Care for your car and customer service is not found at Larry's. After they installed two tires, I noticed a chunk bitten off two wheels. When I tried to show them the damage, they wouldn't allow me to complete my sentence, totally blowing me off, being dismissive and finally, telling me they saw the damage before they started. I asked why wasn't I informed while I waited, and they had no answer. These guys are not careful at all nor do they care to hear what you have to say. My first experience with this business was great, I had a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it for a reasonable price. The second time I visited, I went in trying to buy a hubcap for one of my tires. They told me they don't sell those, but in the meantime I asked them if they would be able to check my brakes because there was a noise I heard. They told me it was my rotors he said, instead of replacing my rotors that they can resurface them. I let them resurface the rotors, when I got the car back, I took it for a drive and I was still able to hear the noise even more. I couldn't go back because it was Memorial Day weekend and they closed at 1pm. Tuesday rolls around and I take it to them. I recently got new tires at a Les Schwab a week before visiting Larry's. Larry's informed me that the people who sold me those tires gave me a universal tire that did not fit properly on my car, which was placing stress on my rotors. I immediately go to Les Schwab and informed them of what happened and they provided me with excellent customer service. They explained to me that tires were great but Larry's had resurfaced my rotors too much. I took it back to Larry's for them to tell me that my back rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced the rotors that they supposedly resurfaced and managed to find other issues with my car that was not found initially. I am not from the area, I went back to my hometown this weekend and took it to my family mechanic where he also told me that they messed up my rotors. Larrys would not give me my money back, only store credit. I am giving them a 2 star review because they were having me go back and forth with them and the tire shop, just to find other issues with my car instead of taking accountability for what they had done. Everyone there is super nice, just wish I could get back my money back. read more

After calling around so many places to get my brake calipers painted red, I came across Larrys tires and wheels. I called and talked to a guy named chris who was awesome, gave me an incredible deal and knew my time was valuable so told me to schedule appointment. I kept losing air in my tires and was not sure why? I visited a few tire places and was told I would have to purchase a new rim as it was cracked and bent. My rims are Mercedes brand and very expensive, most concerning is that I may have to replace ALL FOUR! At the time I was looking for an alternative to having to replace all four rims, so I visited another tire dealer who had an associated business who would repair the rim. That person was not open on the weekends and quoted me an additional $150 to the cost per rim for the repair almost reaching $300 per rim. Finally I went on YELP and looked for another tire company and found Larry's who had many great reviews. From the minute I walked in the experience was great. My first impression was with the owner who immediately took my car back, while I was sitting in the waiting room, rolled my tire to me and showed me the crack and bends in the rim. I asked about a repair , he gave me a very reasonable quote and advised when it would be complete. They completed the job before expected, the communication was great and the customer service was impeccable. Being a person very unfamiliar with Tires and Repairs... I was not only given great service but educated about tires as well. They took the time to explain my questions and the integrity was amazing! Hats off to a well operated establishment! read more

I took my car into Toyota for regular serving and they told me that I needed a tire alignment. I asked for an approx price and I was told it would be approx $600+. What???? So I jumped onto my invaluable Yelp app and started searching for local shops for a hopefully more "reasonable" price. I found Larry's Tire Express and read all the great reviews. I called first thing when they opened at 8:30AM and was able to get an appointment for 3 hours later on the same day. Best part is that it would only cost me $80. It took 45 mins to get it done. They have a waiting area, but about a block away, there is a strip mall with Starbucks/Coldstone/Panda Exp/Lucky's in case one wants to grab some quick refreshments. Excellent customer service! I am sorry I did not get the name of the guy who helped me, but he was very patient and answered all my questions. My rear passenger side axle suffered more wear than the other ones. He pointed this out, but told me that his mechanic said this was not a huge concern after the alignment and I did not have to replace it. If I were to replace it, it would cost $1500. He did not recommend that. I appreciate him being honest but also for making me aware of this at the same time. I highly recommend this shop!!! read more

I got a nail in my tire & was using my spare for too long. I tried to get it patched, but that wasn't an option. I finally went on Yelp & I seen all the stars this place had! I called & got the pleasure of speaking to Ernesto. I have no idea about cars, so he was very patient with me & figured out what I needed. They had to order my tire & it came a couple hours later. Brought my car into a different shop to get the CV axle shaft fixed and was told my back right tire was unsafe to drive on due to the sidewall and needed to be replaced immediately.
