They were very transparent about what was we needed they didn't try to upsell. They would tell you what is recommended if it's even an issue now or something to look for later replacement and they would explain why. I'm used to companies giving you a sheet of paper with a line by line of unnecessary repairs with prices and not explaining why I need it. I'm thoroughly pleased my car was undriveable before going to them. They also got my car back much quicker than anticipated. It's a 2010 and it's running like it was when I first got it.
