Service Department is disaster. Sales was great but talk is cheap, the Service Department was hyped up, we had our "own" team etc., etc., Well first service was not good so have a new "team" we waited for some parts and had to call, to be asked: "The Parts Department haven't called you?", well, No, otherwise we wouldn't be calling! Anyway, my Husband phoned, as was asked to do, on Friday to make an appointment, had to leave message, got a call back 3 hours later which he missed so called right back and had to leave a message. He had to call back again! Someone called DREW called back and I answered, he was the rudest, most obnoxious person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His attitude was almost as if we were really bothering him on a Friday afternoon, how did we know our parts were in? No, not Monday, Tuesday, okay.."what parts are they" DREW upset me so much I handed the phone to my Husband who also felt the same way. I called to speak to someone, Customer Care lady was with someone else but would call me back, did she? NO, I also left a message for our super nice Salesperson Kent, did he call back? NO. I was so mad I had to walk round the block to calm down, I too had a difficult day but it didn't make me be rude to my Customers. DREW should NEVER,EVER be allowed to talk to anyone, especially on the phone. Take your Service business to someone who perhaps does care i would suggest. read more

Just completed my purchased yesterday. I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion se with the Appearance Package. Charlie worked very hard for me to find the exact package I wanted, even having to have it transferred from Washington. He went through a gazillion different options with me and never acted rushed or put out. He stayed dedicated to me the entire time until I found the car I wanted. They didn't mind that I brought my own financing with me. And they didn't try to upgrade me. I also tied the deal up with Rex and Bob. The kind of professional service I received was exceptional, very professional, and very thorough. If they didn't know the answer to my question they found out. Everything was handled perfectly. UPDATE 8/15/2017: Though my level of trust has forced me to move to another dealership for service on my MKS, Mr. Corliss had my bumper painted to pre-loss condition, providing a car to drive while doing so, and even fixing a small chip that was present before my visit. I will upgrade my experience to three stars but, again, will not return. The truck I test-drove while my car was in for service on 7/29 will remain on Landmark's lot as I purchased my new F-150 from Dick's McKenzie Ford and that was a great experience. My meeting with the owner, Mr. Corliss, is the only reason I have upgraded my review. My interaction with the service director was less than pleasant and bordered on rude. In closing, I encourage any that may experience similar circumstances with Landmark Ford/Lincoln to go directly to the owner for resolution as I wish I had done initially. UPDATE 8/14/2017: The owner wants to review the damage himself, this Wednesday 8/16. I will post the outcome of my meeting with Mr. Corliss shortly thereafter. 8/8/2017 NEVER AGAIN!!! I own a Lincoln MKS a $60K car when brand new and now still has only 25,000 miles on it. I chose Landmark Ford/Lincoln as my automotive service provider as they were the facility to custom order this vehicle. After a number of failures, on numerous occasions over a short period of time, I have to give them a HUGE THUMBS DOWN! This last experience, on July 29th, resulted in one of their employees damaging my bumper as it was apparently backed into something leaving two very noticeable scraps on the rear bumper. I asked the Blue Team manager to call someone in from upper management to see the scratches and let me know what they would do to repair it. Today, August 8th, I hear back from Kurt Sorg service director, who all but calls me a liar!!! Stating that my car was not damaged at their facility and they will not fix it. If anyone has experienced service failures, I would be interested in chatting with them as I plan to seek further action. Though I had recommended friends, co-workers and even my clients, I now have to warn them of such ill regard to customer care. read more

