Would definitely not recommend coming here. The guy who works behind the counter treats his customers like crap! My friends and I have been bowling there for years and he constantly has been rude to us. A great example would be tonight when our lane wasn't working and only nine pins went up. We went to tell him and he goes "it doesn't make a difference". I go up there again and he says to fuck off. I will not spend another dime here. The older man behind the counter was very unprofessional and rude. He threw his hands in the air and raised his voice within 10 seconds of being asked about doing the all you can bowl. Bowling lane was ok, my husband and the kids bowled and liked it. Not diversified. We were the only black family and was placed at the end of the lanes, Lane 21 damn near away from everyone else. No one else was in lanes 22-24. I ordered a 12" pizza $15... That was ok. I chalked it up to bowling alley food. The burger was horrible, store bought patty, no clue how many oz the patty was when asked, they cooked it under medium, bleeding onto the bread, lettuce turning brown, wasn't even hot when received. I took it to the counter and one guy was nice and said I'll have them remake it... great... Then, this asshole, I'm not sure who he was, begin talking to me about how I should have told them how I like it cooked because we cook it our way. Mr dumb ass, I don't know your way, first and last timer here, your bartender could have said the burger will come out medium is that fine? He is steady talking to me. Goes on and on to tell me I should have told the bartender I wanted it well done. Then his punk ass walk away, I followed him, he goes in the garbage can of the kitchen... the door is open...to show me yea it's pink but not rare, then utters words I guess to the cook. My daughter says, 'I'm gonna call again just to make sure, that guy didn't sound like he knew what he was talking about". This place has been a staple to our son's Best Buddies group and have always been very accommodating and nice to them. Which, is something that is very appreciated by us and I'm sure all the parents of the kids in the group. The other day my son and the Best Buddies where there bowling and of course having snacks, my son misplaced his retainer and left it behind. My wife called Laraway Lanes to see if by the off chance someone turned them into lost and found. Unfortunately, they were not found, but the owner "Jerry" went above and beyond and looked for my son's retainer. A little while later my wife received a call from Jerry saying he found the retainer. Wow, if you child has braces you know that he saved us a small fortune. My wife tried giving Jerry a gift card to treat him and his employees a treat but he would not hear of it. This place was super fun! Arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm-I did make sure to call ahead after reading the previous reviews to make sure lanes were open. Sure enough they were open-until about 5:30 or so. We purchased 3 shoe rentals and 2 games-the total charge was $33, which forced me to knock this down to a 4 star review. I believe the price is competitive for the area but it's too expensive if you ask me. The staff was quite friendly. The young bowler in our party ended up knocking one of the pins onto the lane, and someone rushed over right away to fix it for us. I needed to exchange shoes for a bigger size and that wasn't a problem either. Place was clean, and there were plenty of different sized balls to go around (hee hee). I'd definitely come here again, but I'll make sure to see if there are any price specials first. read more

Heads up, this is a small, old bowling alley with no modern updates. My husband and I came here for a date night. We originally bought two games with shoes. The first issue we had was adding a second player to the game. The man behind the shoe counter said it was a user issue that happens all the time but I know I made no mistake, it was actually on their end. Especially when I saw it happen to the person next to us too and they also made no mistake. Then we had another issue where we had to reset the pins. The next complaint is that the walking area just before the black line was very slippery which it shouldn't be. Made for a very cautious bowl as we did not want to hurt ourselves. Our biggest complaint is with the staff. We were having fun so we bought another game but it didn't start the game right after. My husband then went to the man behind the shoe counter and notified him of our issue. He accused us of not paying saying he'd let it slide. This bowling alleys staff tried to stiff us out of our money saying we didn't pay for it when we actually paid in cash. This put such a very bad taste in our mouth that we probably would consider another bowling alley. This incident is a huge red flag considering it's probably one of the smallest bowling alley's I've ever been to. If you're in this establishment, get receipts because their staff doesn't know how to do their job right. After reading other reviews of this place we realize this is a common complaint of rude staff. I'm surprised they are still in business to be honest. read more

Great staff, super friendly. I would ignore the other review from the lady that said the staff was rude... signs everywhere say no food or drink, that's on her to respect the rules, people hate being called out when they are wrong. I have always found this staff super friendly and they always crack jokes with my kids and help us when I screw up the score board ;) I have easily been here 30 times with my kids and I love it, way better than other local alleys. Technology is great, the balls are actually organized by color and size (makes it so easy) the price is perfect and they have food and a bar. Highly recommend for an easily activity! This is your average bowling center. Lanes are usually open on Friday and Saturday night and the prices are decent. Their draft beer selection is limited to MGD and Miller light, so if you want anything else it will have to be a bottle. read more

We were turned away from bowling after calling ahead to check the times. When we called we were told open bowl was until 5:30pm. When we arrived at 4:15pm we were told "I'm going to have to turn you away because we have a league." I can assure you it wouldn't have taken us more than 45 minutes to bowl and with a 3 and 5 year old. The bowling alley was full of parents and kids and the lady behind us in line was given permission to stay and bowl until 5pm. It's extremely unprofessional to turn customers away after they were told they would be accepted. If you need an hour and a half to prepare for leagues then I suggest when customers call telling them that open bowl is only until 4pm. My advice call ahead and triple check the times. read more

We went out for cosmic bowling; it was fun. Our balls were stuck several times, seems fairly typical of any bowling alley I've been to. There was nothing going on there behaviorally not suitable for the family night out we were on. The kids ages 8-17 all had a blast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not recommend the nachos though; the cheese was cold and tasteless and the chips were stale, thick, and had a chemical aftertaste. The man at the desk took my head off for bringing in food. He said no outside food or drink. He was very rude they way he spoke to me.
