When I provided examples I personally had experienced in that same store with leadership being able to mark down items for instance when there is a rip in clothing, missing button, etc. it was like the gentleman didn't believe me. When I asked if we could speak with a leader he genuinely wouldn't call anyone or try to communicate with anyone on my behalf. Definitely was my representative of the customer service Nordstrom is known for.

The cost is totally reasonable for every item too, and I'm known for being pretty frugal. In shop, there are also non-clothing items that were just so cute and fit the vibe, I wanted to buy them all but left with just my new favorite (handmade!) scrunchie, lip balm in a delicious honeysuckle scent, and a sweet little notebook. Rosehearted makes you feel like you might just wake up tomorrow on a perfect spring day and spend the afternoon reading poetry, painting wildflowers, and having a picnic in a quiet meadow.
