Amazing Mexican restaurant with healthy and delicious fare - their Saul's Favorite with grilled fish, veggies and rice is not only healthy but very tasty. They also serve horchata as well as tamales and give you complimentary corn/flour tortillas with salsa or homemade hot sauce, and the service from a younger female server (don't catch her name) was truly excellent. I've been there several times and the food is always good and waiters are punctual. They check by often on filling your iced tea. The only problem I have is not about the restaurant but the insanely full parking lot that takes up spaces meant for Las Bandidas and other businesses. The way it overfill makes me wonder if it's a drug house for steroids. They park on the not designated grass and fire hydrant area. Getting in and out of the lot is a setting for auto accidents. read more

We've driven past this place several times and decided to give it a try. Service is top notch. Our server anticipated our every need and we also had another person (presumably an owner) check in with us mid-meal. The drinks and food were all very reasonably priced. Portion sizes were large and the food was of good quality, but it was pretty standard Tex-Mex. Both the sopes and carne guisada that we ordered were well-prepared and enjoyable. The margaritas were a little on the weaker side, but cheaper than most other places. So my wife's side of the family I guess likes going here / frequently comes here a lot. It's got good reviews an for good reasons I suppose. We ordered Beef Fajitas for two and some extra fried jalapenos and picked it up and it came with the set up and it was packaged well and large portions and it was so good! This is an excellent Mexican restaurant. The chips, salsa and queso served with the meal was outstanding, we ate the entire basket, which we rarely do. Our entrées were excellent, we ordered street tacos, Las Bandidas Special and guiso. All entrees had amazing flavor and generous portions. Our server was extremely attentive and courious. I'm a person who post's honest reviews, good and bad. This is an average Mexican restaurant to eat at. The customer service was amazing. They were friendly, quick and helped when I was indecisive. The chips and salsa are below average. The cheese was bland and the salsa was authentic but unseasoned. The street tacos where what you would expect. This is a nice little Mexican restaurant in Moore, (family owned). We have eaten there twice. Both times the food we ordered was hot and delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and professional both times. They have a pretty extensive menu. Prices were reasonable. We will continue to eat there + keep trying more of their dishes. The food is awful I got some tacos and the beef was raw. my girlfriend got the chicken quesadilla and it was so unseasoned and flavorless you could get a better quesadilla at Taco Bell, and my friend got the beef nachos and it was just shredded cheese on it and was heated up in a microwave which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't leave it in the microwave so long that it burnt the cheese and crusted it to the plate. I quite literally started throwing up in the parking lot after and had to sit in the car for 10 minutes before I could start driving again. I highly advise avoiding this restaurant if you can call it that. read more

Place is awful. Only five other tables other than us and we're still here after an hour waiting on our food. No liquor license so don't come in hoping for a cold cervesa while you wait either. We ordered the chirzo caso which was alright. The spicy guac dip, not spicy at all. Can't tell ya what our order taste like cause we're still waiting. Soda is flat. It's Friday and my husband and I have a long standing tradition of eating Mexican food on Fridays. We recently moved to this area, so let's try a new place. Staff are very friendly and service is quick. Ambiance of the diner-sort with pictures of cacti and clay pots on the walls. Spanish language songs on the overhead speaker and American football on the TV. Now for the food. Well, the tortilla chips were thicker and a tad bland for our taste. The cheese dip, well, bland, and the salsa, unforgiveably bland. The cheese and onion enchilada with chili con carne sauce was very good, The falutas were "good!"but with the unexpected addition of cheese, my husband pronounced them as "different." Rice and beans were fine. We did not try drinks or dessert. We also got a to-go order for a family member. She ordered a crispy beef taco, and the restaurant packed the beef separately from the taco shell so the latter didn't get soggy - nice touch! read more

They opened in February, 2020 and closed in March, 2020 because of the pandemic. They opened back up in May I believe she said. They have enchiladas, breakfast items, tamales and tacos. I had enchildas which were very good and not smothered in the ususal Tex-Mex chili. The corn tortillas my chicken was wrapped in were flavored with a red sauce so I could enjoy the filling and not get weighed down by chili & cheese. Hubby had the gorditas which were new to him and he enjoyed them very much. After reading the items on the menu it is not the Tex-Mex that covers OKC, but probably a more true representation of their roots. I would almost call it New Mexican mexican, but that's just me. Can't wait to go back. Start at the top of the menu and work my way through. All staff were gloved and masked. We were handed a menu which I bet they sanitize between customers. At the register my credit card was sanitized before handing it back to me. Social distancing was practiced in the dining room. Felt very comfortable. Had been to this location for other Mexican restaurants but none can compare to Las Bandidas! From the greeting at the front door, the friendliness and customer service continued to be exceptional. Had a 'sloppy' Pacifico which hit the spot and was perfectly complimented by the lime and salt. I was nervous about ordering a Chile relleno (my favorite) because the last few I've had at other spots were not good. My son and I both ordered them 'crispy' and I must say it was the best I have had. My husband had an enchilada and did not care for the enchilada sauce. It was a bit pricey for the location but it seems everywhere is pricey these days. Will save this for a Chile relleno treat time. read more

I had heard raves on my neighborhood app, so decided to check it out. I had the Ranchero Steak and Shrimp with Rice and Refried Beans. The Steak was excellent and so was the shrimp. The staff was nice and courteous. Never ran out of anything. They were on top of it. I highly recommend them and will be back! read more

This little place is very good. They have all kinds of enchiladas. Portebella ,pablano,avacado and the usual beef chicken and cheese. If you want the portabella you need to go fairly early as they run out. It's a popular item. Salsa and cheese was good. Relish and hot tortillas. Our waiter was very friendly and on point.
