Easy online booking for car transport from Long Beach to Honolulu. I booked one month prior and…read morethey ended up cheaper than Pasha. Had questions and easily called in and had all my questions addressed. All necessary instructions for drop off were sent in an email. I worked out all the logistics of where I would get my car washed, what time I would get to Pier C, and arrange for a ride home. I chose Lyft. Time at the port took about 30 mins. It wasn't busy. I drove up, on entry, they have you pause in this area that has dozens of cameras facing the car. Only takes a few second, the proceed to park, check in inside the bungalow, then wait for someone to do the inspection. I was given my receipts and was told I could track shipment on their website. Upon drop off, I step out to the side walk and called my Lyft. I checked the link daily to see when it was loaded onto the vessel, when it was at sea, and when it arrived in Honolulu. Dropped it off on 10/10/22 and picked up on 10/20/22, just 10 days. I checked in at the pier office and waited about 8 mins before I was called. I was given time to check the vehicle before driving out out. Great experience all around and will definitely use them again.

With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. In short, they did everything they promised, with excellent communication throughout. I will never use anyone else.
