Came over to this location after always passing by it whenever I visit the SALT at Kakaako during Starbucks visits, etc. Very nice small little store. They have some pretty unique smoothies and acai bowls over here. I really like the gourmet bowls though. They are not really acai bowls but the base is blended with mixed fruits but it is different but very good. They have a kinds of different ones but I like the coco berry one. They are all about 8 bucks. One of my other favorite acai bowls is the monkey bowl. I really like peanut butter so they have some good ones over here. In regards to location, it is located at the new SALT at Kakaako plaza area. It is right next to Starbucks so obviously you cannot miss it. As well as other shops and restaurants. They have a nice and cool little running club if you are into that stuff and also very community and health and wellness minded. The staff and customer service is great. They have only a limited number of table and seating areas. Depending on what time and day you go, it could be crowded and/or busy so just keep that in mind. They will validate your parking as well. read more

I wish I could select 0 stars for this location if it would let me :( My boyfriend and I are obsessed with Acai bowls and Lankai's got the best ones....Too bad the attitudes, customer service and management there is SO POOR. We visit 3/4 times a week...which is almost 100$ in blended fruit. They are rude, complain about not wanting to be there in front of you, and try closing down way early....You can totally tell they hate being there and act like giving you 3$ measly dollars off for your rewards is like a burden. Last time we went, both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning from poor sanitary practices...I can't say I am surprised as I watched who I assume to be the manager (she's never introduced herself or even said hi) scratching her dreads and then helping a customer, gross. This Lankai @ Kaka'ako is closest to my house which is still 35 mins and I would rather drive an hour to Kailua or Kapolei then spend my money here again. read more

The juices here are great. Full of legit local healthy products. Not like other chain shops that sell miss labeled malts and ice cream shakes as if it's healthy for you. Workers are very polite. The acai bowl were the best on the island a year ago. Slowly the Ala moana location has been adding more ice chips into their acai bowl which makes it watered down. I could deal with it before but it's to a point where it's tasteless. Instead of watering down your product, just raise the price. The acai bowls are already cheaper than most. read more

This location has THE WORST customer service!! Every single visit, NO ONE has ever greeted us when we walk in the door or even made eye contact. They leave us hanging by the register like we're suppose be taking our own orders..My coworkers and I always go to this location because we work around the area. For example, today we all had acai bowls, instead of warning us their machine wasn't working right, they made us wait 35 minutes for our bowls...All i know is that they all need to do some serious customer service training AGAIN because with all their attitudes , they'll lose cutomers just like that!!! read more

Decided to check out lanikai juice in kaka'ako since it just opened. Plus I was craving a green smoothie/juice and I didn't feel like going to Jamba like I usually do. It's spacious, not like the one in Kailua. Parking can be somewhat a problem, but there's also street parking. Good customer service! Lady who rang me up was nice and helped me choose which green smoothie to get. The only time I went to lanikai juice was to try their acai bowls. I settled for a Dr. Green smoothie. I was iffy at first about the ginger in it, but the lady said if you don't want ginger then they can put papaya. I kept the ginger, it was actually good. It was different and it turned out sweet. The only thing that bothered me was that it wasn't blended well :| Overall, this new place was nice and clean, location is good and I like how they use fresh fruits. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area craving a smoothie or an acai bowl. read more

I tried the açaí bowl for the first time here and it was delicious. Fresh and oh so good. I went to the Lanikai in the Hilton Hawaiian Village. My only complain is that I ordered the exact same thing three times and got charged three different prices. I didn't have the time to question a $1-$2 discrepancy but this is not a good experience for customers. read more

I'm giving one star because the smoothies and bowls are good. However, when I ordered a mana bowl for the first time they asked if I wanted honey on top. I said "sure". Upon looking at my receipt it said that they had charged me a $1. I asked why I wasn't informed of the extra charge. The manager, Jeremy, said it was because they were told to upcharge people. I told him I felt tricked and all he said was "sorry". I've been going to this location every morning since moving back to town and now I can't get this bad taste out of my mouth. I believe in supporting and buying local but not if a business is trying to rip the people of Hawaii off. read more

So I've loved Lanikai Juice since it was little shack on my way home from school in Kailua. If you remember when it was shack, then you've known about this place from the beginning. My smoothies are all great (depending on what you like) and I always go for the mana bowl and the acai bowls for my healthy pick-me-ups. Always yummy. They have a rewards program too so I'd recommend signing up for that if you go there often. Sooo.. I just did the wikiwiki cleanse. It was rough... I did the novice one-day ($50) because, honestly, i don't think I can handle more than one-day. I was right. I struggled thru the 1-day. the 6 day pack comes with (listed by good to ughhhh): Almond Milk (horchata-like), Glow N' Green, Green Light, Rejuvenation (tasted like a cold gingery-carrot soup), UnBeetable Citrus (bitter and sour like a grapefruit with weird beet undertones), Roots + Cleanse (i struggled thru this one the most, very "earthy"). Oh man. I strugggggled thru the pack. and I ended up just saving the almond milk for the next day. Can't say that I lost any weight or feel anything (besides being extremely hungry and having the runs the following 2 days). I can say I probably won't do a cleanse ever again. Hi-Five to those of you who like to cleanse. I rather just drink water all day than suffer thru it again. I concluded, I don't like beets, grapefruit, burdock and turmeric which probably made the cleanse harder to do. I think next time around I feel like doing a cleanse I'll just do a wheat grass shot or something else and drink lots of water for a whole day. Or just stick with my mana bowl or get some other kind of smoothie... Need to remember that the next time around... otherwise, I love lanikai juice. for the most part, their employees are happy at all the locations I've gone to over the years and it's tastier than jamba juice. I hate that jamba juice sometimes adds powdery additives to your smoothie and I'm glad that lanikai juice doesn't do that. read more

Bad service from desk. Girl was uneducated about products and they only use 1 tbsp of protein in smoothies. That's almost 400% upscale on the cost of the protein they get from Costco. Smoothie was watery and basically chocolate milk. Expensive for what I got nutritionally. read more

Docking one star because the banana nut bread was probably the worst I've ever had. I'm not sure if it was old (in which case it should not be for sale) or if it really is that dry. So happy there located here had a craving but thought I was no where near one. They've really made a great opportunity landing themselves by a starbucks! Ordered my usual, now this never happened before but it colored my mouth black and I had a ton of hempseed stuck all over my grill lol but not cool when you've gotta do some shopping. it came off after constantly sucking my spit back and working my tongue around my teeth. Three stars cause my smoothing was supper runny, and not all the flavor was there so they live up to the stereo type of "newbies," which never happens at the kailua store with experienced workers and I hope that with more time they'll get better read more
