Came back from vacation with a flat tire. I knew something was up a minute ago because my tire light was on. But I have been putting air in to keep it afloat. As I was driving with a spare tire I called this location and Arnesto (I think that's his name) answered the phone with a joyful tone and happy to please personality. I engaged with tone making simple jokes but as well asking questions. He explained there was a way to plug the tire or patch the tires. Plug had a 50/50 chance of working long term and the patch works as long as the tire is good. I went ahead with the patch job. Two for $50 if just one it'll be $25. There was no tax or extra labor cost. Staff was super friendly and eager to show me the problems with my car tires. I decided to wait outside on the streets for my car to be done and the staff walked to me to give me updates on the car. I spent maybe 30 minutes here. Basically in and out. I asked arnesto was there a labor cost and he said it's on me lol. They are super sweet and happy to make you happy. This will definitely be my go to when something happens. Once again, Larry's Tires comes through for me. Sal and his team are the best. This is my second set of tires from this great place. My first set was a medium priced tire and I do a lot of driving. I was surprised when the dealer told me I needed new tires because seems like I just got them. However, looking at my records I may not have had them long but I had nearly 50,000 miles on the tires, they are only rated for 45,000. I probably could have waited a bit longer but we are going on a road trip so timing seemed perfect. They hooked me up with some Toyo Tires at a great price with an alignment. It took just a little over an hour for the tire installation and alignment. Sal was even kind enough to take a spare tire I had for disposal. I've been driving on these tires for a couple weeks and am so happy that Sal recommended them, they will be perfect for our road trip. Larry's Tire Express has GREAT customer service. I had a flat tire, and they replaced it efficiently and at a reasonable cost. One week later, the tire pressure light came on again, and he said it was the heat from the change in weather that caused the new tire's pressure to change. At any rate, they pressurized the tire at no cost. Another week later, the stupid tire pressure light came on AGAIN, and I brought the car in. (I had gotten a tune up the day before, and those guys rotated the tires for some reason, which may have caused the light to come on). Anyway, Larry's guys inspected my tired and gave them all extra pressure to accommodate any disturbances that may cause the light to come on again. Just got back from a road trip to Palm Springs, and the tires performed very well. So, I would totally recommend Larry's Tire Express to everyone. Such a great place to replace or fix your tires. The staffs are great, friendly, and helpful. Two of my tires were busted so i had to tow my car into Larry's Tire Express. Best tire shop in The Bay. Moved up here from LA where I was worried to find good, reliable connections for repairs on my car until I found Larry's. This is the place you go to not get your car messed up and things done right. Ernesto is the guy to reach out too, always gets me in and out of there quickly and a solid employee to have on staff. The rest of the guys are great too and once again, this is the shop to visit. They don't try and rip you off with overcharging their customers for things they don't "NEED", and only recommend the things you "MUST" have done. TAKE NOTICE EVERYONE ELSE! When they say customer service is their priority, they mean it. The guys were very friendly. Recommended the restaurants around the area and/or welcomed me to kick it in their waiting area. Where they have comfy couches (took a really nice nap while they worked on my car), a vending machine, and a soda machine. The technician acknowledged my presence in the waiting area and said hello. Then gave me an update on my car the second time around. 5 SERVICE. I called many body shops to see if they can roll my fenders for me first. To my surprise, all the places couldn't. I was recommended to Larry's by one of them. I called in Larry's because I needed them to install 4 new tires, but first I needed my fenders rolled because they were chewing up my old ones. Larry's not only installed all my tires for a great price, they were also able to roll my fenders. They took care of everything I needed without going to different places. My wife picked up a screw in a tire. It set off the TPMS but fortunately the tire held enough pressure to get it to a repair shop. I found Larry's here on Yelp and live very near by so figured I would give the shop a try. I drive by a few times a week but had never really registered the location. The experience was great and certainly the most efficient I've ever enjoyed. They were able to do a patch on the tire for $25, and from leaving home to getting back in the front door was less than an hour. I was grumpy because I thought I was going to start the week spending considerably more on a new tire, now the week is looking up. Wow the 5 stars are true! I had a flat tire and left it at a different shop prior, the other shop refused to take a look and forced me to buy new tires. I called in and asked if they can take a look at my tire. They were quick to respond and said yes. After having the worst anxiety from the other shop, I'm so glad I towed it here! Got a call an hour later, they told me that my tires are looking good! Nothing was wrong. Just needed air. They even checked for a valve leak. They let me walk away with no charge. How kind of them?! I came to Larry's Tire Express on a recommendation from a buddy of mine rolling on 37's. I didn't buy my rims and tires (35x12.5x18) from Larry's Tire Express. But Sal and his crew finally did what other shops could NOT do, and that is balance my wheels. It's been quite an ordeal. The 1st shop could not even get them balanced at all, not even close. The 2nd shop got them a little bit better than the 1st shop but not close enough to balanced and blamed the tire manufacturer (General Tires, Red Letters) for the imbalance. They said it was an inferior tire. Really?? They tried to convince me to buy Toyos. Being that the tires were still new, my response was "HELL NO." I gave up and I even tried airsoft bbs to no avail. When I walked into Larry's Tire Express, Sal said he has the equipment and the crew that could balance them, without even looking at my truck! The previous shops I walked into didn't even have that kind of confidence. Brought my truck in the next day and the rest is history. Balanced perfectly. Couldn't fix my flat after like 20 min of waiting then tried to charge me money just to put the spare on. I don't care what places "think" happened, my car is obviously still a newer car, that had new tires. I'm not sure how the threading and rubber on the tire got ruined that fast from me only driving less than a quarter mile down the street to put air in the slow leaking tire so I can drive it the rest of the way to Larry's, which is about 2 to 3 miles from me. I guess I should have had it immediately taken off but I'm still suspicious on what else they did to the tire when I wasn't looking. I literally did not drive on the tire enough time for it to be as ruined as they say it was, nor did the car sit in one spot on the flat for long enough for the rubber to be that ruined like they showed me. It's like, don't act like I had been driving hundreds and hundreds of miles on a flat tire. That's just stupid. At least they found the nail that was there because I couldn't really focus in the rain last night but I heard the slow air leak. They offered a new tire, which could not be put on the same day even though it was slow and only 2 cars in the shop area. I think what they were supposed to do was offer was a loaner tire and for me to come back when they had the new tire, but they didn't, and I was already upset so I just left with the spare, went down the street, and settled on a new tire someplace else.