I had the same experience as others have written. I emailed my choice, sent them notice I was coming in for a test drive and showed up promptly. My salesperson was out sick, the woman who helped me seemed hesitant and made no attempt to give me numbers. I asked for the salesmanager, assuming he would be able to give me numbers. Nope. I left with them telling me they would email all the numbers to me later that day. I waited a week, then sent them an email telling them I was very disgusted with their service. I got an email back apologizing. I asked (for the 5th time!) for some hard numbers on the car I wanted. No reply. I gave up and took my business elsewhere. This is a review about the Landmark Body Shop ONLY. I took my pickup to Landmark as it was the closest Ford dealership to me after I was in a minor accident. I received an estimate from them and made an appointment to drop my vehicle for service today. I signed nothing and made no commitment/had no obligation to have Landmark fix my vehicle. Regardless of this fact, they preordered all the parts to repair my pickup prior to me dropping my vehicle with them. When I dropped my pickup this morning, I told them that I did not want them to replace my scuffed wheel, which they estimated the cost of at $630. They told me they would see if they could return the wheel, but it was a special order and unlikely. I told them that isn't my problem. Period. I got a call at 4:30pm today, confirming that they were unable to return the wheel and that they intended on using it on my vehicle. I told them that I didn't want it, and they were not authorized to do so. I was put on the phone with the manager, Robin, and explained my position. He proceeded to tell me that it was a special order that they couldn't return. I told him that it was not my problem and that I didn't want it. He told me they ordered the parts on December 30. I told him I didn't care what date things were ordered, they are only allowed to fix what I want fixed. At this time, Robin asked me if I just wanted to pick my vehicle up and have it repaired elsewhere. I immediately accepted that offer. As I left the office with my key in hand I was sent off with a nice comment from the lady at the desk, "Guess we're going to have a lot of extra parts now!" This office lacks professionalism, courtesy, and will pull any and all tricks they can to extort you for money. All of the things you wouldn't expect from a dealership, but rather a two bit shop down a dark alley. When I dropped my pickup off, they informed me I could just sign my insurance reimbursement check directly over to them. Umm, NO! I highly recommend going elsewhere for service on your Ford vehicles, this body shop is shady as hell. read more

Buyer Beware Do not take your vehicle to landmark Ford for service I have a 2018 F 350 Platinum which cost me over 100,000 dollars I expect for my vehicle to be serviced correctly. I wrote a review expressing exactly how I felt about their service this is what I received from Jim Corliss the owner I received a copy of your very negative Ford survey review. After Damien jumped through hoops to try to satisfy your concerns I was very surprised. Although you said nothing was done to your truck on the first visit you confirmed with Damien that the tires were rotated? Since all the fluids were not topped off Damien agreed to just redo it all to satisfy your concerns although fairly certain that the work was done albeit not correct. I saw the air filter that came out on the 2nd visit. I would not call it totally black. If you look at your filter today my guess is it now looks similar as the diesel does product the black in the filter quickly. If this survey is truly the way you feel about our service and attempts to satisfy you then you probably should have service elsewhere. I and the store have gone to great lengths to try to satisfy you but have failed in your opinion. You will receive a follow up 2 question survey from Ford that you can answer. The problem is you do not take responsibility for your service department own up to their mistakes . until you are confronted and then you do not offer any compensation for the customers time they spend at your location If the job would've been done the first time the correct way and I would not of had a double check the work once again after bringing it to your site which I've had to do every single time I brought it to your site please look back at my service records I have never had a good service at your location so I was hoping that it would change but unfortunately nobody can rely on good service at your location so yes I will take my business elsewhere and let everybody that I know that if they bring their vehicle to your location they need to babysit your staff to make sure that it is done correctly Because most likely it will not be done right or at all or they will damage your vehicle in the process which I have also experienced at your location to the point where It could not be fixed and you had to replace the vehicle entirely I have given you every opportunity to do my vehicles right and you are correct I should take my vehicle somewhere else and so should everybody else that shops at your location So I feel that I was being nice in my first review and that I should take my review further and make it more widely known in our community !!! I hope the management at Landmark Ford reads this review and takes some action. Recently, I visited Landmark Ford in Tigard, Oregon intending to purchase a used Ford Focus. I called in advance and the sales man said that he had six cars for me to look at and that each car came with a 70,000 mile warranty. When I got there on site the salesman told me he had two cars and that there was no warranty on either. The salesman gave me the clear message that he was not interested in my meager $8000 to $9000 budget for a used car. Arrogant! To the Management When sales people outright lie some potential customers become annoyed and will broadcast to friends, family and any others that your establishment should be avoided. Get with the program. Pushy and dishonest sales staff are a turn off. read more

