They were smart with Amazon and Sephora, but plenty of discounters online also. People that "must have now," might be perfectly happy with this. More power to them, as I'd rather save money. At the end of the day, was able to get it through the confirmation email. Making the refund process difficult is what makes the customer not want to return! Will be using my Kohls cash and will think twice before EVER ordering anything from KOHLS!

The king size sheets we found were of a brown color to which I despise. (Possibly due to my father and mother's liking of this color..., oh!, and seeing this color all over the house didn't help) Nevertheless, we did not find anything to replace the sheets we bought. So my wife just returned the item quickly and easily. There might be a number of things to buy here, but on today's experience, we bought nothing else.
