hygienist came and substituted her out. This new hygienist inserted the digital bitewing quickly and with precision. After my x-rays were taken a Dr. Solemani came by and asked how I was doing. He apologized for the bad experience I had with my previous appointment. He offered to make it up with a free teeth whitening kit. I agreed and I was fitted with a mold. I was then told I would need to come pick it up in two weeks. I received a call later that day to schedule the pick up of the whitening kit. It was due to arrive on a Thursday and the office is closed on Friday. I told her that 9:00 works best for be because of my work schedule. She said that they are busy at that time but she would pencil me in. She explained they need to check the fit of the tray and it should be a quick appointment. It was very helpful that she was willing to work with my schedule. This place has really come around for the better in terms of dentistry skill, cleanliness, and professionalism. I had a pleasant experience but I will continue to visit my regular dentist. read more

It was my first time seeing Dr. Solemani, and I had a very good experience. He is very smart, knowledgeable and professional. His staff were very nice and pleasant, and I felt comfortable for the first time. I inquired about making my teeth look white, and Dr. Solemani gave me several options. I decided to have veneers done, and he spent over 2 hours to make my teeth look so good. I am extremely happy with my decision and the work Dr. Solemani put in to make them look so good. Besides pulling teeth and putting crowns, root canals, etc., dentistry is an art. And Dr. Solemani is a very good artist. I highly recommend this dentist for cosmetic veneers, as well as general dentistry. He is gentle and very personable as well. And his prices are very good. read more

I have been going to Dr. Solemaninejad for two years and I refuse to go anywhere else. He and his staff are fabulous and really take pride in the work that they do. He takes the time to get to know you not just as a dental patient but as a person. I was born with how do I say, a "bad mouth" and I am in constant need of dental work. When I go to Dr. Solemaninejad I know that I will be in and out because the appointments are scheduled so well AND that I will be well taken care of from the beginning of my visit until the end. Everyone knows going to the dentist can be a pain but Dr. S and his staff make the process as painless as possible. read more

I had Appointment for my child for today at 01:00 pm when I come to the office the office was closed. And without informing me they changed the office to visit somewhere else on Wilson Blvd, while the the office on s Whiting st is 100 ft from my house, they just wasted my day, and I would never recommend such a disorganized and non reliable office. THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE "EVER" BEEN TO!!!. I would give zero stars if I could. I was new to the area when my insurance recommended Landmark Dental Care, because it was close to my house. The first visit went fine, however when I came back 6 months later he told me I had 2 cavities. Up until then I had only had 1 cavity in my whole 30 year something life. I had questions as to what could be the cause, because I was brushing the same and was using fancy dental products as I take my oral health very seriously. He said "you're eating too many carbs." I thought it was so rude, and said "well my diet has not changed since the last time I came." He simply got up and walked away. His dental assistant came over to clean my teeth, and when she leaned over me to reach the overhead light, her breast planted on my face. When I mentioned that it was uncomfortable, she was dismissive saying "Oh sorry." I left feeling awkward, and paying $140 for 2 cavities. My third and last visit was the worst. He found 2 more cavities, one of which was in the tooth he had previously found a cavity. When I mentioned it he said "oh it is? well I won't charge you for it." I told him that I had lost confidence in his practice because I was not 100% sure if the cavities that he was finding was really there, and I would not be coming back. He was very unprofessional saying " Fine you can go, I encourage you to get a second opinion if you don't trust me, then go." In December 2019 I received a letter in the mail saying I owed them $125 for 2 cavities from January 2019 (even though I had gone in July 2019 and never had an outstanding balance) I tried calling numerous times to dispute the bill speaking to a very very rude receptionist named Harold. After a week of trying to make contact I went to the office, with proof from my bank statement that I had paid $140 for that visit. Harold, the receptionist was just as rude again, and made me wait about 40 minutes before I could dispute the bill although he just sat behind the desk pretending to shuffle papers around. I was livid. When he finally acknowledged my presence I showed him that I had paid for that visit, and they actually owed me money based off their shoddy records. He was mad, and went and got the doctor when I insisted they give me the $15 they owed me. They refused saying they would have to "process the refund." I told them "they had no trouble trying to collect a false amount of money from me, but did not want to refund me." I left, with a promise the refund would be in the mail. Almost a month later I had no refund, and called to inquire about its whereabouts. Harold told me there was no record of it in their system. I could not believe how unprofessional the doctor was, how unprofessional the receptionist was, and how unprofessional their book keeping was. I first argued with him reminding him about my visit to the office and recapped the entire conversation. Harold says "yes I kind of vaguely remember that." I said "never mind, maybe the Better Business Bureau can help me get my refund." I received my check within the next week, but it required way too much energy. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS, AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. read more

