The ambience reminded me of massages in Bali and Thailand. Jennifer was excellent at finding the tension spots and working them out (without too much pain). While not the cheapest massage ever, the 90 minutes for $195 were a combination of massage, chiropracticphysical therapy, myofascial, and yoga stretching. Overall- definitely worth it! I'll be back!

Thought oh well I'm already here, give it a try, might be a good deep tissue massage. 30 minutes later I knew better. Worst massage I have ever had. Maybe their town location is better, and their Ko Olina Location is closed. Vets beware, upon bringing this to the attention of the vets advocate was informed that in their records this business was located in Ko Olina and not a old barracks room in Barbers Point.

My husband had a 50-minute facial (which he enjoyed), and I had a 50-minute lomi lomi massage with Arlene, who was fantastic! My session was perfect, I just wish it were longer! My treatment was in one of the outdoor relaxation tents. You can hear some pool noise, but it doesn't take away from the experience. As for the charges, you can pay with a card or put it to your room. We put the charges to our room, but the only caveat with that is you can't leave a tip on the receipt because there isn't a gratuity line where you can add it. I felt bad I couldn't give Arlene the tip she deserved.. so just a heads up! If you have time and are in the area, give them a try!

The spa lap pool was great too as many spas don't have a good size pool, if at all. This was a smaller lap pool but still a huge plus. Cons: The spa amenities (women's jacuzzi, sauna, locker room) were still quite dated. I had hoped the recent updates would have updated the amenities to the four seasons caliber but sadly, no. The women's jacuzzi area is dark with only the natural lighting from the ceiling skylights which were quite dirty. The sauna was old and not spa clean, which is also a disappointment. The showers were also showing their age with chipped tiles, rust and general deferred maintenance which was surprising. The spa pool had 5 chaise lounges so I'm not sure how they accommodate spa guests by the pool on busier days. There's no attendant on the spa pool floor, towels were piled on the floor and the bathroom was unkempt. Overall, I'd choose the Aulani spa next door, which was surprisingly superior and tranquil. The only thing lacking at the Aulani spa was a spa pool.

She then asked him if he needed to use the restroom and walked him past our room while our door was still wide open before returning to continue my massage. We both booked Thai massages, but what we received felt much more like Swedish massages. The therapists mostly just glided their hands up and down our bodies, with very little stretching or techniques typically associated with a Thai massage. Overall, the lack of privacy, constant interruptions, and the massage not matching the service we paid for made this a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place, and I won't be returning

You pay a fee every month and it's good towards a 60minute massage or facial. If you don't use it you accrue credits and you can also gift credits to friends and family who are also members. I've been a member ever since to take advantage of self care monthly. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff. My go to MT was Milli every month until she moved now I see others and am finding my next go to. All of the MTs I've seen so far have been wonderful, they know exactly how to take out my kinks and knots. Always feel so refreshed when I leave.
