On this visit, they had a local mariachi band play for the crowd with local patrons getting up and dancing with music. It made it fun and entertaining as we enjoyed a great meal.

By the familiar camaraderie the patrons had with the order taker, it was easy to tell that they have a large and loyal following. The atmosphere, of course being a food truck / bus, was tight and hurried. Yes, the bus was converted into long bench seating on two sides along the windows, with the order window and kitchen at the front of the bus. Everybody takes turns in a single file up to the order window--turning sideways to allow the patron before you to move past, so that you can move forward.
