Usually the front desk is incredibly accommodating and welcoming today I was told they didn't have time for a manicure and pedicure as they did not have enough manicurist for the manicure - I agreed to just a pedicure. Only to go online and see they have openings later today for manicures (simple fix that could've been offered at check in). Furthermore we get to the painting part of my pedicure and my technician expresses she doesn't know how to do French tip, the front desks asks if I can do a solid color. I'm sorry but no that's something that should've been expressed before sitting me down and then want to charge me $20 when online it says $15 and has been 15 the whole time I've ever gotten it done here. They do a clean job my manicure and pedicures always come out trimmed great however customer service seems to be hit or miss

I clearly stated that I wanted a thinner, more refined French tip. During my appointment, the nail technician called over three different employees to look at my nails. One of them looked at my nails, gave me a dirty look, and began speaking in Vietnamese. Although I do not speak Vietnamese, her tone and reaction were clearly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. It sounded as though she was questioning why I was there, despite my explaining exactly what I wanted. When I asked if there was a problem, I was simply told that they were not confident they could achieve the look I wanted and therefore could not help me. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service. Had they communicated this during our text consultation, I would not have wasted my time driving to the salon and coming in for the appointment. I completely understand if a salon is unable to perform a specific service, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of whether the salon decides to take on the service requested. Will not be coming back.

I recently visited for a fill on acrylic nails, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite paying for the service and even leaving a generous tip, I was left disappointed with the final result. My nails still looked like they needed another fill, and the overall appearance was sloppy. The nail color applied was uneven and messy, which was quite disappointing considering I had expected a professional and precise application. Additionally, my pinky nail was done incorrectly, and it clearly did not match the rest of my nails. I decided to return to the shop to have it fixed, hoping for a quick resolution. However, I was met with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude from the technician. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering to rectify it, they had the audacity to blame the shape of my finger for the mismatched pinky nail. This lack of accountability and professionalism was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, the technician went as far as telling me not to come back to the shop. This response was completely uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. It is essential for businesses to handle customer concerns with empathy and a willingness to make things right, but unfortunately, this nail shop failed to do so. Overall, my experience at this nail shop was highly disappointing. The lack of attention to detail, the sloppy nail color application, and the dismissive attitude of the technician left me feeling unsatisfied and disrespected.
