The Pasteles were a bit wetter that what I have had in the past at other businesses, but was very tasty! The potato salad was especially delicious...even better than Gulick's ! I was so excited to find this pastele biz that I forgot to ask if I can pay extra to upgrade the white rice to gandule. Will definitely return in the future. This time, it was special and my long time friend Stan happened to be standing on the side. At first, I didn't notice it was him. Just a guy in a orange work shirt sticking his hand out blocking my way to the lunchwagon. I was so focused on getting my food and I am usually observant about my surroundings. Lol. Stan told, me he comes here as I posted Lee's in the past. Food is always good and service is always fast and friendly. I will continue to come here as long as they are always in front of Costco Waipio entrance and on the street.