Landmark Ford Service has never failed to impress. Steve Moralez (Gold Team) is always responsive to my questions and returns my calls in a very timely fashion. Especially impressive, considering the current state of the market, is the fact that they do not nickel and dime you for every little thing. I cannot remember a time where they did not cut me a break or extend significant discounts when utilizing their service department. One of my favorite things about Landmark's Service is that they stay open until midnight; after getting off work and then waiting for traffic to settle down, it's very convenient to pick up my vehicle after hours. Talk about an antiquated way to get service performed on your car. A customer can only talk to their assigned service manager. Ask them to do specific items on the car - and when we got the car back - the receipt wasn't clear if the work had been done. The cashier can't ask the technician if the work was done - you can only go back to the service manager. Ask them to check the air filter - we were told it's part of the multi point inspection - review the list of what's included in the multi point inspection and guess what - checking the air filter is not included. Most likely it was not checked. Ask them NOT to rotate the tires because they're brand new. Upon pick up the receipt reads the tires were rotated. Ask if they were rotated and the cashier says, "I don't know" and they can't ask anyone because they're not allowed to talk with the service tech. Oy vey - today was our last visit to Landmark Ford. Not only do they have appointments available they take responsibility and get the work done. Over the holiday they even arranged a free loaner car because Ford engineering was taking longer than expected to get back to their questions. Can't say enough positives about them. read more

They have always accommodated me, and the service has always been impeccable. Car stuff is always stressful, but the team at Landmark has consistently delivered and made it less so, which is a blessing. I have taken my Fords to Landmark for years for service. They have extended hours, and awesome people! James Case and Kyle Snapp are my favorites. Both are respectful, which is a rarity now days (sadly).I have also used the rental service, which is always great. Fun way to "test drive" a different Ford too. Recently, I had been window shopping for an Escape. Nothing serious, as my current Escape was perfect. Then I saw this awesome "Deep Impact Blue" one at Landmark.. which to normal people means like a deep cobalt blue. Super cool! I kept window shopping.. and kept coming back to that one there at Landmark. So, I emailed in and Kari Locke was quick to answer my questions. We set up a time for me to come by and just look at it in person. Remember, just window shopping. I met with her, and instantly remembered she let us play in the new Fords maybe a year prior after returning a Ford rental. Great gal, for a Ford enthusiast. Super easy to talk with, knows her stuff, and sells without that "buy now or else" pressure most places give. And I dealt with her the entire time. Not some manager from a back office, not some random person to come in and close the deal.. I dealt with her. We ended up buying from Landmark, mostly because of Kari. And not just one car, but two! So much for window shopping! :-) Aaron in Finance was great too, for the signing. He also was no pressure, knew his stuff, and was personable. We have been coming to Landmark Ford for many years. What can I say, "We love Ford Explorers"!!! We also live in Tigard, and that's where Landmark Ford is located, just off of I-5. Their service department continually delivers in so many ways. We usually take our cars for routine services and sometimes we even get a free car wash. I recently took my 2004 in for a strange sound whenever I turned left (OK, no jokes from the NASCAR folks). We also had let our brakes go to long without servicing, so knew it was time for new rotors too. Sure enough, we had a bearing issue and it was going to be tricky to get it fixed. Did I have to wait all day? No, Kyle from the Green team offered me a complimentary Ford Focus and I was able to run my errands and fit in my ever important tanning session. The work was finished before the end of the day, and came in at less than the original estimate. Score. I love how you are assigned a "color coated" team. Orange, red, green, white...you get it. It makes it so much easier to remember who has helped you with your car. Great customer service. read more

This is the worst service dealership I've ever been to. I will drive from Tigard to Salem or Newberg for service before going to landmark Ford ever again and I live less than 5 minutes from this dealership. The car was due to be ready at 5pm. They said they would call when it was finished. Of course, I had to call them at 5. It was ready. I asked for the shuttle to come get me. At 5:52, after 4 phone calls, somebody finally came to get me. They said it was traffic. Haha. It took 4 minutes to get from my place to the dealership. 52 minutes after the car service was complete. And then, oh surprise, the car still had to be washed. I was supposed to be somewhere at 5:30. Didn't make it until 6:10. No communication, no apologies, nothing. This kind of thing happens to me every time I go there. I keeping saying never again. I decided to try again since I had a recall notice and it's so close to home. Well definitely, it will never happen again. They are terrible. read more