I entered the office for the first time full of anxiety not knowing how painful the visit was gonna be. Once I met Dr Solemani and his staff who were very pleasant, I begin to relax a little especially after realizing that I made it through the hardest part of the procedure with minimum pain. The staff definitely made the experience easier! I will be returning for more dental work! read more

Very good experience there. Office staff is friendly & professional. The dentist there did a great job making sure all of my dental needs were taken care. They also have a tv in their rooms so you arent bored if you have to wait. Recommend them for sure! read more

First let me say I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to after my visit today. I have been to this office about 3 times, and have always had a meh experience. So, earlier today I got a reminder call that I had an appointment at 2pm. However, I dont get off work until after 2 so I knew it was incorrect. I had 2:30 listed as my appt time in my calendar, so I called saying my appt. Is at 2:30 and they were like ok. So when I got to my appointment I had to wait a few minutes although the entire office was empty. I finally go back to the chair where the dentist comes over to inspect my teeth. He tells me I have 2 cavities. Now listen I'm 33 years old and had only ever had 1 cavity my entire life, until I started coming here. Now I have had at least 2 every visit. One cavity was one he "supposedly" filled last visit. When I asked him about the new cavities knowing my brushing, diet, etc has not changed over the years he had no explanation as to why I am suddenly getting them and said I should get a second opinion if I didnt believe him. After refilling the same cavity, he let the assistant clean my teeth. Oh my God she was terrible. Not only was I about to choke because she wasnt sucking the water from my mouth, but also because she nearly yanked my teeth out while flossing me. She also reached over me, and her breasts literally planted on my face. When she moved, I said "your breasts were just on my face" and she said "oh" no I'm sorry, nothing as if it was okay. Also the cleaning was so messy that when she finished she took a gauze and tried to wipe my face...like my whole face thats how wet it was when she finished. When I got up she was like "ok you're done" and I said "arent I supposed to rinse?" and she was like "oh" and supplied a cup. Luckily I wasnt charged for the refilling of the same tooth, and was told to "watch" the other one, but it was just weird. When I went to the front desk the receptionist (who was very nice) wanted to schedule my next appt, but I told him I doubt I'd be back. Smh. Worst experience. read more

I have been going to dentists my whole life and this is probably the worst experience I have ever had. Let's start by saying that I was texted twice and called twice to remind me of my appointment. They also called me when I was in route to my appointment to make sure I was coming. This is the first time I come here, it's not like I have missed appointments, and it was excessive. The office isn't horrible looking, but a little difficult to locate. I declined the X-rays and the dentist mentioned that my check up wouldn't mean much without it, but whatever, I really needed a cleaning. He checked my teeth and then proceeded to the cleaning, which I found really strange because it is usually the hygienist that does that, not dentists. While he was doing the cleaning though, he was watching a soccer game on the tv in the exam room, which I presumed was for the patients, apparently not. He poked my gums hard because he was distracted, I kid you not. I also wasn't given a bib and all the toothpaste flew everywhere. I wasn't given a fluoride rinse, or any rinse, for that matter, at the end of the cleaning. Sorry, never coming back. read more

I'm not too fond of going to the dentists but I was surprisingly very pleased with the work in this office. Because of my insurance change, I had to change dentists and it was my first time coming here. I came for a cleaning and general checkup and was pleased with the service. There was no wait and the office was clean. The staff was very professional and kind. The doctor was very knowledgable and patient. The way he treated me helped ease any anxiety I had about the checkup. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and as long as this office accepts my insurance I will be staying with them. read more

At Landmark Dental hospital I met Dr Solemani, a highly skillful doctor who helped pull out a troublesome wisdom tooth, gave many temporary fillings, and delivered a fantastic 2hour root canal for my hidden and infected molar!! I came to this Dentist after a bad experience with another Dentist. He was great and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.
