I tried to find out if the part came in by calling him on the phone. Neither of the phone numbers on the pick up ticket works, they are both disconnected numbers. Since I could not reach him via phone I had to visit his store many times. Twice he told me part has not arrived yet. Then, he said he would reimburse me for the price I paid for the original repair. I went to visit him there 5 times and each time he said "the money has not arrived yet." Finally, he said he would pay me with paypal. Still after 8 days no payment.

Its a great idea, I run a home improvement company and my son buys doors and wooden pieces from home depot then uses the table to turn a cheap piece into an expensive artsy piece. I schedule a meeting with customers and my son and he makes a profit off sales to customers. I didn't want to pay pull price for the table for my son, after all, these tables cost go up into the thousands. They were eager to work with me and we found a solution that allowed me to accomplish my goals. My biggest gripe is that after ordering the table it took some time to get it. (Almost a month) But they warned me of this ahead of time and it was expected. Since then every thing's been great. If you ask them they will tell you support is $100 a month or a dollar a minute without the plan. I didn't end up purchasing it and needed to call. They've only been nice about it and haven't charged me for support yet! Overall great company that sells quality easily maintainable machines.

What had happened is they wanted an outrageous monthly bill when websites like fiverr and upwork do it for fractions of the cost and the work that was done was extremely slow. Either way my website does not work, it is unable to update the theme so I have a broken website. The help section on the site right now slams you with privacy errors so people are afraid to click the help buttons. Overall Luis edited photos for me and gave me a broken website, with volusion on the site I built myself I at least had a working help section. I am worried that with the theme not taking updates that my website will not work with a new wordpress update so at any moment my site could cease to show up. (display error 404) I am now having to scramble and get other wordpress designers to fix the errors which should have been addressed at turnover. Overall I would not recommend wonkasoft and will keep this review until I have a working site.
