Salesman was good. Finance guy was good. Hence 2 stars. Even though you don't deserve that. After that this place just decided to be a fucking shit show. I was told to come back once a year and they would service our camper. Funny. I went in today and the service included "walking around and checking out tires" that's literally what I was told. Let's take a step back. It took me 3 months and 3+ phone calls to get our license plate from them. We were cancelled on the day we were supposed to pick up. I am now finding out none of the mentioned serving items initially talked about were provided or will be provided. I am beyond disappointed and it seems everyone else is. I will tell everyone I know interested in buying any rec vehicle to go to ANY other dealership. Shame on you guys.

We called the closest RV place in the area and were fortunate to talk to Carrie who immediately scheduled American Towing to help us out. John and his assistant were there within about a half an hour, took off our tire, and followed us with hazards flashing all the way to Price Right, a few miles away. The Price Right service team looked at our brake immediately, assessed the damage, and had it repaired by the next morning, allowing us to continue on with our camping plans for the holiday!! That was NOT what we had expected, so we were happily surprised and are currently on our way to the campground to spend time with family!!! I work with someone that also purchased a camper from these guys back in 2013 and she said if she knew we were looking to buy from them she would have warned me NOT TO BUY FROM THEM.
