My husband and I got the veggie chow mein, veggie momos (dumplings), and split a mango lassi. I found the flavors of the momos to be a bit subtle (unfortunately common for veggie dumplings here in the Bay Area), but the veggie chow mein was decently flavorful. My husband liked both things we got equally, as far as I could tell. The food tasted fresh, and it was nice to be able to pick up a light lunch before continuing to trawl the farmer's market. The mango lassi is exactly what you expect (can you ever go wrong with a mango lassi?), and was nice and refreshing. It's a food truck, so the seating available is probably going to vary a lot based on where you encounter them. At the Fremont farmer's market there were a couple of tables shared between this and another truck, and since we were having a late-ish lunch towards the end of the market, we had no problem getting a table (but there was no chairs). The person at the window was friendly and answered my questions about the food when we were ordering without issue (I am allergic to eggs, so I often have to ask more questions than most people). Overall, not bad and I really appreciate that they have vegetarian options, but what I had is not enough to seek them out specifically.

The absolute worse service experience I've experienced in my life. I saw their stand at the Santa…read moreClara Night Market, and they were EXTREMELY disorganized with their cooking and order fulfillment. There were 3 people working; one to handle the orders, one cooking, and the last person, who was doing nothing really, just walking around between the register and the grill. 1. After ordering, we got our order ticket, but they weren't keeping track of which order belonged to which customer 2. They put meat on the grill that customers weren't even ordering, so they had an excess of one specific meat and not enough of the others 3. When any of the skewers were ready, the cook put them ALL in the same serving tray, and they all looked alike and therefore couldn't tell them apart. Some customers were worried about getting the wrong meat due to allergies 4. When they were fulfilling orders, they called the name of the meat, as opposed to the ticket number. Multiple people who ordered the same meat and therefore the staff didn't know who to give the meat to first. The customers had to prove it amongst themselves which number came first. At the same time, the staff was looking at the ticket numbers as the customers came up for their food. But there was no way the staff remembered what number they had left off at because nothing was documented! 5. When other skewers were done and placed in the serving tray, the cashier was on her phone, not hurrying to fulfill orders. I complained and said angrily "can you please fulfill that order" 6. I waited for my food for 30-40 min after asking if my meat (chicken) was placed on the grill (Another customer had taken my order the ONE other time chicken was placed on the grill). They insisted they did, but no chicken ever came out in 20 min. By the time one order finally did, the staff called out chicken, another gentleman moved up to claim he ordered chicken. I managed to catch that his ticket number was after mine, so I exclaimed this, and that gentleman politely let me have the order. After getting my skewers, I told the cashier, you guys better get your $h!t together because you have a ton of angry customers, and this is the worst service I ever had. How was the food? Luckily, it wasn't bad. It doesn't matter because I will never buy from them again. It was was though they started their first food business yesterday. Unbelievable!!!!

Starting off by saying that the food was great, especially the chicken cartilages! I loved how they were not too peppery, but that the right amount of smokey taste to it. And, prices were reasonable: 10 dollars for three skewers. The chicken cartilages were so good, I got it twice. What really brought this rating down was the service and efficiency. The second time I waited for my skewers, I waited for MORE than 30 mins. Can you believe that! I was standing there, seeing the lamb and beef come out of the grill but still no chicken cartilages. I saw people who were way behind me in the ordering line get their order before I did. I checked in with a staff member around three times, but they only told me one thing "chicken, not ready" and brushed me away, talking to another customer. After 30 mins, I decided to walk around the area instead of standing and waiting, and when I came back, the chicken cartilages were finally done, but there were only two left. So, they gave me two chicken cartilages and one beef skewer. Can you believe that! I guess I can also take the blame, maybe I should have stood in front of the stand for 50 MINS instead of walking around while waiting for my order. But does that sound reasonable to you?

Creationz food truck, the person at the register asked if I spoke Spanish and if I could help translate for an elderly woman standing in front of me. She wanted to know if the food was free or if she had to pay. I translated her question, and without hesitation, the cashier smiled and said, "For you, it's free. What would you like?" He then asked if she wanted everything on her burger, along with fries and a drink. She sweetly replied, "Just the burger, please. No fries... and a water." It was such a simple yet powerful act of kindness. In a world where we often hear about the negative, moments like this remind us that compassion and generosity are still alive. A heartfelt thank you to M.A.D. Creationz food truck for showing such kindness and respect to this sweet elderly woman. You didn't just provide a meal--you reminded everyone standing there that small acts of generosity can make a lasting impact. God bless your business for blessing others. May your kindness come back to you tenfold.

One of the best carne asada tacos I've had in the Bay Area the past few years. Their tortillas are pressed and made on the spot making them extra fresh. They also have limes, radishes, and green + red sauces at the self-serve table next to the truck to customize your order. One thing to note is that they only take cash and Zelle. Another tip is to check their Instagram for the location because their new location is different than the one listed on some platforms.

The chicken tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, and even the drinks are literally all delicious. My brother loves the lengua and cabeza meat options. They also have salsas, limes, and all the extra sides. At times when they are busy, it can obviously take some time to get your food, but it's definitely worth it. They are set up by a brewery so the vibes and ambience are super chill. You get to sit outside on the chairs. I believe sometimes they also have those little outside fire tower things as it does get super cold at night. I will say I love going there when it's cold because having fresh and hot tacos in the cold is just a different experience.
