I contacted JCL when our Viking refrigerator stopped working and Javier responded within an hour or so. It was a little hard scheduling initially (Javier had a lot of other jobs going when I contacted him), but once he was able to get by the house, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He actually had a spare part in stock at his shop that would have likely taken a couple weeks to get from the OEM. It took him a couple days to retrieve the part and get it installed, but we've had no issues since. I thought his price was reasonable and he was very knowledgable. Thank you Javier! We have a Kitchen Aid under counter ice maker that quit making ice. We had one company come out and clean it but didn't fix the problem. We called another company that didn't show. Javier came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning water valve and a bad bin thermistor.
