I contacted JCL when our Viking refrigerator stopped working and Javier responded within an hour or so. It was a little hard scheduling initially (Javier had a lot of other jobs going when I contacted him), but once he was able to get by the house, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He actually had a spare part in stock at his shop that would have likely taken a couple weeks to get from the OEM. It took him a couple days to retrieve the part and get it installed, but we've had no issues since. I thought his price was reasonable and he was very knowledgable. Javier came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning water valve and a bad bin thermistor.