Will never recommend Landmark Ford Lincoln. Put a down payment on a new order for a Ford Explorer on March 19th. 90 days later a lot of excuses why we don't have our new Explorer. Darren Nash and his manager Mike over promise a lot, love to avoid getting resolution, and make a lot of excuses. Have a hard time giving status updates when they say they will. Have to continue making calls to them asking for updates. At this point all we asked was to give us our deposit back and we will go find our Explorer somewhere else. Their excuse "we can't do that because it will be to hard to sell the Explorer you ordered because it has the DVD player in it." WOW! Have a new born child and trying to get a car that fits our family, and we have to deal with this. read more

He was respectful, easy going, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Negotiating the sale was actually fun, and that is not a common car buying experience. I was very pleased with my final deal on the car. Tom's sidekick, Robert Lustbader, the finance guy, was also great to work with. Instead of being angry and exhausted when the sale was complete,I felt exhilarated and very grateful for their service. Tom walked me through the process thoroughly. Car shopping isn't something I enjoy, but when my car was totaled in an accident I needed to find a replacement fast. I found a used vehicle online and visited the dealership and let the salesman Jesse know I wasn't buying until I got the final decision from the insurance on what the settlement was. He understood and let me look with no pressure. I let him know I was looking around, but would probably be back in a few days. After visiting 7 other dealers in the area looking for similar vehicles I decided to go back and Jesse was great, no pressure. I was out in about 2 hours. I'm sure it was a little easier because I knew exactly what I wanted, but the respect I received was refreshing. Even in the finance department I was offered the ad ons, but didn't feel uncomfortable pressure to purchase them. Great Job! read more

I have given these guys a couple chances. I took my Ford Edge in to be serviced here a year ago. I waited a very very long time before someone would help me even though I had an appointment for when they opened. Once they finally looked at my car they diagnosed that I needed some expensive repairs to stop a leaking seal connecting the transfer case to the transmission (or something like that, it has been a hot second now). It seemed suspicious and they claimed I would have to pay more for replacements since my warranties ran out (which they didn't). So I went to another shop and they diagnosed something simple just by looking at it and fixed it for almost a fifth of the price and had me turn it in and pick it up the next day. And it did in fact fix the problem to this day. Fast forward a year later. l figured what the heck, I'll give them another shot and called yesterday to see if someone over the phone can help me with some device compatibility questions for an F-150 I just purchased (From another dealer). I talked to 3 people on the phone right when they opened and was assured they would call me back soon with someone to help. I called again an hour later and talked to the same 3 people who assured me someone would help and to just be patient. Well it is the next day now with no call so they still suck. Lesson learned, don't use these guys for anything. There are other Ford dealers a little further away that are WAY better with credible, competent customer service. read more

I've been using Landmark Ford for service since the late 90's. Alway's nice to have a dedicated service advisor who knows you and your vehicles. Service hours are very good for people who have busy schedules. They can almost always accomodate oil changes without an appointment and pricing is cheaper than do-it-yourself without the hassle. Also, I bought my last used vehicle from them while waiting for service. A great team of people to deal with. This place was great and transparent. James was awesome to work with and made sure all my needs were met. Gold star for him. However, at checkout when I went to pay, the gal who helped me was not friendly at all. Idk, who thought it would be a good idea to have her help customers. She didn't smile, she glared. She didn't say, "hello, how can I help?", it was "pay here. Sign here. Get lost" kind of attitude or nothing respectably friendly. I'd personally just bench her and keep her away from customers. Would be 5 stars, but one star taken away, because of her. She ruined it for me at the end. We set an appointment to test drive a truck & travelled 30 miles to get there. When we arrived, "Diamond Bill" was nowhere to be found. After waiting 15 min or so, I had to go in to find out if someone else could help us. They finally found someone, but Bill was still gone. The truck was filthy, I mean disgustingly filthy! The salesman claimed they sell them so fast they can't keep up with detailing them. (Its a week later now & the truck hasn't sold) So, I look beyond the filth, go for a ride, like the truck, want to buy & they won't make me a deal. They wouldn't budge at all on the horribly low price they offered for my car. They wasted my afternoon & I left as a customer who will never return. I've since made a trade at a small, woman-owned car dealer who gave me almost $2,000 more than these rip off's offered & I am happily a Ford truck owner again. P.S. 3-4 days later, "Diamond Bill" emails me to see if he can answer any questions about the truck! Clueless about customer service!! Don't waste your time here!!! read more
