I immediately and personally requested Kory not give my personal email to any third party. Rather than respecting my wishes Kory argued that marketing was helping his customers connect (I never had trouble connecting), and the company contacting me was not a third party. Kory further argued if I did not do same with my own client contacts my company "will FAIL!" (spoken like an icky marketer!) and that my "confidence is ARROGANCE". (his capitalizations) He needs a dictionary and a change of attitude. I'd prefer Kory honor his professional relationships by not disclosing confidential contacts to any third party nor having said party request we consume valuable business time marketing on his behalf. Case in point: when he *personally* asked I gladly referred and recommended him to friends and colleagues. The computer service Kory did provide was ineffectual. He couldn't get my computer to sync with the media player I use for instruction, he said the hard drive was old, for which I paid him $65. Nonetheless, until his backwards justifications for slighting my confidence, he had 5 stars in my esteem as a trustworthy professional.

Same thing. As i went back in my car a man, the owner i guess, was at the door dressed in casual shorts and a Tshirt i think. He looked like he just woke up. I asked him if he was open. He said only "by appointment only." Now the "appointment" words were not on his Yelp page or front door. He told me his openings for Friday and Saturday. I was already annoyed about his unprofessionalism and poor credibility for someone having a business, i think the idea is to cater their business life around the customer and not the customer cater their problems around the business owner's convenience. If anything he seemed annoyed that i woke him up or so it seemed. He wasn't friendly, cordial, interested in having a potential customer back on the customer's time.
