Good place for a delicious lunch. We went by on a Saturday for lunch and sat outside because it was a nice day. It was our first time here, the patio was nice and the inside is pretty big. I got the skillet with chicken and steak which is fajitas but they call it a skillet. The meat was tender and flavorful as were the fajita veggies. The beans and rice were pretty standard and the flag had all the goods, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and some lettuce. Came with a bunch of tortillas. My wife got the barbacoa burrito and really enjoyed it as well. The choriqueso which I didn't get a picture of was similar to one of our other favorite restaurants and very tasty. read more

The online menu prices do not reflect the prices that you're charged when you go inside the restaurant. The charges on the in-house menu were significantly higher than the charges online. I spoke to the staff who advised that the price is online were different than the prices on the in-house menu and they don't use the online prices anymore. I advised the staff that the advertisement for the lower prices shouldn't be available if that's not the price that they're charging inside the restaurant. I was again advised that they don't use those prices anymore. I explained to the staff that that was false advertising. They advised there was nothing they can do about it. My only advice would be not to eat at this restaurant. The food was decent at best and the prices are outrageous. read more

Not gonna lie, Really Good! We only wanted a light lunch, so we shared this lunch portion of fajitas. We were both full afterwards. If I could give zero stars, I would. Bartender lied about (25oz vs 32oz) and was super hostile when questioned. When I spoke to manager Rowan that claimed to be the GM, he admitted that some customers get 'special treatment" and offered no resolution. The staff is rude, and the management is even worse. There were several tables open (see picture), and alot of people standing around, which is understandable when there's no tables in the restaurant. Have eaten in the restaurant several times and the service is spotty at best. Food is good though. Seating area is loud. Take out has been awful lately with the orders being wrong and certainly "shrinking" in content. Chips have become an extra charge now, which was always a favorite for the kids to enjoy. Won't be going back again... Would rather drive 10 extra minutes to the Laredo's on Keith Bridge. Ordered online a week ago and had issues with the order. Ate at the restaurant about two weeks ago and service was absolutely terrible. The bartender was MIA most of our meal and I couldn't get a drink refill to save my life! Just walked out of the restaurant to pick up food from a to go order and they refused to give me the free chips and salsa that they give you when you eat at the restaurant because it was a to go order. Went here after North Forsyth Marine ROTC Change of Command. When pulling up looked awful busy plenty of people standing outside. Got in line and we were seated within 15 minutes not bad for 7:30 on a Friday night. My wife had the frozen Strawberry Margarita and said it was very good. It is served in Large beer mug not a margarita glass. I had the Michelob Ultra Draft, would have been nice to have YUENGLING on Draft or at least in a can. My wife had the children burrito which was just the right amount for her and she loved it. Hit the spot for her. I had the super burrito which was the size of two gists side be side. You have the choice if three meats that go in the burrito. I would say you need to be hungry when you order it. I was just barely able to finish it. Very tasty and I enjoyed it. Comes with a mild hot sauce on top which again had some bite to it. Very noisy in the restaurant this us due to the open floor plan they have and the open ceiling concept. This would not be a place if you wanted a quiet dinner on Friday night. A lot of children on Friday night which is expected. Mason was very helpful with all of our selections and service throughout the night noticed him helping several tables with their menu selections. Oscar is the manager and he is running a good program so far keep up the great work. We will be back again. Food was one of the best Mexican. If you are able to get out of the free chips and the scrumptious sauces then you can try their good food as well. Was there a few weeks back. Food was good, not impressed with their menu. I'd rather eat at their other location- Laredo's Bar & Grill. What it took me to give a 1star is that in my Fajitas which I had ordered I've found in the bell peppers two stickers (labels they have on them). Here's the short and sweet. If you've been to CT Cantina at Halcyon, these are the same folks. This isn't your typical Laredo's restaurant like you find in Forsyth county. This is a Taqueria so expect that menu. This isn't quite as high end as CT and it doesn't need to be although it's s still a very nice environment. I'm a big fan of the food and keep in mind they just opened on 7/12 so don't be too upset if you're given plasticware to eat with or it takes a little longer than normal. I was in the area and couldn't wait to try this new(ish) restaurant! I ordered the mango chamoy margarita (which are often called mangonadas). The little bit of spicy saltiness from the Tajín and chamoy was so tasty with the puréed mango in the margarita. I've never had one of these in this area, so I was excited to see it on the menu! Next, we ordered the fresh guacamole -- a mistake considering it was just two of us and the amount of guac they gave was unreal! But it was packed with chunky avocado, diced onion, tomato and lots of cilantro. It was delicious but definitely wish we had had more people to help us eat it. For my entree, I ordered tamales topped with carnitas. The carnitas were so flavorful and juicy. The tamales were topped with queso, pico de gallo, salsa verde, and fresh avocado slices. Really tasty, but so much food!! My fiancé ordered the Laredos quesadilla with steak and loved it. The cheese pull was on point! All in all, we were pretty impressed with the drinks and food. It's not the cheapest Mexican restaurant we've been to, but prices are still pretty reasonable, especially for what you get. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area! read more

We ordered once and we came to dine in tonight. The flight of sauces were all really good. Chips are thin and crispy. I ordered ceviche and 1 al pastor taco. The fish was so fresh and the ceviche was delicious. The taco was great as well. I had so much ceviche enough for another meal. It was just okay. Very new so a lot of items are not even available off the menu. We weren't really impressed with the menu, to be honest. A little pricey for what it is... Kids nachos was under par.... soggy, barely any cheese... we ended up just ordering queso for her. Steak and shrimp quesadillas had a lot of filling in them! But the steak was a little salty. Not enough guacamole on the side. Drinks were okay (skinny marg and blackberry marg) but pricey ... especially compared to our usual Mexican restaurant. Asada fries are amazing. I had these once before and just keep going back for more every time. French fries smothered in queso and then topped with steak how can you go wrong. My son enjoyed the plain cheese quesadilla and the rice that came with it but wasn't to into the salad that came too, though he's a little particular about food so him not even trying the salad, which most likely happened, is par for the course for him. The Rio Bravo bowl is definitely my go to here. I have tried it with a number of different toppings (ex. Steak, chorizo, carnitas) but I tend to get the steak more often than not. Definitely like this place and suggest it for the food alone, not to mention the many drink specials they do are pretty good also. Enjoy, because we did! read more
