It is with heavy heart I give this review. I have been taking my 2005 Mitsubishi here for many years and have always trusted them and appreciated their service. Today was different. I dealt with totally new people. The manager checked me in telling me I was not on their schedule (although I had a confirmation ) because they had been having problems with their website. He was very blunt (maybe just his personality) and I felt like I was an inconvenience. He said it wasn't my fault, but his tone of voice was not welcoming at all. I had taken it in primarily to have the air conditioning fixed. Also had oil and lube and check brakes. They did not communicate with me at all. I finally called them and was told that they had added coolant, but was not able to find a leak so must be a slow leak. They also said that I did need new brakes and that they used a more expensive type that was better than "off brand" because the others squealed and would not last as long. I only drive this car maybe 3,000 miles per year. I was not given a choice. When I went to pick up the car, the a/c had not been fixed. Turns out they knew that and that felt I needed a new compressor However, they did not tell me that. I got in the car expecting cool air and it was Luke warm air. I no longer feel that I can trust them to care for my car. read more

** PRICED HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS, SALESMAN DID NOT KNOW THEIR OWN PRODUCT, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION & FOLLOW-THROUGH ** I worked with salesman Nic and briefly with Sales Manager Isaac (I believe that was his name), between Sunday 8/10 - Wed 8/13 on trying to make a deal for a 2024 Mirage G4. Salesman Nic was fine during the test drives. He was good enough to allow me to test drive a hatch and the G4 sedan without pressuring about the route or being excessively chatty during those. The issues started when I would ask him certain details about the vehicle (mostly to confirm things I've already researched), and I was given unsure/hesitant answers. He was fairly unprepared to talk about what he was selling. He stated he had recently come over from Hyundai so he definitely knew about those cars, not so much about Mitsubishis. Then came Sales Manager Isaac, who was fairly direct about the deal and the challenges it came with because of my less-than-perfect credit. I actually appreciated his candidness. Even though he initially was pushing GAP and extended warranties, he removed them from the numbers when I asked which was also appreciated. He told me that the next day, Monday 8/11, he would likely hear back from another bank with a better interest rate that could help lower payments. They had an approval but I wanted to wait to see if the other bank would pick up the deal as he said. So I told him I would wait for him to get back to me on Monday. It is now Wednesday 8/13 and I haven't heard a peep from either Nic or his Sales Manager. BASICALLY, IF YOURE THERE IN PERSON AND THEY CAN HOOK YOU INTO A DEAL TO TAKE THE CAR THEN AND THERE, THEYLL TREAT YOU SUPER NICE. Communication and follow up outside that, they are terrible. They say they'll get back to you and "take care of you", but those were hollow words, true to form for car salesman. I was disappointed. My experience started positive and then plunged off the cliff. On Wednesday 8/13 I called the dealership and asked to speak with a Sales Manager so I could follow up on where we ended up in regards to financing the deal. I asked the associate who answered the phone to connect me to a manager, he asked me what it was regarding and what my name was. I told him and he said "Yeah Alan it's Nic I've been the one working with you". I said "Oh hey Nic. Ok well is your manager available?" Nic then said "Well he was busy in his office but is stepping out now, I can ask him to call you back if you'd like?" I told him yes to have his manager call me back. He then asked me, "Well is it anything I can help you with?" I responded, "Maybe, I don't know, you guys told me you were waiting to hear back on a better deal but this was Sunday/Monday. It's now middle of the week and I haven't heard a peep from you guys." Nic then said, "Yeah we've been waiting to hear back from the bank but still haven't gotten an answer. I'll have my manager call you back." This was all on 8/13 at 2:50pm. It is now 8:05 pm on the same day, so this all just occurred on the day of this review. I don't like being left in the dark. I don't think any customer would, especially if they're looking for help on getting the best deal that they can use to get their credit in better standing. That is what the car business should be about, helping people. But at Roger Kehdi, the only thing I was shown was that it is just another operation to move a car, without much regard for the customer. NOTE: RK Mitsubishi, please do not respond below with one of your canned/scripted "I'm sorry, please reach out to us so we can discuss your issue" comments. I've reached out plenty of times already and it's done me no good. I attempted a deal on a 24 outlander. They did work hard to get my business but no deal because the 3rd row was way too small and felt I would regret it. The salesman was new and didn't know much didn't know the area for the test drive. The dealership is located in a horrible area for accessibility. Even after leaving they made the deal even sweeter but just couldn't get past the 3rd row. We were offered water in cups not bottles. Most every dealership gives bottled cold water. Plus no AC in the showroom. They didn't pressure us in a sale or give add on. I requested to see service contract options and gap coverage. I had a great experience with this dealership last week. The salesman Anthony was a class act throughout the entire transaction. I called ahead to schedule a test drive with a 2023 Outlander I had my eye on. Anthony confirmed the vehicle's availability and I was on my way down within the hour. When my wife and I pulled in Anthony happened to be outside and the first person I saw. It was nice to see him ready for me rather then sitting around in the AC showroom. He wasted no time getting the car off display and ready for a test drive. Anthony was a joy to just talk to during the test drive and quick to answer any of my questions. When we got back to the dealership, he offered my wife and I some water/coffee and made us feel comfortable. At no point during our negotiations was Anthony pushy or overbearing. I thought he was respectful and did a great job navigating the deal. In the end, I got the car I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. I feel it was a win win for all of us. Even after the deal was sealed, Anthony was there to hold the door open and wish us well on the way out. I was happy to spend my money at this dealership and it definitely had a family vibe which my wife and I were happy to give our business to. I even received a follow up call from Anthony a few day after to ensure we were still happy with everything. My initial experience with this Mitsubishi dealership was pretty good, although coming in on a Sunday meant that I have to wait for an approval. Until then, I can review on my experience thus far. I initially filled out an app on their website and was contacted by their internet/finance manager, Theresa. She wasn't in on the day I came in, but instead made contact with Jeff, a floor supervisor. He was incredibly welcoming and listened to everything I had to say, and we filled out a physical credit app (standard process) to see what I'd end up being approved for. Because it was a Sunday, I'll have to wait to see what happens. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into getting a car nor felt talked down to. I feel like they want to help me out despite my credit, so I'll keep this updated. I knew what my situation was going in and I know exactly what car I want. I was apprehensive given the reviews for this place, however, I personally had a good experience. The only reason why I didn't give five stars yet is because I didn't go through finance. Jeff the sales manager was rude, inconsiderate, and would not give me a chance to speak but rather tried to make me feel like buying a car was impossible and that there was no option set for me. Then he went on to make me and my sister feel like we had no knowledge of credit or buying a car because he was in the wrong and didn't want to listen. Nate my sales man was okay. He tried to help but couldn't come back to tell the truth about anything but beat around the bush to make the truth known. They both stated, "it's all metal to me," and, "I'm just here to help you cause I get paid either way." If they were truly there to work for me and help me they failed at their job. After expressing myself to my original sales man this was his response, "Aw crap im sorry Stephanie:( I was afraid somethin like that might happen. I dont know if you saw me with that skinny white guy and his wife but my General Manager asked me to bring them into service and introduce them to service manager for a job interview and that Jeff would help my customers since I apparently wasn't explaining everything properly." Changing from a 5 star to 1 Star review after the worst ordeal I've ever had while purchasing a car. Let's start at the beginning. 1. When purchasing my car at this dealership the salesman was adamant about a "Wrap" warranty and getting financing through the preferred lender at the dealership. The warranty appeared to be worth it and covers a wide range of situations but I already had financing through my bank at better rates which included GAP coverage. 2. About a month into purchasing the car I started having issues with the Alternator which lead to the car's electrical to fail while driving on the highway, I had it towed to the dealership but found out they had originally filed the warranty with their preferred lender and I wasn't covered. The dealership stepped in and paid the $600 for the new alternator and corrected the warranty, this is was the one thing they've done to try and make it right. 3. A few weeks after getting the alternator repaired my car died on me again - round 2 of bringing it into the dealership and this time I got a loaner car from the place they took it to get repaired. 4. Few weeks after the 2nd repair the alternator goes out again, round 3 of bringing it in for a repair. Got a loaner again but was still stranded on the highway :( 5. This time a few months go by before I go out to my car and it doesn't turn on. I jump it with my dad's car, drive it around for a day but the next day it doesn't turn on. They take it to a different dealership but after a week and a half let me know I owe $300 for a battery replacement. I wasn't consulted about the battery replacement and $300 is highway robbery. 6. Now a few weeks later my car isn't turning on so I begin the game of trying to get ahold of the service department. Called them yesterday, told them the saga and didn't hear back. Called them today and they had forgotten about my issue entirely but promised to follow up tomorrow morning. Here I am without a working car, several hundreds of dollars spent out of pocket without a fix or end in sight. I spent $2500 on a warranty that I haven't even been able to use. Their alignment rack which is apart of the service plan has been broken for months. Also good luck trying to get in touch with the service department - plan on making 3-6 calls that day Truly the worst customer service experience of my life. We live two hours from the dealership and were interested in a specific vehicle. We called and explained this to the salesman so he suggested we make an appointment for the following day. We did so, giving him our name, phone number, and email address. We showed up for the appointment and he had sold the vehicle earlier in the day. The morning after I took my vehicle in I got a call that it had been broken into and seriously damaged. This happened when the vehicle was in their care and control. I told the manager that Roger Kehdi should be responsible for my insurance deductible. they quickly refused and cited a disclaimer on the repair order. this disclaimer was so well disguised that I never saw it. I feel that I have been completely deceived. I am a female senior citizen with serious health problems, on Social Security and I feel that Roger Kehdi is predatory in their business practices and I have been completely scammed. had I seen the disclaimer I would not have signed. it is in the smallest of font and buried at the very bottom of the page. When I talked to the Sales Manager he suggested that I come in and buy another car and he would get my money to me via that deal. I want to warn people to avoid this business. They are not truthful or forthcoming. Now my car sits in another dealership service department and I am apparently going to get stuck with a 1000.00 deductible. The dealer failed to keep my car safe and did not mention or point out the disclaimer. In all of my 73 years I have never been treated so horribly. read more

Honestly if i could i would be giving this place a 0 star review. I felt very uncomfortable and mistreated by an employee there. Driving 2 hours away to go to this dealership was a complete waste of time. The day before i went they told me one thing and when i showed up they were all over the place. They were NOT giving me the same answer every-time that i asked the same question. Which made think about their creditability. The sales rep made me feel like i was beneath him and undermining me (which is a complete dick thing to do). After the sales rep said i there are some options of car makes that i would be able to look at (toyota, honda, and mitsubishi). Then proceeded to show me a car and i asked what other cars he thinks could work and he said only this one. Which was a brand new car and unreliable car for anyone. Making the car 17,000 dollars and it being a piece of shit. My first thought was why the hell would i buy a brand new car that is a totally unreliable car and why couldn't he show me any other options.
