Joe's Premium Car Wash - The mud that needed to be pressure washed!

    Joe's Premium Car Wash

I have to come here every time I'm in town…read more This car wash is quality and does such a great job cleaning. I love the vacuums which always have strong suction. There are also air compressor nozzles to loosen the dirt. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews. If you are overly worried about your cars paint you should be handwashing. If you have an issue with a business employing young people, go somewhere else. If you have an excessively dirty car, you can't expect any automated car wash to get everything off.

In the words of the owner Nic Marchini, "if you're worried about your car with the brushes you…read moreshould find yourself a touch less car wash". So I suggest to anybody who values their car not go to this car wash. I recently experienced damage to my car at Joe's Car Wash. When I reached out to the owner, Nic, to address the issue, I was disappointed by his dismissive attitude. Rather than addressing the problem, Nic suggested I go elsewhere, which I found highly unprofessional. Joe's Car Wash has been a valued part of our community, and I know Joe himself took pride in both the business and its relationship with customers. It's disheartening to see that legacy not respected under Nic's management. Given my experience, I will be taking Nic's advice and using a different car wash moving forward. Unfortunately, Joe's no longer stands by its product or values customer service. See attached text message from Nic Marchini.

You had not heard from me because of how upsetting the entire situation was. From breaking parts…read moreduring the repair to charging me more than what the auto parts dealer has the parts listed for to misdiagnosing the CPU, and finally taking my battery which was recently replaced under warranty and putting an old battery you had on hand into my car and not giving me my battery back. My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Such as agreement to repair at my house: only to be asked to have it towed to yours- 150.00 Broken fax clutch and fax- 300 or so Over a week without a car for a job that has an 8 hour estimated time. Uber and rental car 550.00 Overcharging me for parts 300.00 And yes it was the crankshaft sensor that we texted you may be the issue ( while trying to help you figure out the reason it would not start) By the way it started prior to you working on it and had to be driven onto the tow truck
