Even though this store didn't have my size, their customer service and knowledgeable staff is the best! Originally we came in here for my mom to buy her bras but I got caught up in the awesome patterns and colors of the bras! Multiple employees helped me & my mom! We were greeted immediately and had no problems asking for help! They measured us and found my mom the perfect bras! They even went digging in the back to find my mom what she needed! The manager told us that most LB's are going out of business in the malls to cater to regular shopping centers such as The Marketplace. I loved the awesome staff and happy to know they've extended their sizes! ^_^ I hope Mainplace location is like this! read more

As an avid online and in store shopper I've found that this location is one of the best. They always have my size and a helpful smile. Penny who has assisted me on multiple occasions was very helpful and funny. The wonderful customer service made shopping more fun. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the clothing style is generally for an older demographic and most of the time I only shop here for bras and underwear. That being said it's not something the staff can help. If I could give the staff a rate it would be 5 star! read more

I Absolutely LOVE this store in the Tustin Marketplace!! I feel like a million dollars everytime I shop there. I didn't shop much at Lane Bryant when I lived close to the Mission Viejo store, but find myself making excuses to just walk in the store. I find it so neat and colorful and I feel like I'm at a boutique when I'm there. All the girls are great and always help when I ask for their advise on how something looks on me or to get me another size or color. I feel so good there, that it's contagious............I start talking and helping others in the store....lol I have even met some wonderful new friends there. I know this review may sound like it is too good to be true, but I am writing my truth. Went here to make an exchange on some clothing that I bought at the Long Beach location. The girls working today were awesome! Very kind and helped me with sizing. Also I noticed they have a good selection of clothing that I didn't see at my usual LB. I think this is definitely going to be my new stop for my LB purchases. read more

Meh. I REALLY like the look and feel of the Lakewood, CA location SO MUCH BETTER!! I walked in and it was nice and clean like Lane Bryant stores usually are, but I didn't really care for the layout and I wasn't welcomed by any of the employees. I've been a Lane Bryant customer for over 15 years now and I never had this happen to me. I got ripped off by the lady at this store. I went to this store to make a credit card payment cash after making my payment I ask the lady for my receipt she stated that I didn't need one and that the payment went to my account. A couple weeks later I kept getting a phone call stating that I didn't make my credit card payment by the due date. I informed the lady over the phone that I went to the store on July 12th 2018 to make my payment. The lady informed me that it wasn't a payment in the system for me and for me to go back to the store and have them look up my payment on the register. I went to the store spoke with the manager Kim she stated that it wasn't a way for her to look up my payment. I ask Kim do they have cameras because she can look to see which day that I came along with the time she stated that she doesn't know if they have cameras only the corporate do. I called Lane Bryant and filled a complaint so they can investigate what happened. Beware do not make any payments with cash because it will not get credit to your account. I will not buy anything from this store. read more

I absolutely LOVE this store! Now, finally, the "real women" can have a fun shopping experience. You know, cute flattering clothes that suit your age. Also, telling another customer she looks great in that dress/shirt/etc. Finally, equally difficult to find - cute, brightly colored, printed panties! (Why do stores think "real women" love boring clothes? Or don't think we should be allowed prints and bright colors?! Pah! I say!) My favorite moment was coming out of Starbucks in my new Lane Bryant blouse and getting a compliment. Had not been to this store since the remodel. Today I decided to go splurge on some lingerie. I paid and used a $25 off coupon and left. Then I realized I never got a discount because my total was the same without the coupon simple math. I went back only to wait behind 3 people with 1 girl at the register and the girl who messed up just lounging around. Why I have no idea? Once my turn 20 minutes later literally the lady argued with me that she had given me the discount. Once I added it up for her with my phone calculator she sighed and walked to the back. In the mean time the girl who messed up my transaction was arguing about the same thing with another customer. Then she goes to the back. No employees on the floor very nice. At this point I ask myself why the manager is sitting in the back when both incompetent employees cannot add 1+1. Manager Finally 10 minutes later comes out tells her what to do then walks to the back again. ( Kim long blonde hair). The lady helping me was still clueless 10 minutes later she goes to the back again to Kim for help. Comes back and Kim starts helping the other girl. There is about 5 people in line at this point. Then Kim leaves again and the girl screams anyone without a return I can help if not keep waiting. ... Seriously? ?? 10 or 15m more pass by then another manager comes out starts helping returns. The girl walks away and Kim appears to chit chat or whatever. I have been at the store a solid 45 to 50 minutes then the girl helping me with the broken hand tells me I owe her money. I wanted to jump over the counter but I told her I don't want anything just refund me please. She didn't like that so Kim jumps in fixes the problem in 2 seconds while the girl says under her breath I'm wrong! Honestly everyone should be fired! Starting with the manager how could you allow this. To bad I'm not a size zero and can't buy bras or panties elsewhere, but I will go online. The worst shopping experience ever!!!!! read more

Dared to go out, even after all the Black Friday bad news. Luckily it was easy to get in the parking lot an find parking. I was greeted by staff on entering the store, several times they followed up to see if I needed assistance. Overall a very positive experience and 59% off! Very unorganized. All the bras that were on hangers were marked wrong. When I told a sale associate she stated that she knew and that the sizes on the hangers should have been scratched off, but they hadn't. Like no biggie for the trouble that it caused me. I had to wait 5 mins to get into a fitting room only to find out that I had the wrong sizes. I put my clothes back on and went out to find the correct sizes since no one was around to help me. While I was getting the correct sizes the sales associate shut my door and locked it. I then again had to wait 5-10 mins for them to unlock the door. After I was done, I went to the register and had to wait another 5 or so minutes to pay for my items. While I was paying the credit card machine didn't initially read my card. I was told that I didn't swip my card correctly in a very condescending tone. Worst customer service ever. And keep in mind that the store was not busy, there were only 2 other people in the store with 3 employees. read more
