Who wouldn't want a giant cat head?!
    Meagan I.

Looked alllll over for this giant cat head that was on sale. I called multiple stores and none of them had it. Luckily called this location and found one. Brian helped me over the phone. For the most part they only put things on hold for two days. But he talked to his manager about holding it a couple more days until I could pick them up. Forever grateful for employees who will go the extra mile for a customer. Awesome customer service! Looove it!

The best use for this Urban Outfitters is to just kill time. Everyone knows that your time is valuable. So I won't get offended if you feel that I actually wasted your time by you visiting here. What I meant was that if you're stuck at the Brea Mall and you have a few minutes to spare, then head on over. As for the store itself, it's really small compared to the other locations. The workers here are just as lousy. No greeting, no goodbye - how about simply no customer service period. I mean they got a lot of cool stuff and their clothes are alright. It's perfect for the everyday hipster that loves anything vintage. But, if you're a grown ass man like I am, you'd probably feel better with higher quality. Unless, maturity isn't one of your strong points. The accessories, mainly the books and records, is what I check out. As weird as it seems, classic rock bands such as the Beatles sound a hella lot better on vinyl than the usual compact disc. That's because a vinyl record has carved grooves that mirrors the original sound's waveform. This means no sound is lost because its recorded in analog. URBAN OUTFITTERS, INC. The chain is present in US, Canada, and parts of Europe - often described as being stylish, kitschy, and sometimes bizarre. I've seen quite a few things in the store that's made my head turn twice. They also sell a lot of in-house brands, catering a different kind of shopping experience to the 30 and under club. Known for their controversies surrounding religious and ethnic issues, you've probably seen them operate under their sister store, called Anthropologie.

So, this isn't my favorite Urban Outfitters I've ever been to, but it does it's job. The front left of the store is women's. The front right of the store is books, toys, records, and other novelties. The back right is men's. The back left is a room for all the sale items. There was a long line, and I didn't want it to get any longer... So, I quickly browsed the store. I found an awesome, bright coral colored purse that will look great against my tanned skin in a week or two. Lol. It was on sale! Score! So, I ended up paying $12 something for it. Not bad... not bad. My picture is of the middle of the store. There's like nooo people. They were all in the sale section or in line!

LONG-NEEDLE STICKING OUT ALERT! My sister got needled in the hand while checking this clothing. I told a staff; and she explained someone pulled out the sleeve from the side. Then she just pined it right back and continue talking with another staff. I heard nothing from her explanation except blaming on others' fault. I think they should do a better job on protecting the customers and this kind of safety hazard because it could be an extreme danger to babies and small teens! ! !

Toxic Service & Complete Management Failure - AVOID THIS LOCATION…read more The Zara at Brea Mall is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

This brand always gives me major '90s throwback vibes, which I appreciate. The store itself is very clean, items well stocked and well-organized, with plenty of space to browse. There were only a couple other customers inside. That said, the staff were chit-chatting and didn't seem particularly engaged to acknowledge you as you walk by which put a bit of a damper on the experience. (FYI - I like to be left alone when I'm browsing, but a courtesy hello would be nice when you come in). I wandered around for a while but didn't find anything that stood out enough to buy --- the sale wasn't a wow-factor...even with 60% off clearance. Overall, it's nice to have this store here, but my visit felt a little underwhelming. Maybe need to try again for Black Friday!

Crew. One can see the Ulta signs (both sides) from Imperial but J. Crew is a bit harder to see (unless it's dark and it's lighted up). A friend told me this week that she's shopped here a few times, and I was surprised to hear a J. Crew Factory store had opened up here. Most of the items in the store had a discount posted near them, but the deals also got better as one walks further and further into the store - especially in the back with the clearance section. Everything is neat and tidy. There were many sizes in stock, unless they were on a special sale with only a handful of items left in that style. There were employees throughout the store, restocking and tidying up items. The fitting rooms are in the back of the store. Checkout was fast and the employees are very kind and efficient. I was able to grab a few items for myself and a family member, at great deals. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. I will most definitely be returning in the future!

The first time I showed up about 8 months ago and the store was closed - during business hours. It wasn't even lunch time. Today I was at the Brea Mall so I thought I'd try again. Their business hours are listed 12-5pm. Do they open at 12 and then go on a 2 hour lunch break? I really don't get it. I showed up at their store at 1:15pm today, and just as I was parking, a young man was at the front door, changing the little sign with a Clock that shows when they will be back!! What the hell? They won't answer the phone either so there's that. How frustrating!! don't waste your time! The store is small anyways.
