I was assured that it would be held for me and not canceled. I went the next day to pick up and they had canceled it. The manager/supervisor then told me they have to cancel the order, no exceptions, didn't seem to care. She said I could purchase the items again with a price match from my original order. So I attempted to do so and the other salesperson could not find my order in the computer because it had been canceled. All in all a huge waste of time. It shouldn't be a problem to hold an order an extra day. Nor should it take 10 minutes to find someone's order in the system. With time to get there and then waiting to leave with nothing I wasted over an hour of my time.

I wasn't able to log into the Kohls app so couldn't get it that way. Asked her to get it through my Kohls CC but she already scanned the order# tag (seemed a bit lazy, as if she didn't want to start the process over). At the end of the day, was able to get it through the confirmation email. Making the refund process difficult is what makes the customer not want to return! Will be using my Kohls cash and will think twice before EVER ordering anything from KOHLS!

It was very obvious that the store manager used a different tone to me compared to white customers in front of me. Today I went to pick up an online order. I went in with sweats because it was pouring out and I just went there to quickly pick up my order. When I gave her my name and mentioned that I have an email confirmation for her to verify, the store manager looked me up and down and said she needs additional ID to make sure I'm "the right person" to pick up the order. Why can't my email on my iPhone, with my name on the account, be enough confirmation?! Why do I get carded for picking up an online order? This is not my first time encountering such unpleasant experience from the same woman. I hope they check their blind spots for racism.

They don't greet you, or help you in the dressing rooms. I'm not sure if this is just recently because I remember it being more pleasant.
