    Updating my review as I had asked Kevin to come out and do a winterization service in early…read moreOctober. The warm weather delayed the service, and I followed up 11/7 to get him out on 11/16. He was a no-show for that appointment and didn't give any indication why until I followed up the following Monday (reason was understandable so I gave a 2nd chance). He rescheduled to 11/20, but had to postpone to 11/23. Well, on 11/23 it was the same story - no show, and no call. There will be no 3rd chance. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    Use a company with more than 1 employee…read more I met with the owner Kevin Quick in October of 2018 and we talked about getting my sprinkler system fixed so that I could sell my house, we discussed new heads, a few new lines that were broken, etc. Since I was referred to him by a local mortgage broker friend (apparently they went to high school together) I gave Kevin a blank check to get the job done. I also stated I would like this done before next February. He said he would let me know when he was going to get it completed, but anticipated late January when the weather got better (we had a mild winter here in Washington). I said fine, "just take care of me, I am glad you were referred to me." Then I pretty much never heard from him, unless I initiated a text or left a voice mail for him. His responses were days after I sent him any text or voice mail - one excuse after another, and another, then I will get you next week, then I got hurt and can't get over for a few weeks, etc. April 29 I sent him a text asking if should hire a different company, he never responded. I sent him a text on May 14 that I hired another company. May 17 he responded by saying he understood and hoped I would consider him in the future. I would never recommend his company to anyone. Good thing I never prepaid for any labor, parts or materials in advance.

And Braden just replied, "..sure." Once we got the visual planning and measurements going I was having trouble conveying my thoughts and understanding the logistics of Brayden's response and after the third or so go around on excavating vs retaining wall heights he got frustrated and said this isn't the job for him and left. I feel really bad about upsetting him so much but at the same time I feel like he lacked the patience to see past an initial misunderstanding, followed up by an earnest attempt by me trying to understand the logistics of the project that I was asking about. He even went on to say I was disrespecting him for stating that it may just have been a large undertaking. I meant no disrespect I just meant to express my ignorance in the field and I was trying to make light of the fact that I'm no expert and I don't know the feasibility of what I'm asking for. 1 star for making me feel 2 inches tall and storming off on me for having trouble understanding Braden his inability to remain patient and walk me through it or just put it on the back burner and say I can show you what I mean later in the design if you wish to proceed. Edit: Saying that my leaving a 1 star review to damage Prestige's reputation is removing responsibility from yourself damaging their reputation. When you are wearing a uniform you a representing a company in all of your actions, especially how you present yourself. 1 star for Braiden = 1 star for Prestige.
