This long time bakery in Bremerton's Manette neighborhood shares a parking lot with several adjacent businesses. The bakery fragrance hits you upon entering, and no surprise, there's a line. But usually there's pleasant two staff members at the display case, but just one register to ring up transactions. There is quite the selection featured, nicely arranged, and baked fresh on the premises. The Homie ended up buying two chocolate - maple glazed longjohns. Nice bouncy dough and the glaze itself was flavorful. A plus since it was not cloying or had any artificial aftertaste. Great place to get fresh doughnuts!

Best donut's, scones, fritters, cinnamon rolls ever!!!! We have tried bakery items from places all over the area and Larry and Kristi's is a winner!! They are a scratch bakery and you can taste the quality. Service is friendly and so fast!! When you walk in the shop the amazing smell of fresh baked goodness hits and it's delicious!! There are so many options!!! Cinnamon rolls with or without raisins, so many kinds of scones and donuts!! There is definitely something for everyone!! It is close to Easter and the bunny donut option is so cute and delicious!!

Stopped in for an apple and blueberry fritter at a local bakery. The service was quick and friendly and they explained all of the options. There is no where to sit so this is definitely a grab and go. The fritters were okay.

The ugliest donuts I've ever seen. They should be embarrassed to sale something with this appearance and quality. They have a tough texture & gives the vibe of chewing on meat. I can't believe people actually like donuts from here, mind blowing. Lone Star donuts in Silverdale is by far worth the few extra minutes it takes to get there.

Hard to find a good doughnut place in this town. We stumbled across Larry and Kristi's bakery and now show up every Friday for a treat that the kids don't say no to. Our new ritual.

Great friendly staff and baked good were yummy...nothing out of the norm from traditional donuts (like Voodoo donuts) but solid, very good.

The window lettering says, "Crazy for Confectionary", but, once a customer walks in the shop, they immediately see they offer so much more! It's a gem in Bremerton and worth a drive or an excuse to check out Quincy Square a block away or stop in before or after catching the ferry.

Both the Long John and Puffer were super old and stale, maybe 1 to 2 days old. Had to toss both of them after one bite. I was told the Gau was made on Tuesday night, which makes it 3 days old now. I even tried putting the items in the microwave (per the owner's advice) for 15 seconds and it still didn't taste good. I've honestly never been told by any bakery to go home and put their donuts and pastries in the microwave ‍ Why would a bakery even sell 1 to 3 day old items? Just donate them to the homeless or something BUT don't sell them for full price to your customers! I mean come on... I even reached out to the owner via Instagram and she came at me with all the excuses saying things like "I am sorry you're not happy with your purchase" and "I really don't know what you would like to do here." No resolution and/or refund was even offered. So disappointed in this place. I really wanted to like it too! Lesson Learned. I will NOT be coming back here.

Most custom cake bakeries want much more advance notice but Nostalgia House only needed 48 hours. The people at the bakery were very responsive to both my phone calls and messages via their Facebook page. Arrived at the bakery on a Saturday around 10am and they had my cake ready to go and it was great. Also a fair price. I will say if you are going to this bakery looking for pastries on Saturday...go early. When I got there at 10 they were cleaned out. It's a nice space clean, quiet and cozy. On the one hand there is nothing extra like onions or peppers it is loaded with eggs and tasty pork sausage. The tortilla was very good, not too thick but thin and tender. Even though I was hungry it was difficult to finish the large burrito. I would definitely come back just for the burrito. I tried a blueberry streusel muffin- didn't care for it, seemed dry and lacked blueberries. The muffin itself had a yellow cake like batter and the streusel lacked sweetness or flavor. I also chose a Carmel pecan roll. It was much more to my liking, especially after I warmed it up. It was much like my grandmother used to make. Soft, nice amount of topping. Finally I tried a mini sourdough loaf . Made toast with it and it was tasty, toasted up nice. I will come back to try some of the other treats they have- and definitely another burrito!!
