She asked me how my day was going, made side chat and when my vehicle wasn't ready, she asked if I would like coffee Daniel her colleague was also very welcoming and asked if I had any questions regarding the rental. Came last week as I drove from the bay area to Las Vegas and dropped off the rental. Saw Kelu again and very friendly and I did see a difference in the amount of the rental, and she noticed the error and made the correction. Truly a great location and awesome staff. Highly recommend

Just walking into a business and feeling like no one is happy is kind of a mood killer. I got my car within 10 minutes of waiting (getting insurance stuff done and all of that). I had to extend my rental twice because my car wasn't ready in the shop so I called them and they helped me understand how it worked and it wasn't a problem. I was aware of what would have been charged and how insurance took care of it. This was alot less stressful than I thought it would have been. But if you're in Las Vegas where everybody is smoking in public, you're sitting at a red light with your window open drifts into your car, bam they automatically charge you $225 minimum up to $450 and they don't care. I have never had this experience with any other car rental Budget and Avis are well known for using this scam as a revenue creating stream. They have a device in the car that measures particulates. If you drive through a smoky neighborhood you get charged. I'm not even sure the device is real. This happened to me. When I return the car and they checked the car over I asked do you see any evidence of smoking? The 14-year-old working there didn't give a damn or know anything. The guy behind the glass was just as ignorant. I will be looking for a full refund for the experience for my rental. I had the car for 8 days, the device said there was smoke detected for 2 minutes. I am disputing my credit card charge. Lesson learned there's many choices. Don't get scammed don't ever rent from Avis or Budget this is how they're making extra money. I called up the next day and asked if the same car was available to rent and they said yes. That means it was not taken out of service to be de-smoked like they said I was paying for. We've been given a car that was rented to someone else (and had to return for another car) or been told that what we rented is sold out, do we want an upgrade for an additional cost? No, thanks. Still, being able to drive, makes it much easier. So we wait, then head off the strip to grab lunch, stop by a grocery store to pick up bottles of water and Gatorade and then head to our on the strip hotel to park. This time my experience was still solid, but it was not as good as my experiences with Alamo at other airport locations. [Process]: Visitors must take a shuttle bus to get to the rental car center. The Rental Car Shuttle stop is located outside Doors 10 and 11 for Terminal 1 and Door 51 for Terminal 3. There was a 15-minute wait for the shuttle bus and another 10-minute drive to the rental car center, so visitors should plan for additional time when renting a car at Harry Reid International Airport. [Price]: $210 for 3 days for a midsize car. [Pickup]: Alamo offers accelerated online check-in. I was able to utilize it, skip the Alamo counter at the rental car center entirely, and go straight to the car at the pickup area. After I picked a Toyota Corolla, I simply gave my credit card and driver's license at the exit booth and encountered no issues. [Return]: The return was easy peasy and it didn't take long for one of the staff members to check my car out. The day before I got an email with instructions and you're able to checkin. This saves time at the counter. We didn't realize it at the time but where they park the cars is a small area. We came an hour early hoping to start the day early but our car wasn't there yet. I recommend when you are checking in online to set an earlier time if you need it. The only problem is you're only able to set the pickup time and cannot change the drop off time. Not sure if you can change that at the desk. Anyways, we were told to come back at our regular time as they had to get the car. We came back and everything was smooth. Remember to bring your passport if you are not from US in addition to your driver's license and payment cards. I declined their offer of insurance and so they asked about your insurance company and policy number. After that they went through where to pick up the car. It's a little confusing. You go out the doors, turn right and walk a few steps and it's on the right. It is a small area. Thankfully we had a small car as I had read some reviews where people had trouble dropping off due to limited space. Since there was no one doing a walkaround the car, I took pictures of all the scratches I found. Drop off is a little confusing to get back to the area as to enter it's behind the Planet Hollywood. Once we found it, there were lots of cars already parked. We had a small car so was able to fit into a little space. Then I dropped off the keys in the drop box by the desk where I came in the morning. All in all a good experience, just be prepared for the things mentioned above. It is super convenient having that in our hotel and we'd use Enterprise again.

It was ratty looking and unsafe to drive. It had scratches, dents old, cracked tires with hardly any tread on them. It was missing a hub cap on the front driver's side. This vehicle should be put out to pasture. I would be embarrassed to rent this out. So, we went in to exchange it. Sure, enough one was available but it's an upgrade. Basically, cost you more money. Fine try to stay positive on vacation here. So, we got a nice Nissan Sentra with California plates. Good tires, nice clean paint job and no noticeable dents on it. We hopped in and I noticed it had just over a half of a tank of gas. This is a first for me. I've rented cars before and always started with a full tank. Anyways apparently at Enterprise you must match the level of gas when you got the car as to when you return it. I returned it with more gas than what I started with.
